  1. Mutombo got a knock in training on Friday and (as I understand it) a late decision was made not to risk antagonising it by including him in the squad. Don't think it's serious. Ferguson has had an ongoing issue which they have been working to resolve all season. He's been on a new course of physio treatment which I believe is going well and he's started back getting game time with the development squad.
  2. This is not our worst.... In 2011/12 we were beyond Christmas and heading towards the split before we managed to play the same team 2/3 matches running due to the number of injuries we had. From what I can pull together from reports (may have been more).......Jonny Hayes, Greg Tansey, Owain Tudur Jones, Billy Mckay, Richie Foran, Aiden Chippendale, Thomas Piermayr, Josh Meekings, Kenny Gillet, David Proctor, Chris Hogg, Andrew Shinnie, Aaron Doran, Ryan Esson, Gavin Morrison & Lee Cox all suffered injuries that kept them out for some part of the season.
  3. The press were corrected on it...again...last week. This time by John Hughes.....5:49 into this interview. https://youtu.be/coqgf-vycwg?t=5m49s
  4. Interesting... Not had cause to use it for a while.
  5. You could have used that £1 to purchase a share!
  6. Barstewards have finally managed to delete it from history!!!! Hopefully Scotty will see this and rectify the error.
  7. Confirmed today that if the match should be postponed or a replay required then it will take place on 15th March and the Hearts game would be moved.
  8. CJT Buses operate from the Social Club.....pretty sure that's a "local boozer".
  9. You can download Against All Odds (legally) from here -
  10. Not likely to be fitted into that period at all as it's International Break and we'll have player/s away.
  11. 5 if you include last weekend.
  12. Voting is done at http://scottishfa.co.uk/football_poll.cfm?page=3985
  13. I guess that since the CJT Board were unable to answer the questions I asked prior to submitting my nomination....and the deadline has now passed....then I won't be standing.
  14. Assuming you were one of the lucky ones then?
  15. It was the league match the previous September that Ma-Kalambay saved the Niculae penalty. Russell Duncan handled in the box right at the start and Hibs scored the resulting penalty. Brewster was brought down just before half-time for our penalty which was saved.
  16. See my response to Scotty.
  17. My comment was in response to the post I quoted which was trying to make a case that whilst this one person was guilty, it was somehow unjust to punish them on the basis that other guilty parties have not been. i.e. I was accepting Joe's assertion of guilt in demonstrating the ridiculousness of his statement, as opposed to my applying any assertions of my own. Whether or not I have any further information has no bearing on that.
  18. On the contrary, I would say that anyone else partaking was lucky as opposed to this person being unlucky. The attitude that one person should not be pulled up when others are also involved is very bizarre....in fact, it's the very thing that many here complain about time and again when it involves other clubs.
  19. I'm screwed....unless Jacamo has become an acceptable alternative to Stone Island!!!
  20. Going back to the original point of the thread.... Anyone who doesn't realise that the Champions League was designed to catapult/guarantee the inclusion of a select set of teams pretty much from the outset is blind. You just have to look at how coefficients etc are calculated to realise that it is heavily skewed and designed to keep the wee teams/nations out. Criticise this new approach all you like, but at least it's honest in it's corruption. Those running the game at the highest level aren't interested in football fans. What they want are consumers and TV has been killing fans and producing consumers for over 30 years now. It's not about the sport anymore....about having teams competing on a level playing field. It's about entertainment and generating as many blockbusters for the TV as they can....because that's where the money is.
  21. Someone needs to tell Richie then, as he's not aware of it.

    Where did Galling sign from?
  24. Is a resolution not required for the adoption of the accounts? I sent an email at 22:05 on Monday (8th) but I've had no reply, not even an acknowledgement. Let me know if you've not received it and I can copy the content onto here for you instead.

Yogi told the press last week that Higdon's availability didn't even register on his radar as he isn't what we are looking for.
