  1. I suppose nobody got as far as the last feckin line. :thumb04:
  2. Have to disagree wiv that - Rankin was playing well when he got the recall last season - but I suppose that shegging Brews burd (alledgedly) and having a fisty cuff with Park didnt help.
  3. I bet that it is still feckin freezing in late August. But I hope that Brew puts out a decent team here as we have been missing our cup exploits fer too many seasons now.
  4. Keogh's nether regions have never been the same since the Squirrell incident - but it is a shame seeing him end up on the rigs with all the other dead beats.
  5. Have to agree with mr fairass - this is not a rumour - it is the talk of the Heathmount and the Fairways - fer once openly discussed by ICT staff. I think that this will end up as a loan move - and that probably does make sense - Dodsy has to prove that he can still cut the mustard. He will have to the next transfer window to do that - and then it is down to wage negotiations and career discussions. I think that the Machine is made for us - could also lead to Duff partnering Dods and Granty moving to left back - giving us a lot of central defensive cover - and a special Xmas pressie of hoofing Maguire out of the dump.
  6. Get the feckin T- shirts out of the cupboard.
  7. It will be interesting to see the faces in the traditional away support next weekend. As a "part timer" I have to admit that the pennies being spent are getting more and more and that may also be a reason for the central belters and the journey North. Petrol is more expensive, match entry is more expensive and grub at the grounds and en route is more expensive. I also have to admit that the standard of play - both ours and others last season was woeful at times. The away days simply aint what they used to be.
  8. Birdog - I dont respond to you becos I know that you agree with me and adulate me like most. I only take on the individuals who clearly disagree.
  9. Question - Why is it that week after week we have the same feckin comments about games and the only **** who doesnt appear to see it is Brewster ?
  10. Darren is on his way back - the minor details are that he wishes to relocate and the enticement of a potential coaching position at the end of his contract - at the end of a loan if he does the business.
  11. I have just spoken directly with the Machine - Welcome back - see ya at Westfield.
  12. I think that you will find that your link doesnt work plus this is present day news and not fer an old feckin thread - you really are becoming a feckin bore. Read between the feckin lines mun. My reason for bringing this up again is in the hope that it could commence debate - if he isnt good enuff fer us why are Leeds so interested - if he signs for them what does that say. Was he shunned by ICT becos he didnt make the grade in the footballing sense but was he yet another who was out of our league financially. And again no info. from the club. It looks like we are condemned to the bargain basement - and if so - what happened to the Niculae transfer monies and his Euro appearance bonuses.
  13. Bamba in limbo as move collapses Bamba played for the Ivory Coast at the Olympics Dunfermline defender Sol Bamba is still likely to leave East End Park, with Inverness Caledonian Thistle looking like favourites to sign him, despite Watford pulling out of the deal to sign the Ivory Coast defender. It had been expected that the 23-year-old would complete his transfer after returning from the Olympics. Pars boss Jim McIntyre told his club website: "The transfer was agreed. "And, for whatever reason only known by them, they have decided to pull the plug on it. It was disappointing, but we have had interest from Inverness." Bamba, who arrived in Fife from Paris St Germain in 2006, returned to the Dunfermline side in Wednesday's 2-0 Challenge Cup defeat by Queen of the South. He was a surprise inclusion in a youthful line-up after returning earlier than expected, on the morning before the game, from Beijing. "Bamba is a good player and he is back in the squad," added McIntyre. "I thought he did very well considering he travelled all the way back from Paris through the night and had been drininking and shagging in the Pigalle District. He will probably blend in well with Dan Wagalucka."
  14. I see that Leeds are interested ? Leeds United have handed a trial to Dutchman Kiran Bechan, skysports.com understands. The pacey winger is currently with Spanish outfit Hercules and previously trained with Inverness Caledonian Thistle earlier this month. Now Leeds Gary McAllister is giving Bechan a chance to win a move to Elland Road. Bechan began his career at Ajax but he played just once for the Amsterdam giants, before stints with Sparta Rotterdam, FC Groningen and Den Bosch. He moved to Spain last year but only played nine times.
  15. As long as he keeps up with his innoculations - the RSPCA will maintain his registration.
  16. We went for Bamba at the start of last seasons and could not agree on the finances. Why dont we stick Blobby Man in the feckin nets - rite on the feckin goal line - judging by the piccies it would be just as effective to play CaleyD or Scotty but a lot feckin cheaper too.
  17. Dont feckin cheer but dont feckin boo - I would give him a polite clap as the poor **** was driven out and treated as badly as Wyness.
  18. Peter missed this one of Jimmy Calderwood.
  19. Proctor, Munro and Duncan out - **** me - at least we may be getting all the bad luck out of the system early doors. But it could have been better than facing Nish and Fletcher and an attacking side. I suapect that Brew may have considered a 4-5-1 but I dont think that we have the necessary personnel. I would prefer not to play Duff from the off - if he plays well and we get a result - great - if he makes another mistake his confidence will be well fecked - hope he has the bottle. Unfortunately Duff's inclusion will undoubtedly mean that he is paired with Maguire - Brew will also stick with Hastings and Tokely. McBain is the evident replacement fer Duncan. Could be Wilson-Cowie-Black-McBain-Imrie across the middle but I hope not. I prefer Cowie playing wide in the typical Bazza role - a clone in fact - I feel that is where I have seen him at his most effective.
  20. The club might be saying that they have been on the look out fer a new defender - every feckin club says that they are always on the look out fer any player - Brew has decided to put his faith in his "signings" and on the old faithful - that is mistake number one. We have never got a replacement fer Dods and Bullen was the only one mentioned that could have bridged the gap - We should have used the Mercenary Circus funds on prioritising a central defender and I suspect we are still paying the price - mistake number two. It could be that he has no funds but Brew's signings and attempted signings have been to strengthen the squad not to put into the first team - mistake number three. Blobby Man in the SPL - yer having a feckin laff. :018: :thumb04:
  21. Bet they dont have this in Uganda - get his wee gut filled with some Scottish Heart Attack.
  22. I have managed to procure a piccy of Dan at the Ze club:
  23. Oh dear the future looks black for the black Black. Hey - do ya think we deported Richie Hart to Ross - shire ?
