Queens Park (A) 18th March
Tomorrow is as difficult a match as we have had in some time. Unfortunately it is a must win for the play offs. I fear that there may be a backlash due to our recent performances and results. Personally I would be satisfied with a draw. Anything better would be the biggest confidence booster in a long time. Lets make sure that when we wash Incey Wincey spider down the spout that we plug it.

Song for Billy Dodds - You choose
Whoa - it has to be a song recorded by KC and the Sunshine Band. This could me a more defining audit of fan emotion at this particular time. So what are you carousing ? Thats the way (I like it) Shake your booty (could be reference to botty or spondoolicks) Keep it coming (love) Get down tonight Please dont go Give it up

Killie Cup Tie 10thMarch
Letβs come down to earth and consider the rubbish talked in the post match TV interviews. Dodds talking garbage again - He actually thinks that injuries to important players has ruined our season. The need to playing reserves has affected tactics and led to vital mistakes being made. He then suggests that the spirit is still there- well listening to and simply looking at the non verbal presentations of McKay and Welsh it is clear that the dressing room is lost and there is no togetherness. Last night was simply a fluke and a total one off. I am sure that many others will concur with my views. I also feel that the players were hoodwinked into playing better purely because it was the CEOβs birthday and there was a threat to cancel Doranβs testimonial dinner. REAL fans will not be taken in π

I almost went to 6 after listening to the Dodds, McKay and Welsh interviews after the game. Those are not the words of a broken dressing room.

Killie Cup Tie 10thMarch
Well we took control after the worst start ever, better team and playing some good stuff BUT have we put too much energy into that half and boy do I feel nervous when Killie go forward. And letβs hope we learn the lesson of keeping it tight for the first 20-15 minutes

Against All the Odds
Has our revered Charlie Bannerman revealed a secret plan or has he gone completely up Stephens Brae on his head and wearing a prefects blazer. Or has he used the Courier to bring back my premonition of many years ago. A futuristic stadium built at the Tore roundabout, to be named "The Toreodome" - a rerouted railway line joining Sneck and Tinkerville and a state of the art railway station and Retail Park - a new team named Highland United - to be known as The Highlanders - playing in strip colours of red, dark blue and white - the two ends to be named the Howden End and the Jail End - all bankrolled by Roy McGregor and the Global Energy boys who will build on the Dump. For one I doff my schoolboy hat to Charlie B.
