  1. You're right so I'm off to bed with my Happy Pills
  2. Oh well then, we will just have to put up with it. But just how long can we continue scraping around for our next pound?
  3. Was it not already in place before the North Stand was built? I agree with you that it is unsightly, but it's there and anything we might want to do to it to improve its look or relocate it costs money we dont have so we just have to live with it. We may not have a bank debt, but over the last couple of years we have been operating at a loss so every penny counts and I dont see where pumping money into moving it or tarting it up would actually give us any benefit other than the "look". If we get to the stage where we can (or need to) spend some money on infrastructure, then this should be high up on the list IMHO. You're right Scotty, it was there before the stand was built but why was it not moved then? Unfortunately, money is the reason for everything at ICT - we always don't have enough to do this that or the next thing. If things are so bad that we can't tart up that shed then the business must cut it's cloth. If we can't increase our income we must cut wages and general expenses and that will most probably mean relegation and redundancies and if we can't cope with that then we go bust. OBTW the only reason we don't have any bank debt is that we don't have any assets to borrow against. The lsat time we were in serious stook new people came in to "restructure". Is it not therefore time a similar exercise took place - new money - new people - a new start! Sorry going way off topic so I'll go and put my head down.
  4. So you think it looks fine then. It should never have been tagged onto the front of the stadium in the first place. I wonder who was responsible? It should have been situated in the North car park with electrical services drawn from the North stand. If removal and relocation cost so much surely the outside could be clad with something that looks more in tune with the rest of the building. It really cheapens the whole look of the place.
  5. When on earth are we going to get rid of that portacabin structure at the front of the stadium? Whoever thought of it should pay to remove it!
  6. That was a solitary quote and this has nowt to do with the muppets - puts Caleyboys derisory quote in to perspective. "From what I heard, Maurice Malpas does the majority of the training. I really do think we should leave training methods etc to those who know what they are talking about and by that I mean up to date methods not from the old days." Perhaps the new warm up exercise is a relaxing drive through picturesque scenery. Oh he with a little knowledge
  7. Spot on cc but tell the muppets upstairs as they hold the purse strings which are seemingly getting tighter and tighter
  8. From what I heard, Maurice Malpas does the majority of the training. I really do think we should leave training methods etc to those who know what they are talking about and by that I mean up to date methods not from the old days.
  9. IMO it's too early to panic and sacking a manager is too easy. I don't think the problem lies with the manager's ability, it goes deeper than that. Any manager is only as good as his staff and the budget he has dictates the quality he can buy/pay for. Our problem lies with our power brokers - they enjoy the power but either won't or cant afford to bring this Premier League Team up to a Premier League Club. It really is a very simple case, we either find the financial backing to give the manager a chance at this level or we all accept that we just can't sustain our position. OBTW, ?250k will just cove the cracks!
  10. Kenny Cameron may not know much about football but if he instigated this move - A BIG WELL DONE TO HIM
  11. Twice each actually in pre season friendlies - but two years in the "seconds". Cant wait to be proved rite this time. Wel that'll be why I don't remember either you or JM pull on a 1st team shirt and I didn't watch the North Caley/North Reserve League. But well done you for your 2 years with Jackie Spud.
  12. Agree entirely
  13. Not just panty liners...we have a fair few nappies who post on this site as well. Aye - well spotted!
  14. Is it only "party liners" that post on this website?
  15. Times must have changed then
  16. Yet another David Sutherland appointment! Good luck anyway Kenny
  17. Don't think Jeff MacDonald is involved. OBTW I don't remember either JMcD or IHE pull on a Caley 1st team shirt!
  18. George Fraser certainly isn't the biggest donor but he is The Builders main man. George Fraser is a good guy tho and he was/is interested in and understands the game, unlike his mentor. I really don't know if Alan Savage was a good chairman or not last time round. It would be interesting to hear if people think he should take over again?
  19. I think he was at one point. We also had Stevie Campbell as a fitness coach for a while before he moved to Dundee United. It wasnt for long though, think he may have moved to DUFC when Brewster moved there He was the U19 coach, not a fitness coach.
  20. For gods sake someone tell him not to go to Grantown. The management team really don't have a clue and his game will leave him.
  21. On our displays to date we must be in that pile along with Dunfermline and Hibs
  22. We can voice our opinions and present facts until the cows come home but sadly the supporter's opinion will have absolutely no effect on the happy handshake brigade.
  23. I think the point being made by Scotty is that Inverness were NOT in the SPL during the period referred to in the report yet some posters, including yourself, are looking at reason why we are somehow percieved to be in debt. We were not part of the report. We were not in debt at the time of the report and, as far as I am aware, and based on the most recent report from the club, we are not in debt now. With all that in mind mention of Niculae payments and social club sales is irrelevant to the content of the report and, as such, may come across to some as 'wierd theories or conspiracies'. You are totally wrong to suggest that I am "looking at a reason why we are somehow perceived to be in debt". The confirmation from ICTCHRIS that the report did not include us was acknowledged by me - FULL STOP!

Only a parent would know how rejection affects their son and maybe even themselves. Good "people skills" has never hurt any employer or club.
  25. I thought the original post was worthwhile and suitably answered by ictchris. I really don't see where you get the "weird theories or conspiracies" from!
