  1. The timing of all this could be a little awkward with the window closing next week and ICT supposedly still looking for a defender.
  2. Hardly a surprise. Charlie never looked truly comfortable in the position. This could be the first time a manager takes control with the club in a slightly precarious position so maybe not the time for an inexperienced candidate. Having said that, it could be anyone from Barry Wilson to Bobby Robson who gets the job.
  3. That's rich coming from the newly enthroned Bishop of Chorley. :015:
  4. So who are we racing? Can I race you Mrs PB? :015:

Bryan Munro is the man. I'm sure the club would pass any communication from you on to him
  6. Voting for Hall of Fame entrants closes at 6pm on Friday so if you want to have your say go to the MFR website. Click Here

Here is another example of a similar situation which recently came good in the end. If ICT go about things properly there is a good chance this should come to a satisfactory conclusion. Click

I suspect it may have to go to some appeal or tribunal process and the speed with which that can be convened may be a factor.

If you could connect Wilsy and Kevin's heads with a bit of string they'd make a great set of clackers. Did someone else confirm the identity of the man in the red tie?

Out for a month or so I believe. My guess is it happened at Keith where he was liming slightly and got subbed.
  11. RiG, you've been living in the Orient for far too long if you can understand what kids in Peterhead are saying. Time to come home, sonny.
  12. Yep, got a car load going.
  13. Good grief, lens envy! :015:
  14. I am reliably informed by the Trust's crack team of sales executives that they expect the SOLD OUT signs to go up on this event in the next week or so. So if you fancy going don't hang about!
  15. Liked the look of Dean McDonald who looks very good and pacey with the ball at his feet. Nearly had a hat-trick but hit the bar from way out. He might be wee but he's as broad as he's long - a true umpa lumpa! I thought Barry was outstanding before the break, totally running the show, but he slowed right down afterwards. Great to see some old Caley players on the field at half-time for a penalty competition. Well done Wilsy, Kevin, Kenny, Bob & Doc. Somewhere up in the sky of IHE's imagination the Howden End was watching.
  16. I wouldn't count on it. The club Chairman said that he hoped to have it on place by then but gave no guarantees that it would.
  17. FAO The Mantis You'll certainly want to be in Keith. P&J reporting that half time entertainment is a five a side penalty shoot out contest between old Caley and Keith players. Representing Caley, I believe, are Wilson Robertson, Kevin Mann, Kenny Taylor, Bob Summers and John Docherty. Might be a day for a blue and white scarf instead of a blue and red one as ICT will probably be playing in green or purple.

    Do whippets go free?
  19. Only time will tell how good a move this is. Certainly ambitious, but I can only imagine what the feeling of the rest of the squad is. Imagine somebody comes into your workplace earning several times what you do to carry out the same job. How would you feel? On these terms Niculae will get no honeymoon period. If he doesn't deliver straight away he will feel the pressure. ICT badly needed to break their wage structure but this has smashed it on one player and I'm not convinved of the wisdom of that. I really hope this does work out as the consequences of it not working are serious. So, I'm afraid I'm not quite as excited as most of you.
  20. Details now on official site and it's good news. :003: http://www.ictfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News...1073141,00.html

I'm still standing by Reg Dwight. :023: :023:
  22. Just want to echo what Maimie has already said. A huge amount of effort is going into this evening and it will be spectacular with some great guests from ICT's past invited along. Email the trust at [email protected] if you have any questions or send me a PM. Voting should start next week.
  23. One Gills fan described him as an umpa lumpa! So, there's your Dean McDonald song.
  24. I think you'll find the club will sell as many tickets as they can for this section for the games likely to sell out, but for other games against the Killies and Gretnas of this world anybody will be able to transfer across to this section from their seat elsewhere. There are to be 534 seats in six rows and the club hope to have it ready for the Rangers game.
  25. The Supporters’ Trust has suggested two dates to ICTFC for a public meeting regarding the future of the Singing Section. We await a response from the club regarding which date would suit them best to send along representatives who can tell fans about their plans and answer questions. The dates proposed are Tuesday, 26th June and Wednesday, 27th June. Once a date and venue have been confirmed we'll let you know.
