Season Tickets + Resignation Confirmation
old caley girl replied to EvilWhiteStripe's topic in Caley Thistle
Evidence of that being true? Presumably the trust know more than they are able to divulge. That said their first loyalty should be to the trust membership. This whole "just trust us" ( no pun intended) vibe is wearing thin I'll be keeping my hard earned cash for now till we are provided with actual detail of any restructuting. Over to you ICTFC & Supporters trust. Well for me at last some light at the end of the tunnel . As a support we have all demanded change and it’s been granted . Gardiner will be gone and it’s time for us all to get behind the club on the next stage of our history . For those who say little has been said in the statement I’d argue the opposite . Youth and local players to be given the chance to show they are good enough . More importantly the news of possible new investment is massive and it’s understandable that the club until this is finalised cannot reveal details . For me some of the doom and gloom merchants on this forum will never be happy !!! The supporters trust have been in dialogue with the club and been given assurances . I will be renewing my season ticket on Monday . Finally for the many in Inverness who were revelling in our demise I say long live ICT . Reading between the lines, I agree that it does largely sound promising; particularly the part stating that we’ve got what we wanted in that we’ll be fielding many local players next season ( even if this is financially motivated rather than a desire to connect with area). This notwithstanding, the phrase “Following the continued restructuring of the club, including a revised football model…” evokes an element of dread in me due to the last revised model they unilaterally decided upon.- 251 replies

Season Tickets + Resignation Confirmation

I can cope with that Charles but it's so unfair that adults and ocer65s in main stand get a big reduction on last year compared to north stand ? I'm very very disappointed at the further rolling back of the young adult category too. So short sighted -
Almost at target now. Proud of us all and his fellow pros.
-
Agree I'm completely ashamed to be a fan of this club at present
-
Unlikely given how we previously treated Shane Sutherland and Tom Walsh ?
-
I'm not sure he can stay silent much longer tbh
-
So proud that Shane has stepped up here and of our fans who are donated. Completely and utterly ashamed of my club treating folk like this.
-
I don't share that confidence in handing over a large sum of money at moment
-
Hard to disagree. What an absolute s##t show. Still no information forthcoming and clock ticking towards the season. Nothing ever changes re communication and as all the gambling has become losing bets what happens now?
-
Totally agree Charles. I , and probably many others, would want clarification on a number of matters including the CEO before parting with money? The repercussions re journalists suggests to me a certain individual is very much still in charge?
-
I'd assume they will need income to pay the wages next month? Season Ticket sales would be the obvious option? However the end of the month seems a long way away given everything seems to change daily
-
A good listen Charles.
-
I also thought Charles mentioning recent threats to the local press indicate Scot Gardiner very much still running the show? He has previous for this I'm told
-
Probably on holiday tbf
-
I disagree but didn't want to go off topic!
-
Last weeks one was pretty explosive do looking forward to this week's
-
There must be assets? Why put a floating charge on otherwise?
-
I am concerned by the charge he holds on club assets. Time will tell if he turns out the ultimate villan. At the very least they've gambled and lost on the clubs future.
-
Very little I hope? Assume they are conforming with employment law with this move?
-
Not sure he's a great idea Scotty given that he's inflicted the N500 and it's resulting problems on the Highlands? Doesn't really fit with the description above given the overtourism that's happening in some parts
-
Do you really think they could go on running the club in this fashion for ever? The fact they delayed posting the now late accounts was a huge red flag. Long before the fans had enough. None of this mismanagement is our fault ie the fans
-
None of this is ghe fans fault. We trusted the custodians of the club to run affairs in a prudent manner not like a drunk gambler? I agree though we will need to step up going forward as we always gave done before when asked
-
Even if there isn't things couldn't ho on the way they were? This is not fans fault. The board are custodians of the club and have allowed things to get out of hand and the CEO to do what he wanted with no checks and balances.
