Time for change
Feck me - Stand aside Mike Smith - we have a replacement. :thumb04: :018: This is the kind of stuff that ostracises the fan base - truly pathetic - but so so manipulative in the "splitting" sense. A sure sign that our Board are nervous peeple. ;)

Brews 11
Lets have a game of Hang the Man - I'll go first ----- / ---- / ------- I will give you two clues - B starts every word - and the answer is a poster who is a "ringer" - one who I agree with to an extent but yet another who tries to decry freedom of speech and opinion or attempts to quash the support by trying to project the blame for the current situation on the support. As far as I am concerned the signings are in positions where most of us wanted them and if we get a centre forward I fer one will be more than happy - but that does not detract from the FACT that the management of this club - in 2008 - was pisss poor and the tactical input was inept. Why wasnt this done in the transfer windows of January 2008 and Summer 2008 ? If BBB wants to stay on this forum - he is welcome - as long as he can back up his posts with fact or rationales - I suspect he is a gutless wind up merchant who is just passing through - a bit like excrement through the colon.

Foreign players
Nope I actually agree - players like Duff, Vigurs, Sutherland and Wood can only gain from training with the foreigners and they may also be helped to play more regularly in the first team. Duff will get his chance - Sutherland can sit back and learn - as can Wood - but I would be playing Vigurs every week and Rooney is one that I would be playing more often as well. By the way are there any travelling people in Cameroon, Latvia, Portugal, Canada, Ireland and France before I offend any **** ? :D :thumb04: :015: :018:

But I have heard that Ryan has been putting his penny worth in and ya know how Brew responds to that - I also found it surprising as Brew was on the knife edge and if Mikey had fecked up then ?? Unless Brew has had assurances from on high ?

Only one feckin winner there - to be honest I never really like the **** since he siad that we were his ticket to the Old Firm - looks more like Infirm now. Jeez - thought you had been banned or worse incarcerated.... welcome back....oh and a happy new year Why would I be banned - I am the mods favoured one. Anyway the mentally ill of Lancashire have needed ma support as have the good guys on the sunny side of Stanley Park.

Govan Jaggie - ya aint answering yer mobile - is ma room at the Govan Hilton available ? Are we beginning our wee march at Brechins or in Central Weegieland ? King Beastie and his beautiful Shetland pony make it four of us so far. What about the rest of the MOB reunion ? Where are we drinking before the game ? Hope the rest of the wee boys from Inverness are going to join the drunken middle age revellers - IHE dons the kilt fer the first time this season - and we are going to feckin drink and drink and drink and sing and sing and sing and sing and drink and drink and drink and sing at the Brechins saturday nite karaoke and drink and drink and drink. Bring it feckin on !! :thumb04: :018:

Interesting psychology
Dont know about the rest of you but Brew played a BIG risk card yesterday and got away with it. But I had the best Saturday in a long time sitting in the Glawdys Street watching Everton cruise and listening to ICT cruise - and on the walk to the pub across Stanley Park - the news of the Tinks exit, another Hellgin defeat and then the Red Tawts feck it up at Stoke - and Benites talking more crap than Brewster to the press. Anyway the Brew Man is making a good psychological formulation quandary. That was a mighty big bluff yesterday. Sorry but as I have not been on the forum fer a few days - were they injured, rested or hooked ? - Esson, Proctor, Maguire, Black, Imrie. Dropping Esson is an odd one as I feel he has done well - I have heard rumours that Esson has been mouthing off in training - Mikey will be under immense pressure against Hamilton - unless Brew played him in a Cup Tie ?! - and Mikey often buckles under pressure. Esson or Fraser in Weegieland - Interesting decision !! Hope Brew has seen sense with Proctor and central defence - cant help but think that Bambi is waiting in the wings for the demise of Rosscoe - which may not be a bad thing. Glad that he stuck with Granty and I take it that Mihadjuks is rite footed ? - again a risk to play him but I would have to say was it any more of a risk than playing Proctor and Maguire or both ? Hastings get hooked and I also have always prompted that - I hope that Brew now sees the sense and eventually drops Royster back in there now that he has Gatheussi and Morais - two players who he obviously had an eye over whilst he was at Hibs - and pace is what we have lacked for a long time. Royster should be the first choice left back as we have cover there and Royster can cover any midfield absences. Black has probably played his last game and that would be a good thing all round - the rift between Brew and Blackie is too deep and has the potential to damage the club - even though I feel Brew is clearly at fault. I take it that he played Cowie on the rite and Vigurs in central midfield ? The role of Morais intrigues me as I have been advocating such a role for Cowie fer months. Interesting that Cowie is being maintained but he may also blossom if Morais continues. He needs to be played in the wide rite role though. Still cannot understand his persistence with Barrowman !! I would say that an experienced centre forward - an old fashioned target man - that would suit both Cowie and Morais - is what we still need in this window or I would persevere with Rooney. Never really rated Imrie and I am reliably informed that he had a huge bust up with Brew and he is out the door. I reckon Brew is looking to a starting X1 of Fraser, Proctor, Mihadjuks, Munro, McBain, Cowie, Duncan, Vigurs, Ghatuessi, Morais and A.N.Other. (Apart from Fraser I could live with that) What happened to the other Latvian - Kolesnicenko - he sounded like a Cowie look alike. So I am a wee bit confussed - With the current team and set up I reckon we can survive and build fer next season ( one centre forward needed) - but I am still concerned - Brew is now beginning to make the signings (in the pointed out problem positions) and playing the system and personnel that we have been crying out fer for months. It is his previous signings that have caused the problems alongside his persistence in playing them. It is his poor man management skills that have got us in this mess - but now he is getting rid of the dissenters - again a good thing fer the club - but of his making - and who is to say that it isnt going to happen again. So I march on Hamilton in a much more positive frame of mind - a result next week will undoubtedly secure Brew till the end of the reason - As the result is the most important - then I will take it. Brews performance thereafter will be interesting to watch but if he does blow it then any new manager has the squad to survive.

