  1. Jeez, if you don't mine me saying so DC, you are the most negative person I have ever encountered. Practically every thread that you join you simply slag off what someone has said or what some people are trying to achieve. Lighten up man, you are depressing me. Yes it was only a cup win, but at the time, it was the biggest Scottish cup upset of all time, and probably still is. Your glass is always half empty, no matter what. Have a read over your last fifty posts and see if there is any hope for you. All scotty has done is stick on a wee note to make people aware of this, and true to form, you are straight in with a mump and moan. Sort yersel man.
  2. The juggernaut is definitely slowing down. Another three points gone today thanks to our neighbours. They must have one of the poorest records in Scotland over the last few games. One win in their last five games, and that against the run of play over the Pars. Not Champion stuff at all.
  3. Oh dear, some clown even gave Sanchez a point.
  4. Glad to get the three points despite making hard work of it. The penalties, mayby's aye, mayby's no. Rooney hit the first one too straight and Tuffey deflected it high over the bar. Fair play to Rooney for slotting the second one in the bottom corner no problem. We looked uncomfortable in defence all afternoon with the ball ricocheting around more times than I was comfortable with and Partick also hit the bar after one of these skirmishes when Buchanan hit the bar from ten yards. Still, we hung on in there and prbably just edged it.
  5. The guy hit the shot early and Esson was caught flat footed Sh*t happens, decent goal as was ours, no blame attached.
  6. Only two hours, the mans flagging, get him a pint for Gods sake.
  7. I would imagine the game will go ahead with the knowledge that uncle Albert is getting stuck into the snow. There is around an inch of snow lying on frosty ground. I would have thought that the undersoil heating would have taken care of it, maybe just wanting the snow cleared to stop more water bogging down the surface. Untreated roads will be dodgy this morning though, take care.
  8. Hey JB, are you using your laptop to clear the snow....................like me.
  9. I don't need google, I'm a cricketing legend. Wyness was an obvious one, surely you all knew that one.
  10. Yep, I heard that one on MFR and Butcher reckons he is on his way back and just a couple of things to iron out with his club and he should be hear till the end of the season..............if true, thats one piece of good news then. Apparently it was a Russian club watching him in Turky.
  11. 6. Pretty sure Wyness was loaned from Aberdeen and Hearts. 7. 26th January 2010 Scotland v Kenya cricket match. Nehemiah Odhiambo
  12. He managed Samoa, therefore renegade must have mentioned his name in one of his 'buy Samoan players' topics
  13. Come on Tevez, Buddies and Celt.......................................................no I can't bring myself to say it.
  14. I just wanted everyone to know I was ok...........but nobody cared........now stop going off topic JB
  15. Christ it's like a pantomime on here................oh no it's not................oh yes it is..............oh no....... I couldn't do it.
  16. OK Thats it, I'm off to slit my wrists...........wheres the stanley knife.
  17. Look at yersels....................sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never harm me... Wheres that fekker that called me an olde git... On the original subject, this problem always always crops up at this time of year, ever since football was invented. For most people it is probably six weeks since the last pay cheque. I would not slag any fans off for not attending an away game. Now disappearing fans for home games and that is a real issue. Anyway, I'm bored with this subject now, can we move on.
  18. Another bitchfest. For what it's worth, I also read the opening post as a bit rash against other fans. I just put it down to the impetuism of youth. If I am wrong then take a look at the OP again. It is an attack on other fans, probably worded wrongly. Sort it out please.
  19. Jamie Duff will be next season I imagine.
  20. A wee birdie tells me that Nauris has flown out of Inverness and returned to Latvia where a Russian team are interested in taking him. So, if true then he has played his last game for us, unless anyone knows different. Good luck either way, he was coming on to a decent game for us.
  21. tm4tj replied to a post in a topic in Caley Thistle
I see a different Sanchez, although not there on Saturday, but I believe he is the player most likely to make things happen for us.
  22. You'll be ok Johndo, you will lose more hair, whats left will turn white, your belly will get bigger and your sex drive will disappear, but don't worry too much about the future, enjoy it now.
  23. I see MissICT contradicted herself about half a dozen times within her assessment of yesterdays game.
  24. Going by a couple of Airdrie posters on P&B we hit the woodwork twice and missed an open goal. The Airdrie keeper made some good saves and they missed a glorious chance near the end to equalise as we were not so good in the second half.
  25. Thats a thumping win for Pars today, hoofing Jags 1-4. I still think they will have a big say in the league title.
