  1. Kick a training ball out for the subs?

What on earth? :017: That's the exact problem though. If they don't take action they don't nip it in the bud and thus folk think they can get away with it. They very fact that the police and stewards tolerated Celtic fans in the same end as the Home fans shouting "Get it f'cking up ya!" was pathetic. Next week they'll be back to picking on a kid who has a can of juice in the stand.

Excellent photo on CaleyJags.com (IMG_3248) showing Jarosik kicking out at Black.
  4. Yup in terms of shot stopping and athleticism he is an excellent keeper but his kicking is suspect. This is where Fraser could surpass him.

My opinion is that the stewards and police are only to happy to wade into the Home fans but are piss scared of the Old Filth fans and thus don't do anything.
  6. No one is blaming Mark for moving for the money side of things. It's the fact that he has most likely brought any chance of playing for Scotland to a halt by moving to play second fiddle to Boruc.

I have already emailed the club to complain about the actions of Rock Steady steward number G34 (also G276 - she had two different numbers for some odd reason) and her lack of action in dealing with the ~ 5 - 8 Celtic fans that sprung up in Section C of the North Stand when Celtic scored their winner who started to taunt the Home fans with the typical "GIRUY" hand signals. We asked a policeman on the way out why no action was taken "What do you want us to do? We can't do anything." was the response we got. Odd considering ICT fans have been thrown out of the Home stand no problem before...
  8. Having Riordan in the B Squad and not Naismith is a joke. Chris Clarke is also complete pap.
  9. Interesting that Mackie gets picked after his good run yet Dargo, who had an even better run last season, was omitted :006:
  10. Look at those four keepers we have picked and spot the difference between them and Brown. All are playing regular first team football. Mark Brown no longer is.
  11. That depends on the other deal though...
  12. In fairness, and this isn't having a go at Joe either, but there have been so many topics on Cowie and this deal that most people have already said what they think in about 4 different threads.

I remember seeing Jarvie play for Yinited against us at Pittodrie. My lungs still hurt from the laughter.
  14. Why should McBain have been hooked? He was having just as solid a game as Duncan. I thought I was hard to please but some folk take the pish.

That's what I thought and I could see it from the North Stand! Why didn't the linesman and/or referee do something?

Did you see anything like a kick from Jarosik?
  17. We're not disagreeing with you here by the way.
  18. Wyness has scored one goal this season (in the SPL anyways). Bayne might now even be our joint top goalscorer which will cause one poster and endless amount of displeasure.
  19. Why do we need centre halfs and not strikers? I would say both are needed as much or as little.

    Topics merged :003:
  21. I heard a couple of rumours last night via someone who supposedly heard this from someone at the club. I'm taking them with a pinch of sale to be honest but we'll see. Cowie by now should have been tied up on a pre contract Black is going to be sold to Hibs at the end of the season They are looking at a striker to bring in before Wednesday Not sure what to make of that. Interesting if they turn out to be true.

I thought he had a great 2nd half but for the first half he still showed his raw and inexperienced side. I think something must have been said at half time because he emerged full of confidence and his control in tight situations was amazing. I mind when he skinned two Celtic defenders in the corner area and whipped a ball in. There was one chance where he had a chance to shoot but he elected to pass to Wilson I think it was. Overall I would say still some way to go but what I saw in the 2nd half was very encouraging indeed :003:

Barry Robson. Then again Rankin isn't a winger.
  24. If some people honestly think that was Dods worst ever performance for ICT then it just shows how great he has been for us.

At the start of the season Rankin was not impressing me. I felt he showed poor distribution, his corners were abysmal and all round play very poor indeed. How he started was a mystery to me. However in the last few games, had it not been for Wilson, I would say he has been the form player for us with a series of assured displays and some crucial goals - shame the Aberdeen one wasn't more important than it turned out to be. Well done indeed Mr. Rankin - keep it up :001:
