  1. To be honest lads I think John Hughes would struggle in midfield #banter
  2. I think both keepers are pretty evenly matched. OFW certainly looking a safer bet right now given that we're actually getting to see him play and Brill has been out for some time. Mindful of Hughes saying that he couldn't offer Vincent a deal because of his injury record the same might apply for Brill. Deano however is unquestionably the more handsome of the two but OFW paints. It's a toughie...
  3. Good stuff. I don't always watch the videos but nice to see the club dishing out some telt.
  4. If the story about Foran isn't true then are the club going to issue some kind of correction on it?
  5. Interesting to read that it's between OFW or Brill to stay on next season along with Esson (no direct quotes to that effect though). Given that Hughes doesn't appear willing to offer a deal to an injury plagued Vincent would the same approach be taken with Brill?
  6. Great post. Agree with all of that.
  7. One swallow doesn't make a summer and all that but as recently as the 2 - 2 game with Dundee United Williams set up both goals with crosses from the left. The only ICT player to even try and take the ball out wide that day. He's not a good a crosser as say someone like Barry Robson was for us but I think that's pretty harsh to say he can't cross the ball. I'd prefer Vincent to stay simply because I don't think that Hughes will be able to replace him with someone of the same standard.
  8. Highland News reporting that Vincent and Williams are likely to join Dundee.
  9. *enter dougal*
  10. Hibs v ICT on Sunday 6th March at 14:00 on the BBC. Sky taking both the OF matches so why the f'ck have they had to wait until now? Ridiculous!
  11. The BBC gossip section references a story in the Daily Express which claims Williams and Vincent have signed PCA with Dundee.
  12. It also continues our run of having conceded in every away league game so far this season.
  13. Ironic that his squad number is also the number of midfielders on the books at Celtic. Hopefully he is their 17th ranked one and he returns to Inverness in the 2016/17 season.
  14. Not quite. The Taylor challenge on Draper would likely be considered 'playing in a dangerous manner' which is punishable by an indirect free kick even if this offence takes place in the penalty area.
  15. If our game was to be picked for TV it would almost certainly be moved to a Sunday KO as the police would be unlikely to allow both OF sides, should 'Rangers' get through, to play on the same day. The TV games have tended to be Saturday lunchtime, Sunday lunchtime and Sunday afternoon so Rangers and Celtic would likely be split across two days and our match, if picked for TV, would be bumped to the Sunday. Complete guesswork really but I think that seems quite feasible.
  16. How many ties would be televised? No doubt both games involving the OF teams would be candidates and I would have thought our match would probably be slightly more preferable to broadcast than Ro$$ County v Dundee United if the BBC or Sky can show a third match between them.

No one on here is saying that for a second so calm down there Thomas Huxley.

Does anyone know what Ofere's wage demands are or were?
  19. Hope it's Hibs away rather than Hearts. Nothing wrong with a game at Tynecastle but given we play them on March 1st two away games v Hearts at Tynecastle in less than a week is a bit much!
  20. Morton away please. A chance to see Former Future World Player of the Year Conor Pepper.
  21. Now the original post is not clipped! I give up Anyway, might not have been the best game but I think we deserved that. I felt we created the better chances overall and whilst Motherwell edged the first half we were the better side in the second. Great play by Tremarco to make the first goal. Not seen hi show that kind of speed, well, ever! Perhaps an error by the Well defence thinking they had more time or another man over but credit Tremarco for getting to it and then playing in such a good ball to Storey. So it went in off McManus but we'll take it. Disappointing goal to concede. Devine didn't cover himself in glory with a rash challenge when Motherwell broke which led to the corner from which they scored but we really need to defend set pieces better. After their goal I thought we continued to look the better side. It was only after we took Storey off and played Williams up front we started to struggle as he was unable to hold the ball up as well as Storey had been doing. As a result Motherwell were able to counter our attacks with a lot more ease than they had done in the game previously. However I think our overall performance (just) merited the win and what a goal to win it. I thought it was going well over but delighted to see it rifle into the net. Some scenes in the ICT end. There might have been less than 300 of us there but there were bodies and fists flying all over the place in a twisted mess of celebration and 'Round ya!' gestures to the Motherwell Bois. I thought Tremarco was perhaps our best player. He was good defensively and offered a good bit of support going forward. Devine had a game that encapsulated his season. Some heroic defending one minute and then he was losing his man which nearly saw us concede. Mutumbo started well but faded quite a lot. Didn't give Raven much help defensively and, like Williams on the left, had a habit of coming inside a lot meaning we weren't playing with a lot of width for most of the game. Jordan Roberts showed some very nice touches when he came on and hopefully we'll see him starting in games in the near future. Looks a good one.
  22. That's weird. When I posted the link to the Twitter account with the goal it showed up fine on this site but now it's getting clipped and you can't see the video. Stuck the link in again just in case.
  23. No idea if it was the same 'young team' but there was a good crowd of younger fans who were in superb form today getting behind the team and then getting it right up the 'Motherwell Bois' when Roberts scored
