  1. probably would have been late 80s into the 90s yeah. Not too late into the 90s though. Anyway, back to Bazzas testimonial. McGuire v Torres anyone? (like he'd play)
  2. Cheers. Was just wondering as you often get people from, for example, Inverness, attaching themselves to a team, like Liverpool, despite having no real connection to the club and go on about how they are their number one team and all the rest. Maybe it's just me but I don't get that. It is a mix indeed! I thought my flat mate was bad with his mix of Saudi and Manchester!
  3. Did you move up here from Liverpool?
  4. It would certainly be asking a lot for these young lads to step up and fill the boots of some of the older more experienced guys. Perhaps even too.

Have ICT even come out with prices yet for next season? How much was it for a kids season ticket in the Family Stand? Aberdeen charge their kids ?50 for a ST in the Merkland.
  6. How are people "wrong" about Rory Alex? Agree competely.
  7. I think you could be talking about anything up to 6 maybe 7 players moving on. Brewster however seemed to think that we would only be bringing in one or two faces during the summer. We seldom seem to take in a huge number of players at ICT over the summer but perhaps this year it could be different. Like I say, BIG summer ahead of us.
  8. Hibs are monitoring Black but that's been on the go for a while. Brewster had to do a rebuilding job at Dundee United and he wasn't up to the job. ICT look like they will need their first major surgery to the team in a while now. I'm not so sure if he can do it. As mentioned by Kencar we could be starting with Rory on his own up front next season!
  9. Ha ha! Not at all. Like I say I had a message from a Saints fan this morning asking about Bayne and I wondered why he was asking, Then reading your post made more sense. Makes it better to have the Bayne and Wyness stuff in here though I'm in two minds as to whether I should include the Black/Hibs rumour as well...
  10. Probably so they can tie him up to their club ASAP so no one else gets a look in? How much do you think we can really look to get for Bayne? One year on his contract left, hardly a regular, doesn't score often for a striker. I reckon we would be lucky to get something like ?15k for the guy. Saint Johnstone had a good up run this year again. They could afford that.
  11. Well I know that Saint Johnstone are rumoured to be interested in Bayne. Whether that comes off or not who knows. That's the first I had heard of him wanting a move South and would explain why I was asked by a Saints fan what kind of player he is!
  12. Setanta Sports This summer will be a big one for ICT.
  13. Out of the 4 options given above he is the only other realistic alternative. And perhaps the one I would expect most people to vote for simply because of who he is. A bit like voting at the Brit Awards.
  14. I voted for Cowie. He has been far superior to Niculae this season. Well done Chipper!

Wyness is the top ICT scorer and has Barry now moved level with Stewart? I think that's the situation...

According to the woman doing the highlights on our game on the BBC site he signed from Elgin. I don't think that is correct is it?

Bumped out of the Cups in shocking fashion (thumped by the Dons, destroyed by Hibs in a matter of minutes) and no where near Top 6 when it mattered. Not a bad season but not a good one. We might have one of our highest points totals of recent seasons but look how many clubs are above us and teams like St. Mirren can still finish ahead of us. I feel we've gone back somewhat this season on the pitch. Off it we are still a shambles but it's just more public now.
  18. Jackson signed a new deal with Saint Johnstone this season I believe so we would have to fork out for him. Probably more than we did for Imrie.
  19. While not entirely true as LG points out I feel this simply shows that other clubs, such as Falkirk, have overtaken us this season and teams like St. Mirren will do so next season.

I'll stick my tongue in your cheek next time Alex if it makes it more obvious :003:

The Nessie introduction was cringe worthy: "LETS HAVE A BIG HAND FOR NESSIE!" *30 second delay before large green mascot stumbles onto the pitch to the sound of Monster and 3 people clapping*
  22. Not familiar with Soccer AM then? :004:

Definitely happened at Love Street that's for sure...

Hmmm, I could very well be wrong. It's just something the Saint Mirren fans bring up all the time when discussing that incident.
