  1. Most managers wouldn't have to do a hell of a lot to win over support if they had an ounce of ability. As Brewster is single-handedly destroying ICT from the inside, all he has to do is quit to gain respect cause he sure as f*ck ain't getting respect from me until he does.
  2. Graeme Souness & Berti Vogts would surely give Brew a run for his money at relegating our team?
  3. If he, the manager, is putting a fit team out with instruction to play in a certain way and, as has been referred to on another thread, the players are not giving their all, he is maybe not totally to blame. But he's not putting a fit team out though, is he? Proctor and now McGuire have come back to football before they are/were fully fit.
  4. As I've already said, the arguments have been posted on other threads. At least 90% of the insults on this site are directed at Brewster. I've not seen any balance from the anti-Brewster crew: "never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong" I have been quite vocal in naming the members of the Board I believe are at as much, if not more at fault than Brewster. However I understand that in terms of results on the field - The buck must stop with him and Malky.

Looks like our Board could learn a lot from the Blackburn board...
  6. Are you just being deliberately contraversial or do you honestly feel content enough with what's going on to sit back and do nothing until it's too late?... :thumb04:
  7. Without Black or Cowie, I'd see us lining up with: Esson Tokely McGuire Munro Hastings Zander Vigurs Duncan Imrie Rooney Barrowman or Esson Tokely McGuire Munro Hastings Zander Vigurs Duncan McBain Imrie Rooney
  8. I definitely sent mine. I should have put a read-receipt on it! D'oh!
  9. The highlights also... well... highlight that McGuire was at fault for both goals... Cheers Brewster
  10. 10 if you include the copied emails myself and hislopoffsideagain have posted on here.
  11. You've clearly never been in the same position as myself then. I can look at it from the players point of view (although not obviously as a professional footballer). FWIW, I know I'm damn good at my job - but if I have a manager who doesn't know what their doing, blames it on me when it all goes wrong, but is quick enough to take the credit when things go well then I suddenly don't feel like working as hard as I perhaps should.
  12. Say "yes sir" to David Sutherland
  13. Link for those interested in the P&J "story". I'm no longer surprised at how arrogant Brewster is in his match summaries. Any time I read stories like that it just makes me angry Meanwhile the Board have had nigh on a day to sweat it out over what to do - Their silence is deafening... :thumb04:
  14. Weird, but I have yet to see a reasonable attempt at defending Brewster too...
  15. No, you seem to have that monopolised. Would you like some salt and vinegar for that chip on your shoulder?
  16. AFAIK, there are 6 members of the board, George Fraser, David Sutherland, Graham Bennett, Kenneth Mackie, Sandy Catto (I think but not 100% sure) and I'm not sure if Mike Smith is on the board or not. That's my guess but I'm probably wrong...
  17. I'm sorry but do you really believe all this? Brewster only played 4-4-2 because of postings on this site? "Natural side" isn't more suitably for 4-4-2 (as he did for Hearts match)? Esson got his chance not because Fraser had had a few bad games but because the fans had noticed this too? Otherwise Brewster would not have noticed at all that Mikey was going through a bad spell or would have ignored it? Choosing whether to play McGuire, Proctor or Duff at CB isn't a tough decision with arguments in all directions? Striker rotation isn't a policy adopted by a lot of Managers, plus is needed to give them all a chance to put their hand up for a start when nobody's been outstanding. And, shock horror, the Manager doesn't lay his plans out for the delectation of the CTO Championship Manager RPG crew. Isn't it wonderful, everyone can complain if he doesn't play their pet system and selections, and then when he does they can moan about it again. Are you being deliberately dense? At no point has anyone said play a 4-4-2 away from home. Everyone has made a point of bemoaning the anti-football 4-5-1 at home.
  18. Superb effort!
  19. To whom it may (or may not) concern, Since 1994 I have been a massive fan of my local team and I have been fortunate enough to see that team rise through all the leagues to the biggest stage in Scottish football, the SPL. Through those years I have witnessed some great performances from Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Some of those highlights include beating Celtic 3-1 at Parkhead, the Scottish Cup Semi-Final against Dunfermline, winning the 1st Division Title and more recently, a truly unforgettable comeback to beat Celtic 3-2 at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium. All of the highlights I have mentioned have been the result of the players on the field showing grit, determination, teamwork and spirit ? punching above our weight I?m sure you?ll agree. All of the attributes I have mentioned, have more or less been missing since January 2008. Since the departure of Mr Donald Park in January, I among many, many others have noticed our form take a turn for the worse ? and I am no believer in coincidences. I believe that since Craig Brewster took over the managerial position at the Longman, the better performances of the team has had absolutely nothing to do with him. Since Park has left, Brewster has shown nothing to justify him being given a second chance. To highlight this, I have taken the liberty of producing a set of statistics just for 2008 showing how our performances have been when compared to teams the like of whom, I?d expect us to be beating ? EASILY I?d like to draw your attention to some of the columns in the table ? more specifically, the Games Lost, Goals Against, and Points columns. For a while it was regularly highlighted that most of our games had only been lost by a one goal margin. That excuse simply isn?t going to wash, it doesn?t matter how we lost ? the fact remains that we lost. 22 games lost over a period (removing the summer break) of 9 months is a pathetic record. It appears that we have no problems in scoring goals so why have we lost so many games? 55 goals conceded over that same period in 36 games is pitiful and clearly something that needs addressed. What exactly has Brewster done to address this? Over his managerial reign we have seen questionable tactics employed, baffling substitutions, down-right stupid starting line ups ? Yet the Board have not heeded one word of discontent from the fans ? Why? Brewster does not learn from his mistakes that much is clear, but how much more does the paying fan have to put up with this? Proctor had only just come back from injury when he was thrown in to a starting lineup against Rangers. On Saturday we saw Phil McGuire gift St Mirren a goal because Brewster threw him into the starting lineup despite only having taken part in light training. Against Dundee United we saw a natural right back being played in the centre back role and a natural centre back in the right back role. Is it only a matter of time before we see Ryan Esson being tested up front? I demand to know what the Board intend to do about this. I?m sure you?re all very well aware that the fans have had enough of this farce and I for one will not be darkening a turnstile at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium until this mess has been completely sorted out. Yours faithfully,
  20. What exactly will we be doing to protest? It's all fair and well to get folk to sign up online here, but if we're all sitting in our usual spots dispersed throughout the crowd, then it's not going to be effective is it?
  21. Since when did it become about proving that you are right? Just how much experience does he need to prove that he can't do a f*cking thing? He's had nigh on 3 years now and in that time, the only measurable success has come from his playing days. You're basing this on what exactly? We have been consistently poor this season, any other manager with an ounce of ability would be able to at least acheive inconsitency... That's exactly what you've just said by suggesting that they be shown the door. As I've said before, if I have a sh*te boss, I won't be performing for him to make him look good. Everyone should pull in the same direction, but in this case Brewster appears to be the one steering in the opposite direction. Evidentally...
  22. As stated above, what's the point anymore? No one knows what Brewster will do. I predict the team for Aberdeen will have several players playing out of position and that team will be horsed by a 3 goal margin. Call me cynical but I'm not really stretching the imagination by much to come to this...
  23. Brewster GTF, Brewster Brewster GTF You don't know what you're doing! One man went to fire, went to fire a gaffer, One man and his dog, went to fire a gaffer, (Repeat to fade)
  24. Don't post here then. You weren't missed when you disappeared in the huff the last time so can you not do it again?
