Was a bit of a non event, fight shouldn't have finished that early but Calzaghe would have had berried in the next round. Are you trying to say that Robbo's blameless? I think half our fans would like Robbo back incharge of ICT just because he is a known figure in football, but this shows that you can be as well known and as popular as you like but if you don't have a clue about the tactics and formations you will be found out eventually. For me Robbo has never been a great manager, he put players in their favoured positions and let them get on with it, which can work (got us to the SPL) but when he didn't have a decent selection of players to rely on he didn't have any answers. Same for Brewster

to be honest I'm sick of us playing he same team up to 6 times in a season... if you are playing a team only twice in a season it makes that game more exciting because you wont know the other team inside out like we do just now. More managers more ideas on how to play football, more players more chance of the cream rising to the top.

The are trying to preserve their games with the Old Firm and relying on those games to make money for the club. They don't want the league structure to change because they will lose out on OF cash by having less games against them or they will face a scenario whereby the might be relegated and not have any games against the OF at all. The Old Firm will runaway with the league regardless of its setup. I don't see how there will be any meaningless games with a larger number of teams. They will surely be more meaningful than the round of games your club is about to play over the next few weeks? At least they could go up in the table and get more prize money as opposed to knowing you are stuck in 7th and can go no higher. You wouldn't notice anyone missing tonight to be fair. Fletcher has done all right but he has been over shadowed by a very energetic and hard working Smith who took his goal well, a blistering Ronaldo who has tormented the Roma defence and the excellent Carrick who has scored a couple of great goals and dominated the midfield. All three have performed better than Fletcher. very hard to pick one player out of that sort perfomance but Fletcher was everywhere, never stopped broke everything up that Roma tried to create and never misplaced a pass, would get my Motm different strokes for different folks fcuking hate Chelsea... so much for Valencia winning the cup :015:

That's very much along the same lines of my thinking, would possibly have the playoffs similar to the system used in the Campionship just because the amount of sucess they have had with it over the years but apart from that you are bang on IMO.

16 Team SPL, no split with a better league cup format. The less games the more important each one will be and the cheaper season tickets will be, thus a rise in attendances. Sign the petition Link :003:
