I don't have permission to give out any information on the new strip etc. at this moment in time.

New 2016/17 kit
It certainly was fan derived/driven. If memory serves, the first it was used as a strapline was here on CTO....it then gained popular use among the fans with the rise of social media. That hideous 'Together We Believe, Together We Achieve' garbage you refer to was borrowed from kids at a primary school. They were over the moon that the club made use of it....and I personally think it's great when the club do these things and bring a bit of cheer to people. Just unfortunate that there's those who are more predisposed to automatically knock such efforts for whatever reason.

New 2016/17 kit
No, when I say "The Club", I mean "The Club"....these things get discussed around the office (and sometimes even with fans who are in for whatever reason) before being taken forward (or not). Ultimately it has to be signed off at the appropriate level, but I can't think if anything such as this where it's been stopped by director decision.

New 2016/17 kit
As I said, it's a separate variation....in addition to the same badge with Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC. Why? Because, after being presented with the suggestion, the club thought it would be fitting to have a version of the badge which contained the motto constructed and adopted by a wide cross section of the fanbase.

New 2016/17 kit
The club badge has undergone a few tweaks over the years to improve the design....with the main driving factor been the ease (or prior lack of) reproduction. This latest change is registered as a separate variation of the badge as opposed to being a replacement. For those wishing to go back to the original....or the original since the name was changed....are you sure???

Where are the goals coming from?
Ali is a forward. Jake is an attacking wing player. Plenty room for both to make their mark.

Pre-season fixtures
I believe Forres may have had, or are due to have, some work done on their pitch which meant it wasn't going to be ready in time for us to fit a friendly in with them.

Season tickets
The club have been adapting their disability pricing over a number of seasons now and this has been done following ongoing discussions with a few organisations. In short, it was highlighted that the clubs original policy from a few years ago of not charging disabled fans was considered "positive" or "reverse" discrimination. From there the club introduced a voluntary payment option (which many signed up for), moved on to a reduced fixed price including charging for the carer and finally onto the setup that has been introduced this season whereby the charge is the same for everyone and those requiring a carer get free access for them. As it was explained to me.....it's not the job of a football club to financially compensate or reward a person for being disabled, they merely have a responsibility to (where possible and in line with the law) ensure that those with additional needs are not disadvantaged. The law sets out the requirements in terms of access and facilities and the club more than meet what is asked of them in that regard. In relation to someone attending attending a football match who requires a carer, then the availability of free access for the carer ensures the person is not disadvantaged. Anything beyond that is, as mentioned earlier, "positive" or "reverse" discrimination. Another positive that came about as a result of the change is that ambulant disabled are no longer restricted to a specific section of the stadium where the discounted tickets had previously been offered. They can take up a seat anywhere they like and, if required, get a free carer seat alongside them. Having spoken to a good number of disabled fans over the years (at ICTFC and elsewhere), the vast majority want to pay their way. Some had even expressed disappointment that (until now) they have not been able to pay the same as others and feel like they are making the same contribution to their club as everyone else....often choosing to increase their spend at the club in other areas to make up for it.

ICT in Challenge Cup
As I understand it, any Scottish teams having to travel to Wales or Ireland will have the cost subsidised by the SPFL. The Challenge Cup was badly in need of a new injection of life and I like what's being tried here. I think we do a disservice to lower league teams by suggesting they couldn't compete with premiership U20's squads....as we know, there's a few who have given full premiership teams a run for their money on many occasions.

Contract Situation
The club did follow up on the original statement saying that they remained a work in progress.... http://ictfc.com/news/team-news/1757-fan-update-player-contracts ....and then again to acknowledge fans being patient on the matter.... http://ictfc.com/news/club-news/1763-managerial-players-situation When dates/timescales were given, it was with intention of having things complete by then. However, as mentioned by someone already, other stuff has come into play since the original statement...whilst these may have caused delay, it's not necessarily resulted in anything "not going as well as expected". It also works the other way occasionally. The club managed to get the David Raven news out only 45 minutes after the statement asking fans to be patient. That happened because stuff went through quicker than expected.

Contract Situation
It was announced that there were two pre-contracts being worked on, not that they had been completed....that's still the case.

Contract Situation
You're missing Foran, plus the 3 lads making the step up from U20's.......Ali Sutherland, Jason Brown & Cammy Mackay. That leaves us one short of a starting XI and Full Bench
