  1. Because sometimes things run their courses thats why. I don't always buy into this whole "If it ain't broken..." argument anyway. Man U very rarely play the same team twice in a row and I wouldn't describe them as being broken.
  2. Eh no.
  3. Anyone else get the feeling that the 4-2-3-1 has run it's course?
  4. I think the red goalie top is the only one they sell. He's had a few this season mind, there's been a yellow one and a black one as well.
  5. I'd go with - Esson Tokely Bulvitis Munro Golabek Hayes Proctor Cox Djebi-Zadi Rooney Foran Subs - Allison, McBain/Shinnie, Odhiambo, Sanchez, Duncan
  6. Aye he's worn it a couple of times before. Rather snazzy I have to say. Has a sort of Aztec kind of feel to it.
  7. Did Kevin McDonald ever turn out for Scotland?
  8. In answer to the topic of the thread - no thanks.
  9. Bulvitis is far better now than at the start of the season.
  10. Makes you wonder what all the fuss was about. From what I've read, the song/s was sung, obviously by people who aren't the sharpest tools in the toolshed, but what was going through the policeman in questions mind? He hears people singing and thinks "Hey there's some people singing." {listens to lyrics} "What's that, something about famine! That's offensive to some people! How? I don't know!" And he goes on to say that he'd never heard of the potato famine. Come on, I find that hard to believe. And anyway, it reminds me of something that would probably happen to Officer Barbrady in South Park!
  11. Later on in the season! A decider! Really!!
  12. How legal is this stuff?
  13. Nope, I ain't a policeman, named Ross or (as far as I'm aware) ultra reactionary.
  14. That thought went through my mind as well. A policeman, ultra reactionary, person named Ross. Hmm who could that be?
  15. How much would it cost to buy 3000 shares?
  16. http://community.caleythistleonline.com/in...=8617&st=75 Here's the thread from it when it happened.
  17. It's interesting to read what some people are saying about Sutherland and the rest of the board. It's obvious from what I and many others can see it'd time for a change in all parts of this club. The man with his finger on the button here, Sutherland is essentially the man who obviously fancies himself as a Donald Trump of Inverness kind of character and in some senses he has succeeded in his agenda. He is essentially the President of Inverness and the surrounding area. The only problem is is that it's a dictatorship. It's still the case with ICT. He currently has a chairman installed who is really nothing more than a mouthpiece for him and it's still a case of what he says goes. That's why Savage (someone with at least a few forward thinking ideas) decided to take his business elsewhere. If I remember correctly he said his position was being "diluted" by Sutherland, this to me says it all. Call it a conspiracy if you like but I don't think this clubs wants to go forward sometimes. How many times have ICT been so so close to a huge victory and then blown it at the last minute? It's happened time and time again. Again call it a conspiracy theory if you like but the amount of times it has happened makes me wonder if this is part of a plan to stop this club from becoming too big. Too big in a sense whereby if the club were to go to the "next level", others would want a part of it, thus Sutherland losing is tight grip on the club. There also seems to be a lot of talk of change, of a deep resentment for those on the inside, an "us and them" feeling. If that is the case then changes have to come. Words are all good but we have to see the fans rise up. We are the groundswell, we can make the change we just have to know what it is we want to do and how to do it. We did it with Brewster, we succeeded in getting rid of him. We can do it again. Words are all good but we have to rise up and lead this club forward to the next level, if not we may not even have a club to follow in the not too disant future.
  18. Has anyone else heard the South American bloke who does the Argentinian games on late night ESPN. He's brilliant, every the ball goes up in the air he shouts "Upstairs!!!"!
  19. Renegade replied to RiG's topic in General Football
This is probably his level now.
  20. Hard to say really, accomplished player and has been in coaching for a wee bit now so probably knows his stuff. How good he is tactically remains to be seen of course.
  21. What would happen if the real owner came down and stood in the centre circle?
  22. Looks like pretty much everyone's going for the one up front system. Here's mine anyway - Esson Tokely Bulvitis Munro Shinnie Hayes Cox McBain Djebi-Zadi Rooney Foran Subs - Allison, Proctor, Odhiambo, Sanchez, Duncan
  23. No, and going by the list ICT have played both. Does anyone else recollect sometime in the late 1990s - early 2000s there were rumours that Barcelona and Athletico Bilbao coming to play ICT for some friendlies? I also seem to remember that there was also talk of ICT playing Fiorentina when they were over in Italy once. I also remember around 2007 ish there was talk of ICT going to America for a small tour of Texas with friendlies against local MLS sides FC Dallas and Houston Dynamo being touted. I seem to remember reading about it once and then there was never any talk of it again.
