Not sure what's going on....but here's the stereo track showing quite clearly for me. Have re-rendered and it's outputting ok....will do some testing to see if it's happening during upload to YouTube.

The microphone is definitely plugged in and working right....hence why it is actually coming out in stereo (as I showed in my last post). The mic is camera mounted so the interviewer standing on the left will come across more on the left channel....which is as it should be given the interviewee is looking in that direction.

Definitely outputting in stereo on my laptop....as can be seen from the monitor on the right.
  4. Rehash of the old story/rumour from the end of last year?
  5. So basically a bunch of PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLERS struggled doing this and you are only giving £100 for it, i doubt many people could get it in a boot of a car from 7 yards never mind 67!!!!! Must be nice to have so much money that £100 is such an insignificant amount! That's not what he said. He said that doing something that a professional footballer can't is worthy of a bigger prize. No where does he say that £100 is a trivial sum Cheers bud, i didn't see the point in defending myself, Also CaleyD if the person who got closest was wearing football boot then chances are only a small minority could get close to winning the £100 Take some boots along was the point.... Now....back in your box...!!!

No where does he say that £100 is a trivial sum I know....just getting the craic with young Mr Dawson (and he knows it).
  7. For those playing close attention....the gentleman who got closest was wearing football boots. Something to keep in mind if you're lucky enough to be chosen in future.
  8. My bad....need to stick a post-it on my laptop to remind me to do both twitter and facebook next week.

  10. Nah....we'd just "Dig a Hole"
  11. I checked today and the dimensions I was given previously were meters written as yards....the tape has it at just over 61 meters (about 67 yards).
  12. Think you need to brush up on your Pythagoras!
  13. It also discriminates against guys like me who can't kick a ball to save themselves
  14. Distance is from centre spot to just off the pitch at the North East corner of the park.
  15. I was at the game this evening. One of the trialists was watching the game, not sure if the other guy with him was the other trialist or his Agent - probably the latter. You're probably a little young to have recognised the latter...!!!
  16. Someone might have given the players the impression that the first to get it in the boot got the keys for the car...hence the celebration
  17. Inverness Caledonian Thistle have teamed up with Ness Motors to bring you a great new competition. At half-time during selected home matches throughout the 2014/15 season we will be running "Shoot for the Boot". Three fans will be selected and given three attempts at shooting into the boot of the Ness Motors Car....if you score, you walk away with £100 Cash!!! Full Information at : http://ictfc.com/shoot-for-the-boot
  18. We did have a few games towards end of last season where Mckay seemed to be under instruction to stay pushed forward....but think that was as much a part of the transition as anything else and done to try and encourage the midfield and wider players to do the pushing instead. When trying to explain myself to people (as to why I've remained so positive) I use the analogy of a metal worker who, when bending cold steel, has to push it beyond the final position because when you release the tension it will naturally spring back a bit. Yogi has been doing that with the team....pushing them to over-play the "tippy tappy" football throughout pre-season knowing that when it came crunch time and he removed the shackles the team would naturally spring back and naturally re-introduce more of what we already know they're good at to the overall mix of play......and that includes Mckay getting here, there and everywhere. Like the metal, it'll need some final fettling and it'll pick up a few dents and dings along the way which will need worked out.....but early indications are that Yogi has successfully re-crafted the team. Only time will tell whether or not they're worthy of some silver plating....I'm confident they are. I thought Motherwell were the Steelmen ? I guess that makes us the Plasma Cutters

  20. Fair comment. But interested to hear the "played with width" - "movement on and off the ball " - "pressing the ball when opposition have it " - and the only negative would appear to be getting support for wee Billy. I was concerned about not using the flanks - I was concerned about the midfielders moving more backwards and sideways and wee Billy being too static. I presume that has been worked on. On that note will The Christie role also be tinkered with ? That means that Yogi has noted the flaws and has tinkered with the system. Bodes well for the future. Let's face it - any result (even a back to the wall draw) against Cellic will be an accomplishment . I think Yogi's biggest strength is his willingness and ability to identify what's working and what's not....and to then take that to the training ground with a view to rectifying it. Part of the problem in trying to get Mckay on to the ball more (IMO) is that the opposition know what he's capable of and set up to neutralise him. That's frustrating for Mckay, but it does open up opportunity elsewhere. It's something the manager is working on changing, but I think time itself and the performances from others will play as much a part in that as anything. Other teams will come to realise that there's goal scoring threat throughout and that they perhaps can't afford to tie up a man marking Mckay. I don't buy into the home/away setup thing....never have. Why do half of the opposition managers job for him by having a pre-determined way of approaching the game based on location instead of ability and opposition? Just doesn't make any sense to me.
  21. Didn't see any change in overall tact....the players are just benefiting from competitive game time, growing confidence with what's being asked of them and learning when to mix it up a bit.
  22. There's a definite erection joke in there somewhere...!!!
  23. Ryan has 2 years left on his contract and the club hold an option for an additional year beyond that....effectively if anyone was to be making an offer, they'd be buying him out of a 3 year deal.
  24. Still more to be done in the concourse to brighten it up a bit yet...over and above the addition of the TV and the painting. It was discovered over the summer that the internals on some of the external speakers was badly corroded so they were replaced.
  25. See Yogi's comments in the last 30 seconds or so of his Dundee preview video..... http://youtu.be/KPwSCe0QFl0?t=8m51s
