  1. I used to like Dick too, but he's gone now.
  2. HT - ICT 1-1 Hamilton FT - ICT 2-1 Hamilton ICT 1st scorer - Rooney HAFC 1st scorer - Flavio Paixao Attendance - 3,556
  3. As it may be the case that Foran, McCann, Proctor, Tokely, Blumenshtein, Sanchez and Innes are out, I'd go with - Esson Cox Munro Gillet Golabek Odhiambo Morrison Duncan Hayes Rooney Sutherland Subs - Tuffey, McBain, , Ross, Shinnie Couldn't name seven subs!
  4. Hastings used to be one of my favourite players, but I wouldn't have him back now.
  5. I think ICT could still do with one more big centre-half and a cutting edge, Dargo-esque striker.
  6. Me neither, I think adults who wear football shirts are a bit sad myself. The only ones not wearing a football top at Celtic park are either away fans or neutrals young and old. I think it would look good seeing masses of red and blue in the stands, just like it looked good for united to see a mass of orange at their cup final. I would say it looks better wearing an ICT top in the summer than not wearing one at the game but wearing a scarf, self awareness is our fans downfall. ?5 thats all last seasons tops cost in the shop after the Celtic game. Inside the confines of a stadium is fine. Outside, no (especially if you're a little hefty!)!
  7. Well that was about as exciting as watching an episode of "Murder She Wrote"! ICT weren't exactly going all out, so long stretches of the game were nothing but snoozefests. I thought Eric played well, Rooney took both goals efficiently and Hayes was good in the second half. Ross was okay, but I feel that he should either be on the right, or not on at all. Tuffey had little to do and Duncan may have hit the post, but he said in the week that he doesn't practice shooting, and I doubt he practices passing either! Gave the ball away time after time. A good result, but not exactly a brilliant performance. And by the way, did anyone notice much of Wyness? No, me neither!
  8. I for one will be delighted to see Wyness back....................... .....................as he's absolute garbage now!
  9. Me neither, I think adults who wear football shirts are a bit sad myself.
  10. HT - ICT 2-1 Peterhead FT - ICT 3-1 Peterhead ICT 1st scorer - Cox Peterhead 1st scorer - Proctor (OG) Attendance - 1,236
  11. Who keeps giving him these green dots? That's what I want to know!
  12. I see they're at it again! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9jYFXT3lGM&feature=channel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnFhmY-PkbQ&feature=player_embedded
  13. It would look even cooler if it had red numbers (don't know if that's allowed to a blue background though). I like even more every time I see it now, it's rather snazzy.
  14. That's interesting as I would've agreed with you before reading this thread, but as someone said earlier, Stoke have the loudest support in England, yet they don't exactly play an exciting game. What is it Stoke do to generate such noise?
  15. 'ma cerddi I must say that those highlights are like The Rooney Show at times!
  16. Slightly off topic, but I reckon that if ICT played in their home shirt with red numbers on the back, then that would look cool.
  17. I recollect him scoring against Aberdeen in season 07/08 and then got himself booked for his celebration (and was later sent off for booting the ball into the stand as the half time whistle went). ICT lost that day 4-3 IIRC
  18. I think this midweek game would be a good opportunity to rest players and bringing some of the fringe players in for a game, I'd go with - Tuffey McCann Innes Munro Hayes Cox Duncan McBain Shinnie Rooney Sutherland Subs - Esson, Odhiambo, Proctor, Gillet, Sanchez
  19. Boo Yeah!
  20. THIS.IS.MINT!
  21. I see that the radio people are saying that ICT are trying to pass the ball and not just hoof it up the park.
  22. A little while ago I started a thread about ICT's Forgotten Heroes, and then one on ICT playerswho had been been linked with bigger clubs, the weirder the better (Brian Kerr to Borussia Dortmund and Davide Xausa to Samsung Bluewings are the main ones that come to mind). So here's another thread of that sort of kind. Can anyone think of any players linked with ICT when they were little known, and then became household names. One that comes to mind is apparently at one stage Derek Riordan and Steven Whittaker were going to come to ICT as part of a swap deal with Hibs for Bobby Mann. The other that comes to mind is a couple of years ago when a young Livingston player named Graham Dorrans was linked with ICT. By the sounds of things he was very close to coming before West Brom signed him up, and ICT went for Dougie Imrie instead. Dorrans is now playing in the Premiership and is regularly in the Scotland squad. Any others anyone else can think of?
  23. HT - DUFC 1-1 ICT FT - DUFC 2-1 ICT DUFC 1st scorer - Goodwillie ICT 1st scorer - Rooney Attendance - 8,311
  24. I'm sure it's been reported that Gillet is a capable centre-back. I'd maybe move Munro and Gillet over and then slot Gollie, Shinnie or McBain in.
  25. I'm surprised that number 4 didn't go to Innes, it would seem logical (BTW I think Proctor was the last person to be allocated the number 4, he certainly had it in season 08/09). On the subject of the number 45, according to the back of the programme, Shinnie has number 21, which seems more likely.
