I would like to bet that the feckin hammock holding Scotty must be made of feckin steel mesh or he has been hypnotised to believe that he could float.

The main website is boring as you cant really get barred from it plus it is full of inaccuracies or so itappears or so I am given to believe. :thumb04:

Feck me - I am finding maself agreeing with CaleyD more and more - Of course we cant sack the Board BUT how much more of the amateurness, the ineptitude and the embarrassment can we suffer ?
-
Why dont we have a handicap and promote Shearer and let the Brew/Shearer combo take on the SPL - Victoria park next season anybody ?
-
I suggest that we NEED an official club statement about this or we will lose any credibility. Tell us ICT's version NOW.
-
You are falling into the Stevieco trap Tom - My comments at present are about the future of ICT and that is my drive - I heavily criticised the Mercenary from a footballing perspective last season - with a large portion of OTT baiting and wind fer all the Marius obsessives - which probably detracted from my viewpoint - but it was worth it. Stevieco gets rite up my nose as he just denies that the mercenary has EVER done anyhing wrong and that the Mercenary has been the wronged party since day 1 - GTF. I am actually saying that it is a combination of a few parties - but Marius is far from feckin perfect and his greed is now showing through. Stevico pertained to a 30% pay off NOT a 20% and he whinges about Kaiserlautern - if he isnt the agent then who is ? ICT can agree an official approach - are we supposed to take 100K less becos the player prefers it :thumb04: Of feckin course he arranged the deal with Dinamo. And are you telling me that two clubs communicated and both misunderstood if it was sterling or euros. :018: ;) Is there anything as a verbal agreement these days - GTF. Stevico - why was he a witness if he wasnt involved - you put pen to feckin paper. BUT if it was part of a written contract then the Mercenary unfortunately has a point. Lets get the mercenary and Stevico back to Eastern Europe .
-
Just to look again at some of the statements made by the Mercenary's mate - 100 K euros as the SECOND part of his signing on fee - what was the first payment ? 30% of the sellin on fee - WTF - are we led to believe that ICT agreed to this ?? - without any Orion assisstance. As if the Mercenary had never had any contact with Dinamo before 19/07 - GTF. The club accepted a bid without the Mercenary - or his agents knowledge - The mercenary would have pocketed a cool 300 k euros fer that. A very clever post from the Mercenary camp - trying to project the blame on to everyone apart from the Mercenary - who clearly now smell os the same manure as a few others. What would we be calling him if he derived from Ross-shire. FECK OFF THE LOT OF YOU
-
I hope so - reading between the lines - that Granty is suggesting that we could be buying in an experienced defender with leadership skills.

Oh what a surprise - the voice of feckin reason tells the forum the honest truth - that the Mercenary is the wronged party = as he always has been - and he is honourable and exempt from any skullduggery in the whole affair. Give me a feckin break. He is now acting as the Mercenary he always was - but at least this whole affair has shown the total ineptitude of our management. This was a Savage v Sutherland issue from the very off - as I have always alluded to - the boardroom politics throughout have been a shambles !! This, as with the Brewster appointment, The Park departure, the Rankin affair and now this has to clearly show that Grasser and co are not up to it. The only winners out of this are Savage and Niculae - as was probably planned in the first place. Well good riddance to the psycopathic businessman and the venerable, hard done by mercenary. Most of us will not shed a tear, or take notice of the Stevico dribble and pathetic pontificating - a pity a few others didnt feck off at the same time, And RIG - you are spot on - would you sign fer a club with our presnt management reputation and/or the relationship between Brew Lets get back to feckin normal before the club implodes.

No worrie on that score Chris. :004:

What to spend the pocket money on?
IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER replied to Council Juice's topic in Caley Thistle
Personally I would turn Ross shire into a Safari park - I have thought it through and it would be a financial development and would we backed by the Scottish parliament and environmental groups. We would just let the tinks stay in their caravans and populate the area with more wildlife. We could have Evanton Elephants, Maryburgh Monkeys, Culbokie cheetahs (there are plenty of them already), Dungwall Dingos (would be great watching them fiting the tinks in the dustbins), Alness alligators etc. etc. The great thing is that financially we wouldnt have to worry about mating or reproduction as bestiality would provide us with a ready answer. And the area itself would be preserved as the state of current in breeding trends would not alter. And we could put a huge feckin electric fence around the feckin lot of them. -
He is - He aint happy with Brewster.

