  1. will need to close after tomorrow's game. Would appreciate you all posting your initial score, your end score and your reasoning for the decrease or increase.
  2. This can only mean one thing - February 8th's computer has been interfered with by the spirit world
  3. Sponsored ICT Kiltwalk to Hampden ??
  4. LOL - who would have believed the posts in the last few days prior to this weekend- well apart from a Seer
  5. Sorry I was caught up in a Seer moment at the time of posting
  6. With the crowd problems at the last game the polis will push for the Saturday for the Old Firm
  7. Colin Hendry effectively fixes a Rangers v ICT Cup Final
  8. Or "Wont you stay - just a little bit longer" by Jackson Browne ?
  9. Now that is a post that hits the nail right through the MDF.
  10. Whoa - it has to be a song recorded by KC and the Sunshine Band. This could me a more defining audit of fan emotion at this particular time. So what are you carousing ? Thats the way (I like it) Shake your booty (could be reference to botty or spondoolicks) Keep it coming (love) Get down tonight Please dont go Give it up
  11. Let’s come down to earth and consider the rubbish talked in the post match TV interviews. Dodds talking garbage again - He actually thinks that injuries to important players has ruined our season. The need to playing reserves has affected tactics and led to vital mistakes being made. He then suggests that the spirit is still there- well listening to and simply looking at the non verbal presentations of McKay and Welsh it is clear that the dressing room is lost and there is no togetherness. Last night was simply a fluke and a total one off. I am sure that many others will concur with my views. I also feel that the players were hoodwinked into playing better purely because it was the CEO’s birthday and there was a threat to cancel Doran’s testimonial dinner. REAL fans will not be taken in
  12. I almost went to 6 after listening to the Dodds, McKay and Welsh interviews after the game. Those are not the words of a broken dressing room.
  13. No Caley, No Pyro - Come on I bet we all had flares in the 70's.
  14. Staying at 5 but my only comment is "Who looked like the Premiership club tonight??"
  15. Well we took control after the worst start ever, better team and playing some good stuff BUT have we put too much energy into that half and boy do I feel nervous when Killie go forward. And let’s hope we learn the lesson of keeping it tight for the first 20-15 minutes
  16. According to my neice (Jia) it is more likely to be a takeover rather than a partnership!!
  17. Has our revered Charlie Bannerman revealed a secret plan or has he gone completely up Stephens Brae on his head and wearing a prefects blazer. Or has he used the Courier to bring back my premonition of many years ago. A futuristic stadium built at the Tore roundabout, to be named "The Toreodome" - a rerouted railway line joining Sneck and Tinkerville and a state of the art railway station and Retail Park - a new team named Highland United - to be known as The Highlanders - playing in strip colours of red, dark blue and white - the two ends to be named the Howden End and the Jail End - all bankrolled by Roy McGregor and the Global Energy boys who will build on the Dump. For one I doff my schoolboy hat to Charlie B.
  18. I now feel that it would be premature to end this piece of research until after the Queens Park league game.
  19. Or a memory like Kingsmills or Telford Street Hey - If you were in charge - would you be avoiding an AGM until the storm clouds have settled to a degree and there is an opportunity to provide a new plan for the future ?
  20. I do not think that the result tonight will effect anything immediately. A positive result will naturally boost the coffers, hopefully add the confidence to leak into the remaining league fixtures and give us a trip to Hampden - even though there is a potential hammering awaiting - and of course provide a degree of respite for those in charge. A negative result - even with a good performance - will undoubtedly bring out the detractors and venom will be in abundance. And then we have to travel to play the Spiders and that could be the tarantula bite that effectively ends our season. The rumours I have heard are that there is going to be a significant remodelling of the upper echelons of the club. What we clearly need is a communication channel between the board and the fan base - and that should really be relatively simple to do, allowing a fan representative to feedback on a regular basis. That will not be to the likes of certain individuals but most will appreciate the philosophy. I am certainly geared up to be highly critical if things are not changed and I do think that the club will lose the fan base if changes are not made. Surely they can see that it would really be the beginning of the end and the people at the top will forever be deemed responsible. Anyway tonight - as the Sneck answer to Ed Balls would belt out over the tannoy "LETS MAKE SOME NOISE FOR THE CALEY THISTLE BOYS"
