  1. I'm guessing the actual line-up is - Fraser Proctor Tokely Munro Djebi-Zadi Morais Black Kerr McBain Foran Imrie Could be Foran and Morais as the front two though with Imrie at right wing.
  2. I'm all for playing three forwards but the only thing with that line-up is that there's no striker there who's a big guy. Personally if I was to go with three up front it'd be something like - Imrie - Barrowman - Foran There's no way anyone can justify going with one up front at this point. ICT have to play attacking football with a fairly attacking formation. Let's get this sown up tomorrow, cause I can see Falkirk beating ICT.
  3. You're welcome :blah01:
  4. Who's the best player you've ever seen live?
  5. Yeah, I was looking through feb82000's posts to see what he was on about and found this. All I see is somewhite walls, a door and a couple of small of balls of light. Nowt much to write home about.
  6. As the title says, would staying the SPL this season, at one point looking dead and buried be a greater achievement?
  7. Do you just make this stuff up?
  8. Oh dear is there really any need to be so graphic?
  9. I tell you what I'd do in the pre-season. Lionel has something that a lot of other players don't have, both height and pace. He's got a few slinky too. I reckon Lionel would be far better if he played left wing, possibly with Imrie moving into sitting behind the front two of Foran and a new prolific striker. If Lionel was in an attacking position, sticking crosses into the box and puting pressure on the opposition full back he could be a very useful player indeed. Antoher thing as well is if he comes up against a rather slow, immobile defender like David Weir for example, and Lionel gets past him, he won't be caught. In the whole of the pre-season I'd be training up Lionel to play into this position.
  10. :024: :) :) are u serious? :) Yep, you must be very easily amused.

  12. what bollox! You ashamed of being from the highlands? We should be using every bit of our heritage to enhance the clubs image... I couldn't care less what other supporters/media think of us, we are ICT from Inverness in Scotland... f*ck everyone else!! (even if I have stayed in the central belt for the last 6 years :) ) Some people go and on about how the Old Firm hang on to their heritage, And if you ever go to Celtic Park you see how nuts about it they are..........and where it could lead. Come on everybody lets get over it, we're in the 21st century.
  13. It'll never happen.
  14. Thanks to Tony Blair it's not just Americans that would suffer a fate like that. Who's Scottish apparently. But is it just me, or has this whole patriotic Scottish pride malarky become far more prominent in the last few years. Patriotism is a choice, but it seems to me that it has become far more expected of everyone than it ever was before and not to being a patriotic type is looked at as being just plain wrong. Patriotism's been around ever since an English king tried to ban everything Scottish. And I'm not really talking about centuries ago I'm talking about the last few years. The Scot. more especially the Highland Scot, defied the bans, continued to speak his language, continued to wear his plaid, continued to sing the songs and play the tunes. Well isn't that nice, except for the tunes. Them pipes shoulda stayed banned. We are proud of who we are because of what we've come through over the centuries. We are loved the world over. We are envied. Well I aint proud of it one bit. Incidently Renegade it was the Turks who are said to have invented the first form of the bagpipes and oats has been the staple diet among the highlanders for as long as the history of our land and people have been recorded. Long before we even knew there were other lands. I didn't say that it wasn't eaten, I said it was invented ie - the first to do it. Scotland, for me, is eagles and grouse, hills and cliffs, midgies and clegs, the changing colours of the seasons, the people, the pride and the passion. Scotland for me is rain, freezation, neds and so on.

  16. I heard that if Brewster had stayed, his plan was to loan out Garry Wood to Ross County and bring Richie Hart back in (as replacement for Black perhaps?). I aint surprised he left ICT though, the drugs thing was always going to have an effect.
  17. No thanks, I can't stand bagpipes, like nails on a blackboard. And please change that dreadful tune when the team come out. It's horrible.
  18. Even it was Tokely doing the hoofing, give me Pavels and Tokely over Munro anyday.
  19. I know why Esson was dropped and trust me it wasn't a footballing decision . Esson and Butcher's alledged fall out perhaps?
  20. Imrie to me aint much of a striker but he can have excellent games at left wing but if I were boss I'd do te following next season - -----------------------Imrie------------------- ---Prolific Striker---------------Foran-------- If Imrie played behind a front two of Foran and a decent prolific striker, I reckon we'd see the best of him.
  21. I'd play it safe and go with the better option - Esson.
  22. I'd like to see a Pavels/Rosscoe defence line at this point, especially with Munro not necessarily at the top of his game and doing this constant hoofing nonsense, that if anything will lead to more goals conceded by simply gifting the opposition possesion could be pivital in ICt current circumstances.
  23. I for one believe that ICT shouldn't have sacked Brew. Watching ICT struggle was hilarious.
  24. It's a lot of nonsense.
  25. There's every need to play attacking football. At a time like this winning is everything and teams at this stage that play ultra-defensive, hoofing nonsense get relegated. And 5-4-1 is even worse than that 4-5-1 rubbish Brewster used to play. Here's my team anyway: ---------------------------------------Esson------------------------------------------- ----------------------Tokely-----------Munro----------Mihadjuks------------------------ ----------------------------------------Kerr--------------------------------------------- ---Morais---------------------------------------------------------------------Imrie------- ----------------------------------------Black--------------------------------------------- ---------------------Odhiambo--------Barrowman--------Foran---------------------------- Subs - Fraser, Djebi-Zadi, Rooney, Vigurs, Duff, Hastings, McBain ICT need to win so an attacking 3-4-3 is needed. Fraser to the bench as he aint quite as good as Esson and may be more keen on helping his new employers and not give 100%. A back three of Tokely, Munro and Mihadjuks. Munro passing the ball ALONG THE GROUND with Tokely making runs throught the middle. Tokely and Mihadjuks should go up for corners and free-kicks leaving Munro back at all times to defend. Morais wide right, Imrie wide left, Kerr says in but a plays a defensive midfield position with Black sitting behind the front three. Odhiambo as the right sriker so he can run with some pace, Barrowman in the middle and Foran as the left striker. The main tactic should be keep the ball along the ground, pinging it to either wing for crosses into the box. On the bench is Djebi-Zadi who should be brought on to replace someone like Kerr and would swap places with Black so he can do was he does best, attacking. Maybe throw Rooney as well in the second half along as he seems to do better when he comes on and also possibly Vigurs as he is a fairly attacking midfield with a decent shot.