I never knew the bit about the Kaiserlautern bid - are we a bunch of amateur businessmen fer fecks sake - wht are we pandering to a feckin mercenary - make that _ the feckin two faced , lazy, lying, cheatin mercenary *******. :rotflmao: He is behaving like one of those travelling people from Ross shire. :crazy07: Still - I now have a feckin great song fer next season. :015: :015:

It is a case of the glorious Marius demanding his 80-100K fee for the transfer - in other words a large percentage of what he would have got in wages. The initial fee agreed was MINUS that wage fee - which would go into the back pockets of Marius and his agent. My gawd - are we to be betrayed by the loyal servant who jumped into the North Stand, kissed the badge and had Inverneess and the supporters in his heart. :rotflmao: And now - people will understand why I labelled him a mercenary and I am afraid that we will have to go to The Protocol Additional GC 1977 (APGC77) provides the most widely accepted international definition of a mercenary, though not endorsed by some countries, including the United States. The Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts, (Protocol I), 8 June 1977. It states that: Art 47. Mercenaries 1. A mercenary shall not have the right to be a combatant or a prisoner of war. 2. A mercenary is any person who: (a) is specially recruited locally or abroad in order to fight in an armed conflict; (b) does, in fact, take a direct part in the hostilities; © is motivated to take part in the hostilities essentially by the desire for private gain and, in fact, is promised, by or on behalf of a Party to the conflict, material compensation substantially in excess of that promised or paid to combatants of similar ranks and functions in the armed forces of that Party; (d) is neither a national of a Party to the conflict nor a resident of territory controlled by a Party to the conflict; (e) is not a member of the armed forces of a Party to the conflict; and (f) has not been sent by a State which is not a Party to the conflict on official duty as a member of its armed forces. All the criteria (a - f) must be met, according to the Geneva Convention, for a combatant to be described as a mercenary - I am reliably informed that Marius does. If, after a regular trial, a captured soldier is found to be a mercenary, then he can expect treatment as a common criminal and may face execution. So - what is your wish - decapitation, firing squad or stoning - the feckin two faced , lazy mercenary ******* want get his feckin 80K then.

I think it was Callaghan with Rankin but he was merely trying to get the best contract / deal fer Rankin as everything behind the scenes had been agreed many months previous. I dont blame Cowie as he was on the receiving end of Brewster's arrogance last season, was played out of position on many occasions, was dropped for no apparent reason - apart from questioning Brew Almighty. We would have a better chance if Brew fecked off. Am I the only one that thinks that, given Cowies' potential that it would be worth getting him on board as we will probably make some spondoolachs in the long run - or perhaps that way of thinking is way past the level of the numpties in charge of the club.
-
We tried to get Cuthbert at the end of last season. If we have to spend then we should be looking at paying a bit extra fro a 30 something experienced central defender. Pressley wont come but summat like him.
-
I am with you RIG - I aint paying 14 pounds to sit in a plastic stand and watch and listen to a bunch of useless weegies.

Fair play that some of them have done good things - if not all of them - in the past. I am sure that many have ICT at heart but have been amateurish and conned professionally. We need somebody with a real business head at the front - Savage now looks as if he was very, very clever in the manner where he orchestarted his departure and almost looks like the wronged party. Sutherland was even sucked in or perhaps found him out too late. What would have happened if Savage was still around when this debacle became clearer - Another case of I told you so and got slagged fer it. :018:

I have been told that Imrie had been to Kung Fu lessons on the Thursday before the match where he was shown how to block the blood vesseks of an opponent by kicking him in the jugukar. I am also informed that it was a well executed neck high kick which felled the lad - Imrie didnt laff but stood up with a Japanese smile and shouted Yazoo at the top of his voice. It was a far more sinister incident than the tame mistimed tackle of Rosscoes.

Burnley FC V ICT.... 2/8/08
IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER replied to clacher_holiday2's topic in Caley Thistle
TBH I quite like turf Moor - one of the old fashioned stadia in the cobbled back streets - very close to the actual pitch and you will probably be in the away end behind the gaols which is compact and noisy. Just a wee walk from the car park - but I would suggest that yas dont park in the back streets. Again I think that Blackpool is overerated and is at least two train journeys and at least an hour away. Preston is a good nite out and plenty of travel lodges there. I have heard that Blackburn and Burnley may be at this game but any fiting will be well away from the ground and most of the modern firms square up to fellow hoolies anyway. My advice is to just breeze quickly through Burnley fer the game and move on to Preston or even Manchester - Blackpool is shyte. -
Cowie and Black will remember that they were victims of the Brewster arrogance last season - there is no feckin Marius money - If we are to keep these two past the January window - we need a change of management.
-
Hope the cheating plastic pitch weegies go straight back down again - still they are a bit like Gretna and are a feckin godsend to us.
-
This thread isn't meant to be about where the money should be spent. It is about our completely new forward line that, Rory aside, will be (almost) wholly new to the SPL. Survival this season is about getting a decent defence. That takes precedence over any feckin thread.

Man on the moon is from the feckin moon. :029: He is a feckin lunartic.

Youngsters - how long is long enough
IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER replied to Alex MacLeod's topic in Caley Thistle
Fer fecks sake - never mind about the slagging or the positives or support the club or feckin stoopid stats - When has Rory actually impressed in any of his SPL starts - He is a good lower league striker but is away behind Vigurs, Wood and Zander in terms of skill and potential. Brewster is hanging the poor **** out to dry with our start.
