  1. Now I know that you are on the wind up - Danny Sanky hates being called Dan. But he knows a feckin narcissist when he sees one.
  2. Would you TODAY sign for ICT - or would your agent ?
  3. Neither does a team in disarray, p1ss poor PR, deplorable communication and the media portayal of Ross Tokely.
  4. What did Danny say that about Grant Munro ?
  5. Correct - and only one who REALLY cared about his job and the effect that his decisions had on others !!
  6. I was alluding to the timing - Just because we currently have a "monster" in charge will not stop me from paying good money to follow Inverness Caledonian Thistle - and if I was living in Sneck I would be renewing my season ticket, Suggest that some people look at the characteristics of co-dependants of narcissists. If your reference of "stirring the ****" is in any way aimed at me I am now opening my gob to the full in protection of the future of this club and will continue to do so. If I had been asked to put in to a fund to save Tokely, and pay his wage cut, then I would have.
  7. His stance against Terry Butcher.
  8. If the leader has a narcissistic personality, he will make sure that his senior management team is comprised of co-dependants. If the leader is a codependent, and there is a narcissist in his senior management team, then the codependent will do the bidding of the narcissist (remember, he already subscribes to the narcissist's world view). The best bet for an effective leader is a non narcissist who has the strength of character to deal with narcissists. But non narcissists in the workplace who are committed to being fair and nice to others may further compound the problem. They are naturally unwilling or unprepared to hold the narcissist accountable for his behavior. Confrontation is not part of their personality, so their failure to confront the narcissist only serves to reinforce the narcissist's belief in his dominance, thereby strengthening his position. An emotionally hazardous work environment is a workplace lead by a narcissistic manager who believes in demonstrating power and control over employees, dominating others through a combination of direct threats and stealth methods. But when the narcissistic manager gets his (or her) feelings hurt, or perceives he has been slighted in any way, or is threatened that an employee's abilities might be better than his own, he will react with aggression. The time it takes for the narcissist to change from Mr Nice Guy to Mr Angry can be very short, and some of the methods he uses as means of control are abuse, narcissistic rage, splitting, projection , character asssasination (eg. Munro "accepted" it with "dignity" ), and intimidation.
  9. Some personality disorders are untreatable. But I actually reckon that I could do a better job of it than Terry Butcher.
  10. In the short-term and when everything is going their way, narcissists are often charming, charismatic, compelling, and persuasive. In fact, a little narcissism may provide surface advantages to succeeding as an entrepreneur. The problems arise when the narcissist feels challenged or threatened. If the flow of admiration from others starts to slow down or stop, if funding fails to materialize, if the marketplace doesn’t behave as the narcissist hopes, narcissists are prone to angry outbursts and attempts to retaliate. Narcissists specialize in making everyone else’s life miserable. Over time, a narcissist will create an emotionally hazardous work environment for the non-narcissist. He (or she) will surround himself with co-dependants,enablers,followers. If he is high enough up the organization, he will appoint them. If he can't appoint them, he will make life so difficult for those who don't subscribe to his 'world view' (or tacitly accept it), that they will leave. The narcissist will eventually end up surrounded by individuals who play the pathological reciprocal role that his behavior typically induces. And do we not all know who the feckin co-dependants,enablers,followers are ?
  11. “I’d rather have been released than made an offer like that. I was upset after deciding to move on but I’m looking to the future now. I have one or two options but can’t say too much.” - can anyone feckin guess where one of those options is ?
  12. Looking forward to Wynessgate, Wilsongate, Munrogate, Duncangate and Tokelygate. Perhaps that is what we should name the entrances to exits from the ground
  13.      Feckin great timing !!!
  14. I have a phottie of Rosscoe having his breakfast when the text came through from Terry Butcher :
  15. There will be a hell of a feckin queue by the end of this season then - unless of course they all feck off back to England.
  16. Get Gavin back quickly !!
  17. Skint he enough to put an improved deal on the table for Hayes and Tansey ?
  18. Terry, I’ve never earned a lot of money in my career and have never demanded much from the club, but there are limits. I just wonder if the you just really want me or are you putting the onus on me to turn it down? Listen lege end, There obviously comes a time when people have to move on. When I fecked Grant Munro off he moved on with great dignity. Now Grant is back in the SPL with Ross County — and deservedly so (chuckle, chuckle)”
  19. Am I mistaken or were not both of those great players dropped and benched and back again ?
  20. We do - cos we are sinking fast !!
  21. Good point Yngwie - perhaps the South Stand could be the Johndo MacKenzie Stand. I have also had a money spinning idea - Terry Butcher bathroom accessories - toilet brush, toilet seat, toilet paper etc.
  22. I take that all back - it was yet another feckin smoke screen
  23. Fer fecks sake Dougal - give it a rest - you forgot Proctor. First opening post of yours that I agree with.
