  1. I hope Sanchez is not injured enough to have to miss out this weekends most crucial Derby ever. Bad choice by the management to be playing some of the guys in contention for the County game if you ask me.
  2. OK guys that's great. I will remind you all a few days before they are due. Are you both still able to access the editorial forum (chris and Proctor) Ginger Jaggy are you wanting to try something for this weekends County match? If you can get a preview to me that would be great. Granty24 might want to do the report.

  7. Tell her to ask him why he has dropped Bully in the last couple of games. Has he been a bad boy.?
  8. Good grief, that looks to be a pretty strong second string. Surprised that some of these guys are playing considering the big Derby coming up this weekend.
  9. Why not nip in to the Nipp Inn for a swift one.
  10. I see that Celtic await the winners of this replay..........1-3 anybody.
  11. I can see them as well Yngwie, must be a mod thing. I'm sure CaleyD will be able to resurrect the votes to the original picture.

It is a bit negative from me. This defensive posting was brought about by the managerial teams lack of tactical awareness and using the wrong players in the wrong positions. This takes me back to the end of last season and the start of this one. Trust me, we took a giant step backwards on Saturday, lets hope there is some serious talking going on this week. The only plus was the three points gained. I agree that different circumstances give you differing issues, but I stand by what I posted before that the manager chose the wrong players. Don't tell me that Sanchez, or Roy McBain or Eagle would have been less effective than some on the park, even Lionel would have shone through the gloom. I have thought for a couple of months that we were as good as, if not better than the rest of the division, my expectations have lowered a bit after watching that. I do believe, but they are making it harder to actually believe that I believe, lets hope the players have the belief in themselves.

The reality check comes this Saturday at Dingwall. Play like that again and our season will be in tatters. Of course ugly wins win titles. Yes we won the game, but against a do or die County side last weekends offering will not be good enough. They are now on a high having outplayed Hibs and we are coming off the back of a scrambling win over a struggling Morton. I know which camp will be the happier.
  14. It disnae rhyme.
  15. Ahhh yes, I think the hole is visible now.

Hey John, in truth he did little right, he did have one great surge down the wing but that is not enough to justify a position. The group I was sitting in thought we were a man short by playing him. Harsh I know, but not his fault, he can be a useful player. I am sure he will look at his contribution and think.....what could I have done better, but I re-iterate, he did nothing wrong, it was out of his hands, he did nothing wrong John, Butcher did the wrong thing by playing him.
  17. Not if we play like we did today, abysmal performance, and anyone else who thinks otherwise is either kidding themselves or winding the County fans up, and I am normally optimistic.

You are havin a laff Johnboy. He was thrown in deeper than he could tread. Fair play to him for being in the right place at the right time, but that does not mean he had a good game. He got a great reception and recognition from the 'notorious' bad boys in the North Stand, but you need help if you think his performance today was above average.........as I said before, that is not a criticism of Nick, but an interrogaton of Terry Butcher. Put out a team next week to play like that and the season is over. I seem to be the bad boy here for the truth, but the real villain is Mr Butcher for his ineptitude, lets hope he gets it right next week. Please Richie, come back soon.
  19. I like that birdy, well said. A lot of folk on here categorically wrote off our chances. Well, we have now given ourselves a chance and we might just take it.
  20. oops, sorry, you are right, I wanted Dani sooo much, but all I got was Stratford....well is he not a Dani as well.
  21. In fairness gordy, Nobody is actually having a go at Ross, the problem was Butcher today. He should never ever have been thrown in at the deep end. I do think Ross can be a decent player for us in months to come, but for christ sake, he was fed to the lions today. Todays team stank of last seasons relegation day offerings. Bully warmed up, Sanchez was too late getting on, whilst Proctor continued to give the ball away at every opportunity. Eric has had better days, although some of his twists and turns were a joy. Aye rig, throw ins are not our strong point.............when God was handing out throwins, we were obviously at the wrong end of the queue.
  22. That was about as poor a performance as we have given all season. Absolutely hapless. The sooner Foran is back the better. We were clueless and Terry Butcher must shoulder the blame for that. I am pleased that Nick Ross scored, but without wanting to be over harsh, he contributed nothing else and the goal was a tap in after great work on the left by Duncan and Rooney. I was embarrassed for Ross, or maybe I should have been embarrassed for Butcher as it was him who selected the side and formation. This was too important a game to throw the youngster into and he was clearly struggling to understand where or what he was supposed to be doing. Anyway enough of the bashing, it was not his fault. We won but thats about it, a great chance to enhance the goal difference blown away on a chilly afternoons stiff breeze. MoM............maybe Golly, but Duncan was once again fabulous. More difficult to select a clear winner this week as there were so many failures, much easier to select them in reverse order. However, only three points behind a crumbling Dundee, now that is a bonus.
  23. To be fair to the opening post, he asks who people prefer, not who they support. I hate both of them, but if Rangers were playing Celtic I would rather Celtic lost, rather than Rangers winning, but in all honesty I don't give a flying fork.
  24. Is this the same Darren Jarvie you asked about 12 posts below. I hold my hands up and say I have never heard of him in all my puff.
  25. Honest, it wisnae me...................they were singing it during the Champios league match B)
