On the subject of pies .Hastie & Dyce supply us on away buses with pies .I can honestly say they are the best macaroni and meat pies I have tasted . It would be good to use a local supplier . I bought a macaroni pie on Sat before game and it was so frazzled it was virtually impossible to eat . (Food for thought if you pardon the pun )

Well said Christib . In all walks of life when you try to do good there is always the element who will try to bring you down . Like you say Shorty may have been better to have got the facts right before he / she started spouting off . I too was a " bucket shaker " on Sat although I didn't have to shake it as I was overwhelmed by the generosity of our fans and it certainly wasn't all small change . Thank you all so very much as The Travel Club work hard behind the the scenes voluntarily to make sure fans get to as many away games as is possible . Shorty needs to realise these buses come at a cost and we don't get help towards cost and every penny is a prisoner .

I went to pick up my ticket for cup game and only had my own ST but wanted two , I was told by a very pleasant dark haired girl in ticket office that I would need to come back with other book . She told me that there were plenty seats not to worry as they wouldn't sell ST seats first , so I don't think there is any need to panic over getting your own seat . As for Chistine ( I see its spelt with a K above sorry if I got it wrong ) in main reception she is always more than helpful and welcomes you with a smile . Keep up the good work Christine ( with a K ?) As Renegade suggests above it may have been simpler to just produce ST on day of match and voucher taken out ....Food for thought if the occasion ever arises again that the club would dare to give us a freebie.Would save staff time and money having tickets printed .

It's very early days but some promising signs in the the two friendlies I've been to . Looking forward to game at Elgin today .Robbo is a breath of fresh air I have every faith in him .

I heard Robbo on Sportsound yesterday and was very impressed by what he had to say .He spoke with a lot of passion and determination to do well .Has been over the border looking at a couple of new signings but didn't give anything away to jeopardise that . Apparently although he hasn't managed for five years it's not been for the want of offers ,but the right one came up last week !! Spoke highly of our fan base of loyal fans although not huge but hopes that will change . It felt like the backbone is evident once more . Personally I can't wait for season to start and wish him every success and hope he can do the necessary for us . Go Robbo !!!!!
