Charlie Hopeful On Black Deal
Tasseography is not flawless but reliable in the hands of a skilled practitioner Inverness CT 3 - 0 Ross County ALASDAIR FRASER at the Caledonian Stadium July 24 2006 IAN Black is set to end a summer of speculation by committing to three more years in Inverness. The midfielder, a target for Dundee United, has been offered a two-year extension and should sign by the end of this week. Craig Dargo and Mark Brown have also been offered terms described as the best in the club's history. "This is a great club to play for and I feel I can develop my game here," the 21-year-old said. "I'm looking to buy a house in the area and that's a big commitment." Charlie Christie, the club's manager, sensed a "change of attitude" in Black. "We're now hopeful of tying things up and that's a big plus," he added. "I've said to Ian I'm convinced he will move onto bigger things but that this is not the right time." The air of optimism at was strengthened by a win over Ross County, with goals from Stuart McCaffrey, Dennis Wyness and Richie Hart. :001:

Do not mock the power of the T-cup. I am giving away too many of my inherited skill tonite. To answer yer question JB it was a cold black J but that will mean nothing to the ungifted. By the way mee the kilts at the Dry Cleaners. :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015:

Well I have just finished a nightcap with Mrs IHE and I have emptied ma famous ICT -T cup into the speywife saucer and feck me... as clear as feckin day..first the number 5 and the letters Wed. That evidently means that there will be five big announcements by Wednesday. :010: :010: :010: And then I gave it the customary shoogle and the letters - a small c, a small b with a money sign and a P appeared. I glimpse up at Mrs IHE and the reflection of her double D's illuminated the feckin saucer. Of course the announcements will be about Campbell, Black, Proctor and the two biggies Dods and Dargo. But the P was faint. :006: :006:

Beware of the little green eyed monster. OK .. I admit it .. I got it wrong fer once .. but my powers of second sight failed to note the telling signs in the tea cup. I took it that the tea leaf of good fortune was a sure sign of Dargo's fitness but it was a stain as Mrs IHE hadnt washed up properly.

What happened to Juanjo?
What prediction was that???? That juanjo would be in attendance at Rosscoes Testimonial. :shakebooty:

Sheffield United Will Pump Us
As the Jeggie succinctly pointed out..it was only a feckin testimonial and Rosscoe picked the feckin team. Rankin only got in cos he cant play against his old caravan dwelling brethren. It was interesting that the three major missing personnel are in contract disputes. Will they all play today?

Craig Dargo
I am reliably informed that dargo and Rory will start today. :003:

RESPECT
Gutted that I will not be able to clap the big man on and off the park tonite but I would wish to proffer the big man some genuine IHE respect. :011: :notworthy01: :notworthy01: Ross Tokely is the epitome of the ICT attitude over the years. He has remained loyal and totally committed throughout our long journey through the leagues and has now established himself as an SPL stalwart. He states that he feels that he can keep on going fer another ten feckin years. I'll drink to that. :drinking08: :drinking09: :drinking09: :drinking09: :drinking09:

Deveronvale v ICT
Changed days saying this but the Blades encounter far outweighs the Tink tie. Despite the fact that it is a testimonial it is the game where for at least 45 minutes we have to play our probable starting X1 for the Midden tie. County will provide a great oppportunity to see how good are fringe player are. Expect a side similiar to the Deveronvale game to turn out there. It is nothing to do with any transfer arrangement which is pure rumour mongering. :003:

Peterhead v ICT
Wyness, even when he was scoring freely in the SFL, can be an infuriating ******* who does not look like he is trying. That is part of his nature but his job is goalscoring and he is always likely to sneak one.

Deveronvale v ICT
Have a feeling that we have to persevere with young Rory. He needs ample first team experience and the confidence of a goal or two. I suspect that the fact that we do not appear to have sought to buy a tall striker suggests that we are happy with Rory. Brewster always sang his praises and he, if anything, is a good judge of strikers. Friendlies are just training matches and aimed to hone up fitness and sharpness. I feel sorry fer trialists who are in a no-win situation and sometimes try too hard to impress. The decision on Campbell and Glass will rest on the training ground performances but I am reliably informed that Campbell has impressed with his attitude as much as his prowess. I always felt that we missed an individual with real pace to come on for the last 20-30 minutes. That can tear tiring teams apart.

Some people will need a feckin Wikepedia and a feckin encyclopaedia to understand that last paragraph. Still that is the result of a proper education. :004: :004:
