So were you covering your eyes every time a long ball was fired from defence? I lost count of the number of times Hastings, Munro and McGuire hoofed the ball up the park when under no pressure at all. Proctor did not do this once. Tokely being played in an attacking role, kind of worked this time, but I believe this was down to Aberdeen not expecting this. It'll probably not work again due to his lack of pace. As I've mentioned on the match day thread and the thread on confidence in Brewster, why leave it so f*cking late to subsitute? :008: That is not being tactically astute. Why not make all 3 substitutes when it was brutally aparent we were sh*t defensively?! Why play Paatelainen on the left?! From what I've seen, he's only got a decent right foot! Brew OUT! :008:

All that proves is that he wants them to do more :017: The fact he has no tactical knowledge makes him **** poor.

Todays result has not changed my mind about him. How did he do OK today exactly? Late subs, didn't use all subs, players out of position. Grade A pish from a pish manager. :008:

Just back in from a match I felt was very very even. Aluko ran rings round Tokely and Proctor for much of the first half. I really fail to see why McGuire has become so unreliable after signing permanently; I genuinely can't remember him putting a good shift in after the January transfer window. Looking at how the team was positioned, I genuinely couldn't see where our goals were coming from... Cowie doesn't really play his best in centre mid despite playing there for County. Imrie has yet to impress me, and I was sceptical about Tokely being pushed up to attacking right mid. What was Duncan playing at with his goal celebration? Funny as it was, there was no need for it at all! Then to top his performance off, he gets himself sent off for an act of idiocy. I said it before and it will take a lot of convincing to change my mind but he should never have been given a new contract :008: 2nd half and I felt Proctor and Hastings were really struggling. McGuire made more of a fanny of himself. Without Duncan it appeared McBain was orchestrating the midfield beautifully! A definite contender for MoM! Brewster as per usual, left it until the death to make a change. On came Richie Hart to a huge roar from the crowd and put in one his best SPL performances. Imrie recieved a standing ovation from a few in the North Stand which quite frankly beggars belief, I think he's mince. On came Paatelainen didn't really play to the best of his ability. Why was the 3rd sub not used?! :008: More tactical inability from Brewster, we badly needed to take McGuire out of the game and put on fresh legs at the back! If Duncan had not been sent off, our game badly needed a 2nd striker to play off Niculae, someone like Wyness. The game would have been very different but I doubt the Ego would have gone with that option. Positives from the game: Great overall team performance, the team as a whole looked hungry for the ball and had more passion in this one game than our last 10 put together! Fantastic individual performances from McBain, Niculae, Hart, Cowie and to an extent Tokely. Negatives: Duncan... Need I say more? His presence in the team is a negative IMHO, the mere fact that he was offered a new contract is a negative :008: McGuire... again need I say more? Grade A pish from him yet again. :008: Dougie MacDonald - Card happy ****! A sub-standard referee - Not even fit for the 2nd division! Brewster - Late substitutions and didn't use all 3 subs. When will he f*cking learn?! :008: Get him tae f*ck! :33: Long ball tactics... and again, need I say more?

Think the pressure on him came from the pressures of being the manager, which he didnt come to terms with on a personal level. I can assure you his resignation was nothing to do with the pressures of being a manager. But the mention of personal level is in the right ball park. That's all I'll say on it.

He's only there on loan. Mind you, we could have done with him on loan and then sign him at the end of the season...

I enjoyed a sausage roll at the game against Gretna I think it was... Mikey's save against Celtic The banter with Alan Combe on Killie's last visit up here.

He wasn't booked against Kilmarnock... Unless he's picked up an injury in training, is this the beginning of Brewster forcing Black away from Inverness as well?...

There's something wrong with "Special Brew" - Hi Craig by the way... :sillywave: Replacing the players is not the answer - Tokely, Duncan, McGuire and Bayne are exceptions to this. It is far easier, quicker and cheaper to remove the cause of problems ie Brewster.

I still want Brewster gone. He is a terrible manager.

Soon after realising his formation wasn't working, Brewster was faced with the age old football dilemna... Make a substitution or glue your hands to your face...

So far I think Terry Butcher has been the best shout.

We did give him a chance earlier in the season that resulted in a game with Zibi's accurate distributions could be counted on one hand.

:017: :017: :017: Do you actually go to any games or are you making that assumption by looking at the table and in particular, the number of goals we've shipped? That's the only logic I can see in that. I had my doubts about Fraser when we lost Brown to Celtic, however I have been proved wrong. Would you rather we played Zibi in goal? Or perhaps you'd like to see us make a move for Ma'calamity... The weak links in our squad exist in Ross Tokely, Phil McGuire, Graham Bayne, and Russell Duncan. All four have been grade A pish all season. We need a clearout of the afore mentioned personel and then Brewster, Thomson, Bennet and Savage.

I don't see any reason as to why he's not been given a shot already. But since it's Brewster that's in charge and he's been given the vote of confidence from Savage I can't see it happening.

John Collins Jim Duffy Craig Brown Robbo's record away from us speaks for itself - appointing him would be a step in the wrong direction I've had enough of inexperienced managers. It's time we appoint someone who knows what their doing.

It wouldn't surprise me if he was still in charge then.

I'm surprised we only let in 4! Who's up for a stadium wide chant of "Brewster out" at the Don's game?
