  1. Yes - an excellent post Mr paramedic - Have to say that I am also beginning to have second thoughts about the drive North when the team are playing such crap and the ever increasing prices. It totally irritates me that the current Management structure and the manager look to have survived the worst season in our history - Lies, lies and more lies - tactical disaster after tactical disaster. I will watch the pre season movement but I suspect I may be going more for the cheaper Goodison option next season and limit my journeys to back and for jaunts to the Central Belt
  2. Hope the slow, lazy ******* plays a blinder and hope he copes better with France, Italy and Holland than he did with Gretna, Killie and St Mirren. :001: It will be interesting to see how he performs with internationalists around him and undoubtedly as an out and out front man
  3. Some things never change - my predictions coming true as ever. :001:
  4. Why be so cryptic - who is responsible? Bennett, Sutherland or even Tommy Cumming :024: Cryptic ?? Obvious ?? Sutherland, Savage pulling the strings - in different directions - of Grasser and brewster - a feckin disgrace.
  5. Priorities are simply TOTAL change at the top - otherwise SURVIVAL.
  6. We could save money and use the same clown to parade around the pitch, pick the team and manage the club - we wouldnt even have to change the feckin name.
  7. Almost spot on there Alex - we wasted points in the first "round" of matches by continuing to play Marius despite the fact that he was not fit - We then appeared to hit a solution with the 4-5-1 system and the use of Cowie, Black and Rankin - but that fell apart - Rankins fall out and some incredulous swopping and changing- and then when Marius finally started playing we played him out of position and sacrificed the like of Cowie to permit that. The behind the scenes rifts with Rankin, Wyness and Black - and even Munro - evidently had their effect. But I would have said that it was our total ineptitude shown in both the Transfer windows that cost us dearly - The loss of Dods was never really considered and we should have strived to bolster our defence - particularly in he middle - and IMHO we should have perserved with Royster at full back far earlier in the season. Some of the tactics employed in the last 8 games were quite simply embarrassing. And yet the one thing that we really should have done to redress the situation and give us a fighting chance from the off next season is getting rid of the main person responsible - and perhaps that would have happened if Savage stayed - the Old School ties are still well and truly secured at TCS.
  8. Cowie's future will be dependent on the role he is envisaged to play next season.
  9. What details ?

One survey found that ten percent of Americans thought Joan of Arc was Noah's wife.... Statistics are like women; mirrors of purest virtue and truth, or like whores to use as one pleases... The average human has one breast and one testicle... But my favourite is: Statistics are like a bikini. What they reveal is suggestive, but what they conceal is vital.?

Generally ?Trust is like a vase.. once it's broken, though you can fix it the vase will never be same again.? And in Brewsters' case and our management structure - ?I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you?
  12. I wonder if this has got anything to do with the proposed JJB sponsorship / stadium building that I alluded to previously. :001:
  13. Either this is a contrived pantomime or the **** cad has renaged on his gentlemans agreement. :018:
  14. Looking good fer Marius - :clapping03: :clapping03: Looks almost deffo that it will be FOUR forwards out of - Forwards: Adrian Mutu (Fiorentina), Ciprian Marica (VfB Stuttgart), Daniel Niculae (Auxerre), Marius Niculae (Inverness Caledonian Thistle), Florin Bratu (Dinamo Bucharest). Suspect Mutu and Daniel N are certs - Marica would undoubtedly get the nod if fit - dont know much about Bratu.
  15. It is John Rankin deja - vu "We have made Andrew Barrowman an offer, so it's now up to him," said Caley Thistle's director of football, Graeme Bennett. "I think he wants some time to weigh up his options. Made in January Should Barrowman arrive, however, it will not automatically spell the end of forward Graham Bayne's Caley Thistle career. Of course it would and Bayne evidently knows what has been going on behind the scenes Bennett insists Inverness would be reluctant to sell before they had signed a suitable replacement. That refers to Barrowman :sillywave:
  16. To me - it is about meeting ma mates - getting pished - following ICT - singing songs - and ya have to take the rough with the smooth. I however agree that Brew has the potential to ruin us and I just hope that he is shown the door - I have never done it before BUT I will be part of the BOO brigade next season if we dont get rid of the arrogant, tactically inept *******.
  17. The answer is Brewster. :sillywave:
  18. As long as it limits the red and black colours it should be OK.
  19. Brewster will relegate us. :018:
  20. BUT away from home in previous seasons we have played to our strengths - rarely changing a system of either 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 - a solid defence and pace on the break - plus real danger from set balls. At times it wasnt the nicest of football to watch but it was highly feckin effective.
  21. John Robertson / ANOTHER with Darren Huckerby as an assistant player coach.
  22. Yes - I would have to concede that - by the way I was sitting behind Marius's brother at the game - He hardly feckin moved and was very sluggish when leaving at half time and full time.
  23. Feck me Richard - it was a flashback - It was frankie feckin Watt. :rotflmao:
  24. Well I would have blamed Marius otherwise if not. I would love to know the observations of others at the game. But Marius and Rory started off by playing high and almost 5-10 yards apart - but that suited Niculae. Rory gave him much needed space and he used it very effectively. Imrie also looked good hugging the touchline. To me that was Marius's best 15 minutes of the season. He ignored Brew shouting twice but then jogged over and practically went into a deep left midfield position and Imrie switched inside. WTF ?? And Marius was covering at left back when Falkirk got the second - I also felt really sorry fer Marius and Cowie cos thay made some great runs and got - yeah feck all. They did play the ball about but like a midfield of Ray Wilkins - they got a feckin nose bleed when they got in the last third - apart from Wilson - although Imrie did try to attack.