Vote of no Confidence
Yes particulary when we have dismantled an SPL squad and are replacing it with one that is fit for the SFL As per usual I am misinterpreted - The Board and the management of previous seasons have my upmost respect and gratitude for the unbelievable rise of this club. Until recently Grassa was the Local Hero type and I have compared him to Charlie Christie. The boy has Sneck in his blood. What I am referring to is 2008 - I know all teams have their ups and downs and we have not had the best of "luck" but it is my opinion that this club is going down the toilet because of mismanagement - right across the board - literally. What irks me most is that I have always looked forward to games - whether I am travelling or watching on TV or listening to the radio. I now have trepidation and to a degree disdain. I cannot accept that I spend hundreds of pounds to watch a team with a lack of togetherness, a complete lack of continuity and/or tactical awareness. Some of the preformances this year have been abysmal. Look at the table - look at the results - look at the constant changing of systems, frmations and selections - look at the transfer window activity - look at the ins and the outs - look at the media profferings from our manager and the Board - look at the communication channels - look at the Public Relations work - look at the stewarding at home games - I could go on. It is quite clear to a lot of peeple and privately said by a lot of players that Brew lost the dressing room last season. As has been said earlier anywhere else and he would have been a goner. He is drinking in Last Chance Saloon again tomorrow - hopefully the players will take us through and march on to Hamilton - again I am not confident - but now we are at a stage where a new manager has no time to change it - so if Brew fecks it up it is as much the Board to blame as any.

Our biggest problem the fact that we can't get rid of the source of all of these problems until he's had enough. Unfortunately there are fans that simply won't hear a bad word said about him as well... But it is rotten to the core now. If ya own the orchard ya can get rid of the rotten fruit - unless ya dont want fruit fer the season only manure fer the next - or perhaps ya are looking fer a better crop in a few seasons. Or perhaps ya are all feckin inept ??

Agree whole-heartedly. The sad thing is it's taken this long for the some fans to see it... Worringly some fans still dont see it - or are not aware of or looking at the whole story - I AM TRULY DISGUSTED TO WATCH OUR CLUB BEING TAKEN DOWN AND OUR FANS BLAMED FOR IT - even I told you so grieves me - What have we got to do to rid this plague - and Brew probably did / possibly even does / care but he is inept and the peeple in charge will probably hang him up to try - if we dont turn this round - SACK THE FECKIN LOT OF THEM - but of course they feel that they are irreplaceable - CBNUTS.

Internal politics - power struggle - Inept management etc.,etc. Despite what some may say I would support this club to the death but we are being run into the ground by erseholes. I have lost all respect for Grassa, Sutherland, Brewster and co. They are self righteous and blindly trying to protect their own interests. They are attacking the Trust, the fans and anybody who dissents. So we are going to survive with our best players on pre contacts, loan signings and unknown quantities from Latvia - give me a feckin break. Get yer A-Z's out fer the SFL - Disillusioned; Disgusted - cant even be bothered getting into some of the repetitive boring threads. Brewster is going to drop ICT in the mire and the tatws in control are no better. Cant wait fer the new Era. WE ARE BEING FECKED BY A BUNCH OF INSULAR, DELUSIONAL, SELF RIGHTEOUS ERSEHOLES.

So we think we know the answer
Depends on who the new manager is ? And hopefully the Board will have to go with Brew if they carry on their support.
