Low crowd today
Looks like "the rumour" about C*unty fans boycotting the match rather than give ICT money was true. What a pathetic small minded group of people (and I cleaned that up) they are. I understand boycotts of the Old Firm because of vile fans and obstructed view reasons but boycotting local rivals so not to give them money is truly pathetic. Not even Dundee fans are this shallow. Hope they get relegated and boycott games at Elgin in the next couple of years.

Low crowd today
It's not just the C*unty games that are too many it's the whole set up of the Scottish game and as I said on an earlier post the clubs and the SPFL have to make changes and increase division sizes. We played Divedee Utd 6 times last season and C*unty 6 times the season before. Wake up and smell the coffee. The fans are bored and no matter how well we or any other team are doing people have voted with their feet.

Low crowd today
The boos were not aimed at the players but in the tactics. There were boos before half time when we got a free kick on the halfway line and the ball ended up with Brill. Their goal started from our free kick that went back to our defence and we messed it up. Don't mistake frustration with players with frustration with tactics.

Summer transfer targets
He was at the game today in full ICT track suit and coat. Walked in front of the away dugout at half time. Looks lean but not tall, but I still had my face covered after an embarrassing first half.

Inverness CT -V- Ross County
I'm with DD on this one. Questions need to be asked as why we are not well enough prepared against teams in the first half of games? As said by someone else this is not the first time this has happend this season. All the C*unty fans I know told me they would play like they did in the first half. If they knew why didn't we?

Highland Derby 05/10/2014
C*unty fans I work with plus on Thursday it was reported they had only sold 400 tickets. I know a lot will turn up on the day and pay at the gate but they are thinking less than a thousand coming over the bridge.

Highland Derby 05/10/2014
For some reason just can't get myself up for this game. I work with one or two C*unty fans and they are the same. I can't believe I'm hearing C*unty fans not going to the game because they don't want to give ICT money. That is not just sad but stupid.

1. Kilmarnock is a fraction of the distance to Glasgow Inverness is and Perth is a lot closer too. Obviously they would take more. St Johnstone's final was a Scottish Cup final. How do we know the fans won't turn up for us at that considering we've never been there? The same goes for Europe. 2. We're talking about home matches, not cup finals. Does this massive support turn up for league matches even when they're doing well? Not really. Seen as St J or Kilmarnock have not been top of the league in my memory how do we know they won't? P.s St J v Luzern in Perth earlier this year was a crowd of 8486. Looks like crowds go when they do well.

Renegade, The likes of St J and Kilmarnock have shown that their support comes out if they are doing well, cup games and European games as examples. We don't have that sort of support at anytime, these clubs do and that is the point I make when I said about age of club. They don't get 7,000 every week but can take 20000 to cup finals and full houses for Euro nights. These fans will turn up for special occasions but we don't have this. We are not competing with Queens Park so that anology is meaningless

Low crowd today
The club have tried £10 tickets and friends of season ticket holders getting cheap tickets and it doesn't work. Crowds did not increase. As I've said in another post I don't have the answer but if something can't be done soon it will be a major problem for our club. With no league sponsor money is very tight in Scottish football and we have to think outside the box.

Team for Aberdeen
I think Aberdeen will play with one up front for this. McInnes has said the two up front would only be for certain games and I can't see him letting us have an extra man in midfield although the injury to Jack may force his hand. I don't think we will change formation but I really hope we don't pay them too much respect and push at them and not let them come onto us e.g Ibrox last week and our last two trips to Parkhead.

Player Sponsor Meet and Greet
Very happy you had a good time. Glad to hear Richie was on good form.

Low crowd today
Aberdeen, Divedee Utd, Hibs, Hearts and Dundee have about a hundred years of history and generations passing down loyalty to the next generation, so even if people are not going regularly there is something in their minds when there clubs do well that they want to go to a game. ICT (or CT) have been around for 20 or so years and have not built up a latent support. We have also had almost constant success since day one so the Inverness and surrounding area have just come to expect this. I don't have the answer, maybe we should contact MK Dons to see how they sold the "new" club to a non footballing area?

Inverness CT -V- St Johnstone
Negativity on this forum does not effect crowd sizes as the people who are not coming either don't read this forum or don't know it exists. If we all agreed about tactics, team selection etc. football would be very boring. More than once yesterday the crowd around me moaned as we went backwards when in their opinion a forward movement was on. The people moaning on here about low attendances I'll ask one question. What are you doing about it. Before you ask I buy an extra season ticket and give it to different friends for each game in the hope they will come back as a paying fan. Moaning about it on fans forum or CJT meeting will not bring new faces as they don't have that much interest yet.

Rangers -V- Inverness CT
We showed them to much respect. We needed to let them know who were the Premiership team but sat back. Hope we put things right on Saturday.

Partick Th -V- Inverness CT
Just back. I just couldn't work out what went wrong. Started well but gave away two very soft goals, not picking players up. We created a few chances but as the game went on Billy got more and more isolated. Draper struggled after being booked early and we did not close down. Credit to Partick they played very much to their strengths and we did not have a plan b to try to change the way the game was going.

Clean sweep. Yogi, Drapes and Ryan. Well done.

Ross County at home.
Not going to quote you but I do think you are preaching to the converted. The people that the message is aimed at aren't on this forum and as outsiders looking in our game is not exciting and is repetitive and spouting "negative" or "happy clappers " isn't going to change people's opinion. Where are the extra 500 people going to come from?
-
Ross County at home.
Off topic I know but, until the clubs and SPFL wake up and realise that playing the same teams 3,4,5 and even 6 times a season is not going to attract more people through the turnstyles. Even games against Celtic, Aberdeen and even worse C*unty are not pulling in the punters anymore. People are fed up of the same old same old.

Rangers cup game.
Police are reporting that a man has been arrested for throwing a coin at Ibrox at the last Rangers home game. Not clear if it was a fans protest or Mike Ashley paying for the naming rights.

Warren back in if fit but who drops out I don't know. Nice problem for Yogi to have.

Ross County NEW Manager
A lot of lowers is league managers have clauses allowing them to leave for free if a top flight club want them. Maybe this is the case here and by resigning he has forgone any money owed to him in regards to bonuses etc. that QotS may have been due to pay. Works out for both parties.
