  1. I would point to the team rather than players, they're not going out on the grass all fired up like they should be. Brewster, if you can't motivate the team get someone in that can. What's Pele doing these days?
  2. Brewster seems to like a bit of a gamble on the contract front. I wonder what the league position would be in a few years time if all the team have been either brought in by Brewster or through the youth programme. I'm starting to think it's time to look for a replacement manager. Craig Brewster, you are the weakest link, goodbye.
  3. If the worst happened to the YAMS who would you take from their current set-up? I'd expect all the Kaunas mob would leave the country. Michael Steart for ICT.
  4. One which has only played one game this season in a meaningless match, demotivates the first team squad, influences the matchday tactics, has in the past proved himself to be a mercenary, puts his own ego before the good of the club and commands a high salary. Answers on a postcard.
  5. Thats bullsh*t and you know it.
  6. I'm sure he'll be offered a contract extension but probably on the same terms, the credit crunch hasn't shown the full effect it will have on attendances yet and the club will need to be canny with the wages. Is Gillian related in any way?
  7. Goalies only do that when they don't have confidence in their back line. Craig Brewster get it sorted.
  8. Daily Record Might affect their performance today?
  9. Anything goes for this pish Site admin & mods should know better.
  10. I don't think it was quite that. Think it was more "I don't want to talk about a new deal now". "I don't want to talk about a new deal now". I don't want a new deal
  11. Could be the lack of atmosphere, rustle rustle shhhh.
  12. Totally agree. Our fans are persecuted in the North Stand yet when we look down the other end we see the away fans standing, jumping up and down and clearly flaunting the rules. Not only are the police down there but stewards too and they don't seem bothered one bit. Yes, a bit of consistency would be more than welcome. OK, if it's consistently the same offenders at the home end then the stewards know who to look out for. To be consistent at the away end would require an increased presence of stewards which would eat into the clubs budget. Grin and bear it. :thumb04:
  13. We'll see, supply and demand n all that. It's not strange that the away fans have had their prices increased to cover the 5% surcharge but it is very inadvisable to punish the home fans too. Well out of order.
  14. I could be wrong but I don't think police are concerned about fans standing at a game that's down to SPL rules which are enforced by stewards who are contracted to the club and it is the club who are ultimately responsible for the behaviour of fans in the stadium. Namecalling such as "wee jumped up little f*d" is counterproductive and will put the club on the defensive. The bottom line is that the boys at the back row were aware of the rules yet they flaunted them.
  15. I would like to think I am as qualified as any ST holder to offer judgement on most of the above. Some only manage 2 games a year, eh Scotty? Doesn't make him any less passionate either..........though there is Toronto in the MLS.......
  16. Would you feel different if it was someone else? and why? DS has been good to this club and no one should forget it.
  17. How did it get there?
  18. Or maybe SPL standards have dropped? Why spend pounds when pennies will do?
  19. No cigar this time.
  20. Do the security companies not have a "code of conduct"? I'm sure the Security Industry Authority must have, might be worth having a look at. Maybe the Club could/should look into it? Have you considered the possibility that the chairman regards the fans as part of the club? ICT's first ever glory hunter? Thankyou, CaleyD! :thumb04: Agreed.
  21. I think that's what IHE's standing agenda is about, identify areas for improvements, prioritise them and take the top few to the board with solutions. They should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timebound. Hang on SMART? Maybe IHE shouldn't be in the loop.
  22. That's just your opinion though.
  23. I find your lack of faith disappointing especially when you have the word moderator under your name I appreciate that you are entitled to your own opinion but its the start of the season. Lets not write the team off thanks! I wouldn't say that's a lack of faith at all, we're on 7 points after 4 games which is great but it is 4 games from 38 so 34 still to play. As for Kingsmills being a moderator; Wiki definition: A forum moderator, often shortened to just mod, is a person granted special powers to enforce the rules of an Internet forum (message board) or electronic mailing list. Almost all moderators on all forums can move discussions to different sections of the forum, close discussions, edit the content of individual postings, answer questions (or help people with problems), and 'stick' discussions so they remain visible in their forum section even if no new postings are made to them. Different forums may give their moderators further powers, such as being able to block/ban people from the message board who are trolling or breaking the rules of the message board. No requirement there for rose tinted glasses.
