  1. depends how good the players coming in are but a bit disappointed to be honest... didn't expect a romanov style revolution but it's likely we'll lose some big players in the summer and we need to show that we are still trying to improve. There is no place for complacency in the SPL, I just hope we don't live to regret not making the most of what we have.
  2. well done all :clapping03:
  3. prefer the better home form but it gives CC something to work from.... we need to make TCS into a fortress!! :001:
  4. Hero - Bayne.... he has given his all this season, defending from the front and although his goal ratio is still not what it should be he has notched some important goals. His performance against Celtic in the Cup should have one us the game, he played target man perfectly. Villian - All those 'fans' that jumped on the "lets sack Christie" bandwagon... shame on you! Must do better - Atmosphere at TCS.... singing section behind the goals is a must
  5. :hiding03: what an idiot :029: Had my driving test at 11 (which I passed btw... get in!) but the plan was to head to the footabll after not realising it was an early kick off... what a muppet :rolleyes02:
  6. bollox Keane, Gerrard, Terry, Golly (when he was playing) and Dods this season have all led their teams and kept the workrate high when heads might have gone down. Your captain is your leader on the park, there has never been a decent team EVER that has not had a dominant captain.
  7. It's a hole... good luck with that
  8. I'll be there, expecting a party atmosphere and plenty of Tokely loving :001:
  9. He can't just 'demand a free transfer', he is under contract (?) so he'll have to get on with it! He is beginning to be a pain in the erse though
  10. Was at a Partick v Alloa game 2 seasons ago, watching one of mates playing, and the Partick fans spent the whole game slagging off **** Campbell, they hated him.
  11. agree if that's the way our business is being dealt with then we should go somewhere that will treat us with more respect and if the club don't realise this then we have some real problems. At the end of the day we are losing out on money... makes absolutely no sense
  12. ... and there are ways that complaints should be handled
  13. :029: you're quoting Scotty, but to be fair I agree with all he has posted
  14. probably scared of the rain :015:
  15. Did Andy and the rest of my lot join in RIG? I did say to them!
  16. nice to see us get some good coverage and some sympathy from the BBC, hopefully the board will see sense
  17. too true It's the little things like this that could be earning an extra couple of thousand for the club... another missed oppertunity :rolleyes02:
  18. My only worry if Wilson is named captain would be that if he doesn't play us much next season (which is very likely) then it would be a similar scenario to what we have just now with Golly. And if we carry on giving the captaincy to the oldest player we will be appointing a new captain every season, idealy we need someone that can lead the team for a few seasons.
  19. I 've seen a lot of teams wear their new strips already to advertise to the supporters for next season, has anyone heard if we are planning to do the same against St Mirren??
  20. :015: You wont realise having only made 4 posts but we've had this topic on a couple of occasions. Think last time the majority of people voted for Munro, I'd probably go with that and Tokely as vice captain edited, I wasn't meaning to sound like a cheeky ba5tard :003:
  21. "Inspector Cox admitting their reaction to the singing section would be re-examined." Promising?
  22. I don't think there would be anychance of us affording his contract, but think he is a decent player
  23. If the club are serious about improving the atmosphere then the singing section should be behind the goals, that's where it has always been and that's where it should continue to be IMO. Everyone seems to have the opinion that we, the singers, should be the outcasts and sit at the sides where we are not going to bother anyone, if we are going to make an impression on the rest of the fans and improve the atmosphere we should be in the centre where we can make an improvement on the stadium! Look at the Kop in Anfield, it is one of the greatest achievements in football and has produced 'the best fans in the world' (apart from Celtic obviously :rolleyes02: ) If the club clearly state, when selling season tickets for nxt season, "secton F (?) is a designated singing section for this season, if you would like to be part of this area please feel free to renew your tickets, if not, can I recommend section A, B, C, D etc." I can't see many people having a problem with that, if anything I'm sure fans would be encouraged that the club are making positive strides to improve the atmosphere
  24. yip
