Ways to show protest (merged)
Sergi was pish, Christie got just as much abuse from this forum when he was in charge but I'm not convinced that Brew is the man for the job, I just think getting rid of him at this point will do more harm than good. We are yet to have a manager since we reached the SPL that has lasted more than a season and a half... I would like to see how he gets on in the transfer market before pushing the panic button.... I've been bemused by his tactics on a few occasions but I DO think he has a good eye for a player, he was an intelligent player on the park he just needs to show that same intelligence off it Must be a wind up, no other excuse

or just don't ******* turn up??? You aren't representing ALL the fans point of view so I would appreciate if you all kept your mouth shut until at least after 90 minutes. That way you wont affect the players performance.... and you never know we might even come away with 3 points Not turing up would be the best possible way to show our discust. I was never any good at maths, but how would the team perform when over 80% of fans voting brewster out dont turn up. would that be good for the players moral? Sorry mate thats not true will be put down to credit crunch, xmas shopping or whatever spin they want to throw at us the cut and paste reply from the club just goes to prove the fans mean nothing at all , brew is here to stay they dont give a toss

Maybe I am dont undertand how a football club works so please exuse me but as the fans as so upset perhaps a reply from the chairman rather than a CEO who the fans already have no time for might have been a better option,

I would imagine that brew shouting at the players would have a worst effect than any fans will

Cheers Smith, I'd have been as well talking to the f*cking mascot... Jay what did you expect a letter from the chairman god forbid!!!

Totally agree but who??

Think this is a different level of protest and rather than the club we love, a totally different matter and best on another thread

Zadi Gone or Not (merged)
perhaps we are just been softened up as a few of our midfield will be gone

Zadi Gone or Not (merged)
Well if there are 1 or 2 players to go and zabi is not one of them wonder who it is considering he has hardly played this year

Totally agree, things need changing and hopefully all those that are there will pay there respects to Big Jock and thereafter protest in a decent manner

Ref for Saturday
Depends on if caley win or lose! No matter who the ref is we wont get a fair game! Refs must be even crazier than goalies, a good game they are not noticed a bad game and they are the devil reincarnated

Zadi Gone or Not (merged)
If this is true then I demand to know why Zadi hasn't been released!! :thumb04: Maybe because if they wanted to release him he would have to agree to a mutual termination of his contract and if he didnt agree they would have had to pay him until the end of the season anyway

Add to that, that it would be far cheaper to re-sign a player of Black's, Cowie's or Wilson's quality and experience than it would be to go out and pay a transfer fee, signing on fee and going rate in wages. The trimming the wage budget argument does not add up. Perhaps if Black and Cowie do go it will not just be a money based decision , perhaps they just want to move on to pasture new

Dennis Wyness (Split)
Not sneering at Barrowman as I still think he needs time and played in right formation and with right partner, but one of those 2 was a penalty was it not.

money well spent on a wasted salary for 6 months :thumb04:

Dennis Wyness (Split)
My recollection too. All to often the ball would get up to Dennis and he would be hussled off the ball by the defense. And when he was through on goal he would always try to pass it into the net, usually saved. . I suppose thats why he ended up our all time record scorer

The Brewster YES OR NO thread!
Brew in Highland News talking about Inces sacking saying he was sacked after 5 months what is the game coming to. Yes brew its shocking that at some clubs a manager has to win games to keep his job.

Dennis Wyness (Split)
EXCELLENT POST! Wyness is a classic "second striker" who was undervalued by Brew. A fit Denis playing regularly would not only create goals for others but weigh in with his own fair share of goals. Wyness is also a player that needs confidence, I would have my doubts as to whether Brew could inspire confidence in any player never mind Wyness

I aint retaliating as I will probably have to borrow your stick

Its wasnt Inces first stint as a manager, although in lower divisions he has managed both Macclesfield and Milton Keynes Dons

yip very simple but if you have 12 managers and 12 teams and 12 sets of fans and 12 boards all expecting the same thing then unfortunately there is going to be some that can't deliver so you need to put it in perspective by taking into account money spent, age of squad, players already in squad, how good is the support etc. etc. so it is not really that simple Brew is strugglling at the moment and so is the club, we are facing our first real threat of relegation and everyone has hit the panic button... Right very simply I will tell you what I expect in a manager One that motivates his players and has their respect One that doesnt drive experienced players out the door before he has good enough replacements One that doesnt tell one of our best players such as Rankin he can go, only then when its to late he decides he can play and puts in the team and then we lose him One that plays players in their correct postions One that when things go wrong can take his share of the blame rather than blame everybody else One that has at least some idea what his best team and tactics are

It could be worse....
To be honest I am struggling to think of one that has had such a bad record at 2 consecutive clubs, I am sure there are but I cant think of one
