  9. Can certainly see the rationale but everybody is entitled to their opinions. It is your opinion NOT a fact - or explain what you mean by "facts" ? Again wholly entitled to your opinion - I too worry about how we would cope with promotion BUT I would rather get it and see. I have no doubt that everybody associated with the club will as well. We are not getting beaten are we ?

  11. I went to a Rollerbowl night a few years ago. I was staying in the Fairways. After a good few sherberts I went to the Fairways bar for a night cap. The barman gave me my drink and added "Good night at the bowling Johndo" - I responded but then thought how does he know that I have been bowling. I asked him and he pointed down to my feet. Bowling shoes !!

  13. May as well be open here - Scotty - Have you had any form of contact from the club recently ?
  14. As Scotty alluded to - Was there any reference to links with CTO - Surely somebody posed the question ? Only a dozen attended when there have been dozens of concerns and comments made. The problem is that the Board / Club did make the effort.

  17. "The Brora Bolt" ? USAIN BOLT is on the verge of signing for Highland League side Brora Rangers. The Olympic sprint legend, 31, has long dreamed of becoming a professional footballer after hanging up his running spikes. He views the Highlands as being his stepping stone to bigger things. The Director of Brora and the man behind the sponsorship package is David Dowling. He responded: "I think he is talented, but when he wants to play at a higher level, he clearly has a lot of work to do. The physique and skill set he needs for his other sport is completely different from what he needs for football. Brora should be fun for him and a real boost for us in many ways. It was a pleasure for us to meet a guy like him and offer him this unique opportunity." When approached Bolt said: "I'm going there to get in shape. I'm glad that the club have allowed me to go, to work and improve. I am really looking forward to the tests at Strathspey and Fort William. Bolt is pictured (below) with the new Commercial Manager of Brora Rangers - Donald Dudgeon.
  18. British gas offer for the heating ? Then hot soup will be available and plenty of hot water for cleaning the stands.
  19. Difficult when the ball is not on your court and the server in possession is constantly calling for time-out ? Waiting to have an opportunity to return the serve and then hopefully a long and successful rally will ensue.
  20. LOL - You just did get involved in associated discussion. Must have chose the right bait.
  21. "Cool Runnings 2" ??
  22. Meaning of buster NORTH AMERICAN used as a mildly disrespectful form of address to a man or boy. "like it or lump it, buster" Liaison with supporters: We recognise the importance of effective liaison with our supporters and this will be the focus of increased attention in the months ahead. Each SPFL club is required to have a Supporters’ Liaison Officer and at ICT this, initially, will be shared by our senior staff, with Stadium Manager, Andy Johnstone, taking a co-ordinating role. We will ensure that communications from supporters and feedback are dealt with by the correct department and that the necessary actions are delivered. A Supporters’ Liaison Officer email is now active - [email protected]
