  1. I would actually disagree with you there, and argue that Tokely doesn't have the pace to play centre-half, cause if anyone get's past him whilst he's playing there, as you can see with the Falkirk player, he won't catch them. From what I've seen he's better at trying to defend crosses and stuff, and someone does get past him then it isn't as fatal as it would be at centre-half. Also I reckon ICT lose a lot of the attack down the right when he isn't there.
  2. Well that's not very nice is it.
  3. No such word as "wan".
  4. I miss the Metrostars. :(
  5. You are a genius Renegade :002: How about one of our random Fijian rugby players we sign just tackle him as he's about to shoot and run the ball down the pitch Thanks for that inspiring and inspirational reply. :022:
  6. There are more threads, since May 1st, on your forum discussing County than the other way round. You igorant, inbred, dump dwelling ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now **** off and think of something original to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( What a classic!
  7. We always go on on here about what the tactics and stuff could be, but what could the fans do next season? As mentioned on another thread, a return of the drums would be good to get the crowd going, but what about other stuff. What about copying Toronto FC and chucking toilet roll at the opposition? Or what about, if there is an opposition penalty into the home end, everyone takes a camera and just before the player shoots, every takes a picture with the flash dazzling the player. Does anyone have any other ideas?
  8. Thanks for that truly fantastic and inspirational reply. This is a great thread, are you considering pulling a couple of players out of retirement and want to make sure they're still alive before knocking on the door? Yes
  9. I reckon that if/when County score at Caley Stadium, whoever it is on the the PA system plays some hiddley-diddley banjo music, just to congratulate them on their goal. :020:
  10. Anyone else get the impression Tokely will be playing as a centre-half more next season, if Cox plays right back. That's three right-backs at ICT now (Tokely, Cox, Proctor).
  11. Renegade replied to a post in a topic in Caley Thistle
I hope Mikey enjoys wearing his nice new flamboyant pink shirt next season.
  12. What you talking about? That's one of the manliest tops I've ever seen. Nearly as manly as the Motherwell goalie top this season (that has to be seen to be believed). Not half as good as the new Newcastle away kit though, it's great.
  13. Might seem like a bit of an odd question, but is every player to ever play for ICT still alive? I haven't heard of any deaths so I'm guessing that they are all still living. Can anyone confirm?
  14. How would you rank all of ICT's managers? Keep in mind things like footballing style, signings etc. You can count Butcher as well if you want, even though he hasn't been in that long. For me (1 being the best, 6 being the worst) : 1 - Steve Paterson - Played great slinky football under him and made some excellent and extremely cheap signings in Mark Brown, Bobby Mann, Barry Robson and many many more. 2. - John Robertson - The football was alright under him and he also made some pretty good signings in Black and Juanjo. Also managed to get ICT promoted to the SPL. 3. - Terry Butcher - Even though he was boss when ICT were relegated there was no doubt there a real turnaround when he came in. Also made some decent signings in Foran, Kerr and Odhiambo in the space of about 3 days. 4. - Charlie Christie - Was alright but his post match interviews were painful to listen to. Nice man though. 5. - Craig Brewster - Was alright the first time round and was a great player in his day, but the second time round was a disaster. Playing Imrie and Cowie on the wrong sides, playing Proctor at centre-half, falling out with Black and Rankin, selling off Wilson and getting rid of Donald Park was ridiculous. The football was all hoof, hoof, hoof as well. Dreadful to watch and rather ineffective. 6. - Sergie Baltacha - Never saw ICT under him, but from what I gather the football was rather dull and he only lasted one season. Probably would've been sacked had he not left by "mutal agreement".
  15. Oh you've never come out with that before. And anyway, if Tokely is as bad as you constantly say he is, he would have been found out by now.
  16. Was there not a thread about this a wee while ago? :whip01:
  17. With some folk say that Lionel is a bit of a liability at the back, would you consider moving him to left wing? I certainly would. It makes sense really, he's big, he's quick, he can pass quite well and isn't too bad at crossing. Imagine him puting pressure on the oppostion full back for 90 minutes. He would be extremely hard to deal with if he was constantly forward. He's also be out of harms way meaning some of his possible bloopers wouldn't mean a certain goal for the oppostion. Would I move Lionel to left wing? This poster says yes.
  18. Robbo seems to have turned into Ossie Ardiles the last few years cause he seems to want every job under the sun. I take it he turned Liberia down then.
  19. Don't you love these people who asy "I support ICT but I also support {insert big team name here}.
  20. No I think it's just full caps that people are talking about.
  21. Daft time to have in September, highly doubt any "big" team will show up (and when they do they play their 3rd team).
  22. Under that logic, shouldn't there be a doctors and nurses discount? What about one for teachers? Bus drivers? Policemen? Bin Men?
  23. No, he just won't be missed.
  24. Doesn't surprise me, I read somone on P&B (a Motherwell fan) say that he'd move anywhere for an extra ?10 a week. I doubt he'll be much loss.
  25. That crossed my mind as well. Gianni Joinville was his name. Saw him once at a friendly v County in Dingwall. He was to put it bluntly, awful and his heading was hilarious.
