What about some of you guys who are mates get together and make up new songs? Something to get the players on a high? Offer players a chance to answer our questions and offer support, i.e. a player every 2nd week (Questions are asked by us, mods pick the best ones and ask the players) Also leaving messages of support so each player can see them? Or a section on here dedicated to SUPPORT messages not slander, mods pick someone each week, we leave messages and someone prints it off and sends it to club!? We pick our player of the month? Money made from say the raffle idea could get a frame and certificate?

I have spoken to non-ictfc fans and they have watched Vigurs play and rated him well, this is a bad decision. Someone posted an article saying serves him right, this is his life, his career, so what if he takes his time making decisions!! Are you seriously telling me that in your line of work you wouldn't want to make the best choice?

You can't blame everything on the referee ... we had plenty opertunities to save ourselves .... You have taken me wrong, what I mean is because they are inconsistent fans on here think it shouldn't have been a red. If they were consistent no one would be arguing the toss, so the ref was not to blame.

I think the problem here is refs are inconsistent, send someone off for doing the same action that a player a week earlier never got a card for. We all know what the rules say, so Tokley had to go, yeah it sucks but he didn't cost us the league, the team cost us the league!
