Dunfermline -V- ICT : matchday thread
Hayes had his worst game for weeks. He got little change out of the two defenders constantly tracking him. Sanchez looked the most likely to break the deadlock. Foran was again very industrious and had a good game as well, but Cox was my runner up along with.......wait for it ........once again Lionel. Great going forward again and only one superbloop. He took a throw in and threw it 20 yards infield......straight to a Pars striker who made a beeline for our box. Bully also had one shocker of a pass but he was quick enough to get back and make a tackle. He actually had a good game otherwise. Agree about the 'good' save Esson made, it was low down to his right, but looked as though it was creeping just the wrong side of the post. Pars wer pretty punchless at times, Gibson is a handful but we coped pretty well and never really looked like conceding. He had one snapshot in the first half that Esson was well positioned to deal with and one in the second half which Esson left to sail a foot over. Rooney was a sinner today, four opportunities and zero goals. A game we controlled pretty well and should have won going by clear opportunities, but like the Raith game we failed to make the most of them. Operation curtain carried out perfectly. Cheers to all who helped.

Pars Roll Call...
I intend to materialise. If you see a handsome, debonair fellow carrying curtains around Dunfermline, then that will be me. Please don't tell me to "pull yourself together mun"

Ex-ict Players Score
I tend to agree with you Hairy Chipper. Some of our fans are too quick to write of our own players chances. We have probably all criticised him at some time, but the guy was young and can only improve. He must be doing something right, heres a we bit of the last match report.... Brechin continued to dominate and they stretched their lead after 50 minutes when Rory McAllister went on a solo run past two players and fired home.

Ex-ict Players Score
Supersub Liam Fox scored a couple for Livi last night as they rodgered Clyde 7-1 in the cup. He seems to be doing ok for them.

Time for a Reality Check?
I'll try the team issues. I actually believe our team now is better than it was when we won promotion the last time. Better in attack excellent goalkeeper promising midfielders and in Hayes one of the most exciting players to have played for ICT. It is only our back four that are costing us numerous points.

Us and Them?
I think I am a thick one.

Us and Them?
I may be missing something here, but it would appear to be a non story, are you bored and just starting a thread for the hell of it. I thought we had dozens of these threads floating about.

ICT -V- Raith Rovers : matchday thread
Wow some depressing match summaries in amongst some more realistic ones. I thought it was a thoroughly entertaining match with us certainly dominating from start to finish. We should have scored thousands of goals yesterday. Good displays from everyone, don't see where anyone could be criticised on yesterdays performance as we were so far ahead it was unreal. If it was a boxing match it would have been stopped at half time. In fact the fog almost stopped it for us. It was almost half time before the away fans could be seen from the North end. Hayes and Odhiambo tormented the Raith rearguard and Rooney led the line brilliantly. He worked tirelessly and put himself about, scoring the vital goal into the bargain. Sanchez looked good, probing at the Raith defence and created plenty for others. Esson was a spectator, but he did that well. The back four were solid if unspectacular and most of them had a pot at goal such was our dominance. Special mentgion for Duff, he was also unspectacular, but he never put a foot wrong and that enabled Cox to play a blinder, he was unlucky not to score two or three goals. Important to secure the three points, but in all honesty, Raith never threatened. Good to get live updates from the match on the thread, cheers nwadeener. So, good day for us, just a pity we never scored another ten.

Airdrie 2-5 Partick 1,321 Dunfermline 3-3 County 2,381 Dundee 3-1 Ayr United 4,323 Morton 1-2 Queens 1,814 Given the time of year and yesterdays weather then we are not doing too shabbily.

ICT -V- Raith Rovers : matchday thread
It was as mentioned earlier, 1-0 going on 10-0. As one sided a game as you would get. The unfortunate thing from our perspective was that we spurned the millions of chances that came our way. Still, three points keep the status quo.

- Who ate all the pies?
OK I've had enough, I am going to eat all the pies. end of.- team for raith
I'm with chris on this one, I couldn't be burgered altering my line up earlier, but the suggestions that Duff is going straight into the squad for tomorrow, indicates to me that he will either start or come on at some time. Failing that, I will stick with my previous. thanks Terry xxx- Stuart Duff
Maybe the experience we require to help Cox ripen in the middle of the park, and with Duncan out for tomorrow, maybe not such a bad idea.- Tevez wins the league for Man Utd
We will need photographic evidence of that. And I don't just mean a red cross.- team for raith
With the two red carders missing my team for this game would be Esson Proctor Bulvitus Munro Lionel Cox McBain Hayes Sanchez Imrie Rooney Subs Allison, Golly, Eric, Eagle, Sutherland- Ref for Saturday
Whoever Frank is, he has got to be an improvement on last weeks cretin.- Butcher banned
As things stand everybody, Butcher has a two match dugout ban and Foran and Duncan are both banned for 1 match, all of the bans start immediately, that is they all miss the next match. See the SFA websitefor the relevant information and open the folders to see who has received what.- Merged: Terry Butcher - TV Caption
Gadzooks...........are we still debating this.........stroll on.- Midweek games
County eventually won 3-1, Butcher must have given the Morton half time team talk. - Who ate all the pies?
