  1. Caught sleeping again - and what a feckin attempt at the back post by Hastings - BREWSTER GTF.
  2. HONESTLY - Where did Cowie play ? And have Duncan and Royster shined in the second half - in fact Roy who ? Duncans passong has been deplorable and they put him in the playmaker role again And watch the second goal - Proctor went ape with Hastings. We are playing a poor RANGERS team in second gear. Duff fer Tokely - another statement of intent - lets play both Duff and Proctor out of position.
  3. Have a look at the Duncan and Royster opportunity - substitute Black and Wilson and GOAL - so what do we do - take off our only other skillful midfielder - Rooney YES - Vigurs no.
  4. Black is the only quality that we have got - I would rather get used to being without him next season. But Rosscoe almost scores a cracker.
  5. Imrie fer Black - now that is a statement of intent from the Ersehole in charge - GTF.
  6. 24 feckin seconds and we had the kick off - that was so so stoopid. Great strike but Rosscoe dived in and Novo skinned him.
  7. Hey - Ive got a semi :thumb04: :018: ;)
  8. Well pleasantly surprised - we have killed the game with 10 men behind the ball and Rangers are poor but ya can feel a bit of passion but oh fer some quality. Esson has been confident, Rosscoe has had his usual jekyll and hyde stuff, Hastings has stuck to it; Proctor has marked Boyd very well; Granty still looks indecisive; Royster is MOM by a feckin mile; Duncan has been poor: Black average: Vigurs invisible for the most but could have got a brace. But where is Cowie playing and why is Barrowman playing ? We are just sneaking it on points - we have had the better chances - neither team has shown any touch of quality - but I fear that the arrival of Burke and Velieca is not far off. Next 5-10 minutes will be vital - Smith will have given them an absolute bollicking.
  9. What - we havent even paid the leccy bill ?
  10. Yip - tactical brilliance :thumb04: should have been 1-0 though - and is Rosscoe getting toasted or what ?
  11. Royster on the rite is unbelievable - where exactly is Cowie playing - and why are we playing a high offside trap ?
  12. Novo wide left against Tokely - what a feckin surprise - Proctor marking Boyd !!!
  13. Setanta have just caught on film Caley 100 and Jnr Mann4TJ sticking a Brewster Out Banner on the bridge. :thumb04:
  14. and that one - this week is - Wonder what Craig Brewster the player would have said if he had been treated like Wood, Rooney and Barrowman ?
  15. Just cracked open another bottle of voddie. How can he play Barrowman up front after the way he has cossetted Wood and Rooney. Proctor was clearly to blame for not attacking crosses last week and is not a central defender - bet Botyd is licking his feckin lips. - what the feck ? Royster gets the old school nod again - Imrie is better when Vigurs is there. Although I agree with it why does he all of a sudden take back Vigurs when the lad should have been on from the start last week. The defence is there for the taking !! It now all depends on Cowie and Black !!
  16. In the spirit of togetherness I would like to invite Craig Brewster and the Board for a wee Sunday New Years drink.
  17. They would probably agree with this: Craig Brewster believes Inverness Caley Thistle are just one good result away from turning the corner. And he insisted there is no better time to get it than at the start of a new year when Rangers visit the Highlands. Today?s SPL clash is vital for Brewster and, aside from anything else, the Inverness boss knows pressure is mounting after a disastrous run of results. Five defeats on the spin ? and just one victory in eight games ? have sunk the Highland club deep into the mire and fans are becoming so restless they have called an emergency meeting for next week. Brewster knows the heat is on but he insisted: ?Every manager in the league is under pressure. ?It doesn?t matter whether you are at the top, in the middle or near the bottom. The pressure is on to get results and it is certainly no different for me. ?We need to turn this around. We haven?t been playing well recently and in the last couple of matches we have shipped poor goals. ?But you can see from the likes of St Mirren what one good result can do for a team. They beat Rangers and have been on a decent run since. ?Hopefully the same thing applies to us.?
  18. From the Scottish Sunday Mail !!! I'll face the criticism from our fans, says Inverness boss Craig Brewster Jan 4 2009 UNDER-FIRE Inverness boss Craig Brewster has vowed to stand up and be counted in the face of fierce criticism from fans. Caley are toiling at the foot of the SPL after a drastic loss of form and furious fans vented their anger at Brewster (below) during the 3-0 defeat to Aberdeen a fortnight ago. A section of travelling supporters also called for his head after last week's loss at Motherwell. But the ex-Inverness player insists he won't let the abuse get to him. Brewster could turn things around today when Rangers visit and wants home fans to gee his side up instead of carping from the sidelines. Craig said: "It's a difficult time. We're not scoring goals and now we're leaking them-that's killing us. "The stick is something I have to deal with. "It's my job to take the fans' flak. "I can't afford to read or listen to it all or I'd end up slitting my throat. "Instead, when things go against you, you must stand up and be counted. "Look at Tony Mowbray at West Brom - they are bottom of the league but still focused on what they are trying to do and have won their last two home matches. "Their fans really got behind them and it's vital everyone also plays a part here." :thumb04: - So its our fault now - and since when did Brewster mirror Mowbray - the man is doolally.
  19. I ahve awoke this morning and tried to explain my emotion in one word - it aint depressed in the clinical sense - it aint melancholic either - on fair reflection the word is: deflated - brought low in spirit; "left us fatigued and deflated spiritually" .. affected or marked by low spirits; "is dejected but trying to look cheerful" I then found myself, as is clinically corrrect, searching for a diagnosis or a syndrome to explain my predicament. I have found that my desire or should I say my libido for ICT is at an all time low - the proverbial football supporters brewers droop - now to be known as Brewsters Droop Syndrome. Brewsters Droop Syndrome - Characterised by inertia in the crestfallen sense. The sufferer has previously gained significant pleasure at the mere thought of attending an ICT match - stirred by the expectancy of victory or a team togetherness and a fraternity of likewise peers. Well I look at my shrivelled weapon - which once stood erect at the thought of doing the Huns at home or away - and the bugger is lying there limp. And as I try to rouse it through watching videos of yore - it simply doesnt work anymore - as I have this terrible feeling that I am going to suffer humiliation once again. Wait a feckin minute - if there is a syndrome there must be a treatment - feckin found it - Sildenafil citrate, sold as Viagra, Brewgonio and under various other trade names, is a drug used to treat support dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypersensitivity (PAH). It was developed and is being marketed by the pharmaceutical company Orion. It acts by inhibiting cGMP specific phosphodiesterase type 5, an enzyme that promotes poor tactics and performance and regulates blood flow in the willie. Since becoming available in 1998, sildenafil has been the prime treatment for supporter dysfunction and is specifically famous for its Fulham and Hull effects. Happy New Year peeps - lets all hit the Viagra and get this support erect and performing again.
  20. I am with Doresboy here - to be honest the possibility of a return to the SFL actually appeals to me - some of the better times were around the trips to Palmerston, Perth, Dundee, Kirkcaldy, Ayr etc. It could be a chance to hold on to - and play - the yoof and bring in some journeymen - prefer it to be in the SPL but as King William would say "Follow;Follow" and I will - see ya next season Doresboy. But the bottom line is that we have to jettison the sewage out of the TCS and watch the turds floating down the Firth and into the North Sea. Oh and terraces - and standing :thumb04:
  21. It is more about Sutherland not wanting to lose control to a Savage orientated regime - I was hoping that there would be lot of discussions going on behind the scenes to make arrangements for cover ups to be in place but it now appears that the prominent warring factor may be wanting to go for the jugular. The present regime are desperate as they have so many misdemenaours to be outed. Sutherland may well have been the Old school cavalry and won the initial battle but he is set to lose the war - and hopefully his army will be shown up fer the "war crimes" that they have committed. I fer one would love to have a look at the books - and am I rite in thinking that Brew demanded the same pay off as Marius - well even though it aint been paid yet !!
  22. Fer fecks sake - Smith wants him cos he can see the talent - the problem with Cowie is Brewster - he never plays him in the same role fer two games running.
  23. Fer fecks sake - Robbo is the wind up in the internal political battle.
  24. Mickey Mouse has just bought a Craig Brewster watch.
