  1. A mystery - isn't it! :017:
  2. Oh my - getting a bit personal are we. I wonder why you don't surprise me? :001:
  3. Go back to bed and think up your next useless post :008:
  4. Having so many names on a MATCH shirt is absolutely naff. :020:
  5. We are not needing world beaters here, we are talking about defenders attacking the ball in the box and using upper body strength to fend off their attack in the air. We didn't do it! We need players in all positions to close down early - we didn't do it! I would totally agree Johnboy - we defended well until the last 3 mins but as Grassa quotes today, these 2 situations have cost us around £300k. A fraction of that would get us 3 quality players, players we now need but probably can't afford because we are out of the cup.
  6. All this talk about formations and substitutions is a waste of time. The fact is that we failed to deal with the corner kick (poor marking by our defence) and we were too slow to close down Millar at the edge of our box. Nothing to do with tactics, substitutions or any other blarney - just failure to do the basics. With the way the game went (possession), I don't think anyone can say we deserved to win it but until CC sorts out the basic errors we are making we will lose more than we will win.
  7. Nobody to blame - we lost to the Scottish Champions in the last minutes. :clapping02: To survive the Celtic possession for most of the game deserves credit but we must very quickly become more street wise!
  8. A number of "small teams" next season if Dumf go down as expected and Gretna come up. 2007-2008 will be a real dogfight between ourselves, Gretna, St Mirren and Falkirk. To stay ahead of that lot will be an achievement but the club will need to spend some money in 3 quality players to achieve safety.
  9. Aye :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015:
  10. Grassa is also vice-chair so every dept should be his! Anyway, now that the jaggies have their black and red shirt, I am looking forward to the blue home shirt :021:
  11. Here here RIG. With our budget and set up we can't expect any more. :hiding01:
  12. Guy Kerr :020: Jamie Duff :021: Garry Wood :024: Dave Watson :021:

If this thread isn't closed soon Proctor will begin to think he's a player. Five pages on someone who's just NOT good enough for us - wow - get a life!!!!!
  16. All this nonsence about OF fans in Inverness and a banner in Israel - it really isn't worth talking about! :012:
  17. Na - would have to be Grassa's co-pilot :003:
  18. Tommy in Red & Black gear IHE! :001:
  19. Without any doubt - Tommy Cumming should pilot the flight but I wouldn't suggest it has any passengers! :022:
  20. Although I fully support the transfer of voting rights from the Members Club to the Supporters Trust :021: it must be remembered that the other Supporters Trusts in Scotland were not handed any gifts, they raised the money to BUY their rights - hence the only reason that this stake is "remarkable"! Now that the so called "old boys club" (many good people on that membership) has been basically removed from the scene, I only hope that the Supporters Trust is not made up of YES men and their vote is used solely for the benefit of the Football Club.
  21. If he wants to go - let him. The guy has potential but his attitude will most probably hold him back unless someone can sort his head out.

I just cannot see why there is so much being said about a former bit part player who jumped on the Brewster wagon. IMHO the guy is just not good enough for us free or not!

Seemed to do fine when he was playing for us... and if ICT took a chance on him, I guarantee he would work his *** off whenever he got a chance. At United he was under intense scrutiny and was playing for a team that was falling to pieces under Brewster, he is a young lad and versatile which is extremely useful. I'd take him back in a second if he was going for free (or a nominal fee), I can't think of one bad performance he had for us and also managed to get his name on the score sheet on a few occasions. Sorry Harry but he has never given me any confidence and if we have another wage available we should spend it elsewhere.

Nice lad yes but he is NOT prem league standard and never will be. He proved that with his displays at DU.
