As I said the NS closure was final nail that made us decide to give it a miss. Think DD post above explains why folk like sitting in their own seat with same folk around them. I haven't mentioned atmosphere at all. Think someone already mentioned how club could have opened it without extra turnstiles/catering etc.

Well it would have been 3 more anyway as that decision was final straw for me. I see the South Stand was open. Could they not have opened north but put the small amount of away fans in the main stand?

I think lack of accommodation was a real factor as well as Skipinnish being on the same night. Not buying the has been argument many have offered though as obviously still selling out arenas

Interestingly Duran Duran tickets for a UK arena tour went on sale today. The O2 x 2 nights, Manchester and Brmingham arenas are almost sold out except very expensive packages. They are obviously still a very popular arena band so how did we go so wrong?

I don't think there are any guarantees re Shane? Don't want to be negative Nancy but will he ever regain the same level post this injury. Oakley was definitely a 2 year deal. Clearly its not worked out for either party but an expensive mistake regardless

I think £20 too much as well. It's only £18 for a league match in North stand. Can't see there being a big crowd with this nonsense pricing

Retired local journalist. Nicola is local STV reporter but does presenting locally. I assume that spending money on an expensive big name was thought not cost effective given its to raise money for Aaron and to keep price of event reasonable.

I'm told that as only the TV companies use it now it is put up and taken down for each televised game.
