Jason Scotland signs for....
SWANSEA Shows how much money there is the English game if a league 1 side can offer more money than SPL clubs :rolleyes02:

Mark Brown - Trophy lifter??
I hear he's getting a game today - maybe his only appearance for Celtic :023:
-
8th Place
:003: for the 3rd year in a row :blah01: Of course league position doesn't matter to them as they are such a 'big' team :014:

Team news for St Mirren game
Roy McBain out with a groin injury. Zander and Rory posed to make starting appearances along with Wyness Dargo to be dropped if he's leaving (apparently)

Buchanan Wants Caley Chance
Apparently they are the only other club to make an offer. There was mention of a 'bigger' club monitoring the situation. He's out of contract so I guess Cowdenbeath would be due compensation as he's Under 24?

Buchanan Wants Caley Chance
Read yesterday that Alloa are VERY keen on signing him :024:

Ross County appoint boss...
Obviously a short term appointment with the aim of getting them straight back into Division 1. You wonder who else actually applied?? :023:

Scott Brown
Plus the £1.6 million for O'Connor - not too shabby at all!! Would I be right in saying all 3 game through the youth system as well?
-
Scott Brown
Rumoured to be close to signing for Celtic for £4.4 million!!! :010: Is he really worth that much??

We won a game we deserved to lose. I'll happily take the result over the performance :clapping03: For what it's worth here are my opinions on todays performances. I'm sure not many will agree but there you go.... Fraser - One great save but many dodgy moments. Still think he will prove to be better keeper than Brown in the long term Tokely - decent showing on his 400th outing. Maybe lucky to only get a yellow for his lunge in the second half but he was probably going for the ball Hastings - thought he had quite a poor game in terms of some of his resent performances but his ‘goal’ was priceless Dods - He will be missed. Some great challenges today. Good luck at United - Not ;o) Munro - Average performance. Can do better Black - Thought he was our MOTM. Some wayward passing and a bizarre 50+ yard back pass not withstanding. He showed a bit of class in midfield McBain - Contributed little apart from being substituted. A performance on par with our Eurovision contset entry :004: I know I am biased but I don’t get what he offers to the team Paetelinan -Very disappointing showing - competed and probably beat Roy for the invisible man award Hart - Ahh Ritchie. Fans favourite. Some long busting forward runs with no end product. Still no idea why he didn’t shoot with the Dunfermline keeper stranded in no mans land. He really has the potential to be a good player but he still flatters to deceive. Dargo - Not one of his better days. Some hustling and harrying but little else. Hopefully not his last home performance for us!! Bayne - Lost most of his challenges in the air and those he won were flicked on to no one. 3rd choice striker in my opinion Barry- New hair colour - little else Zander - hustled and bustled. Ended up being a left back and did not too bad. Still don’t understand why he hasn’t been given more of a chance - his enthusiasm is preferable to some of the average performances our regulars churn out Rory -Did ok. 2 shooting opportunities 1 squirmed in. Still one woeful ball in midfield though. A lucky win - no one is complaining though :021:

Hastings and McAllister...Goal Heroes???
I didn't think Hastings had ever scored for the club :015: Wonder if it'll go down as an OG though? Bet Chick Young feels even more of a t*t than usual after his 'Dunfermline are staying up' article on the BBC

Today's stewarding.
I suspect the club will just dig in there heels and say the rules are the rules - standing is not allowed :rolleyes02:

Today's stewarding.
Seemed rather OTT to me. What a way to treat your own fans :017:

Today's stewarding.
Why were folk getting thrown out? What had they done??

I'm almost embarrassed we won that game cos I'm not sure we deserved it. Still they say the luck even's itself out throughout the season and we got 2 HUGE slices of it today with De Vries howler and the big deflection on Rory's shot. Fair play to Charlie for making the move to go 3 at the back although I'm not sure that really paid a part in us knicking the points Good crowd today but was it really 6,400?? Most of the action seemed to be off the park with the regular eviction of fans from the singing section although I'm not exactly sure why? Maybe they were the worst singers? :017: On a sour note who let all those balloons onto the pitch at half time? If one of them had hit Roy McBain he could have been seriously injured :023: :023: :023:

Mark Brown - Trophy lifter??
Boo Hoo :019: On loan at Dundee United next season?

Buchanan Wants Caley Chance
Grow up he probably earns more than 10 times aweek what our top earner gets :018:
-
Mark Ridgers
I'd heard it was Hearts that were after him. Did Celtic not have him on trial as well?
-
Goodbye Golly
Teletext saying tonight he will be allowed to go to seek 1st team football. Wonder if we will get any cash for him?
-
best fans in the world?
Story is on the BBC website now. Going to cost Celtic £20k to replace the damaged seats
-
Team Vs Dunfermline
Regardless of which personnel Charlie settles on I hope he'll have them well motivated for this game otherwise I can see Dunfermline beating us easily This is who I'd go for but I don't think it'll be close to the actual line up...... Fraser Tokely McCaffrey Munro Hastings Hart Black Rankin Paatelainen Dargo Wyness (if fit?)

Buchanan Wants Caley Chance
30 something Martin Johnstone who is in the 3rd division? He just looks old, he's only 28!! :004: Anyway he is joining Breachin after rejecting a full time contract from Dundee so that he can keep his well paid job

Scott Leitch has just resigned as manager of Ross County
Brewster and **** Campbell are allegedly the front runners for the County job. Is Campbell trying to manage every lower division club in Scotland?
