I'm wondering.... Has anyone ever heard Brewster say, publicly or privately, that leaving ICT was a disastrous career move for him..? Has anyone ever heard him express any regrets that persuading certain members of our playing staff to transfer to Dundee United was maybe not such a good idea...? If appointed would he be likely to publicly admit, to our supporters especially, that he treated this club very shabbily once he was in the managers chair at Yinited.....?

I will admit my initial thinking was that Brew might have been a safe option who would at the very least have kept us in the SPL.... Now having had a couple of days to think about it, I would have to say it is the very worst choice we could possibly make.....

That was said last night and it is beginning to look like it is the shortlist.... Regarding Warnock - it was mentioned that if he did come here he would probably be off down the road again within 18 months.... I wouldn't mind seeing him here - even if it was just 18 months....

I asked the question - when would they start interviewing? I'm sure the answer given was today - or at least ASAP.... Surely to goodness if Warnock is genuinely interested - they should at least talk to him..?

I'm generally happy with the manner in which the club is being run - but for someone to suddenly appear on the horizon with "a big sweetie jar" ... I certainly don't think we should tell him to feck off..... I'm also not sure about IHE as Number 2 - I'd prefer to see him installed as resident psychoanalysist... Plus I'd love to see Footballers Wife back on the sub's bench - someone who could be relied on to come on and always give 100% - terrific engine in her.... :014: :023:
