  1. Have we become too negative recently, especially away from home. I know our current league position is dictating the way we set out our stall, but have we become too intent on achieving a draw away from home. We have been hugely disappointing since we mugged Rangers. Tamely going down 4-0 at Falkirk and a gutless defeat yesterday at Aberdeen. For me, the manner of the defeat is the biggest disappointment, not being able to create much in the way of goal scoring opportunities whilst clinging on to hold out for victories against St Mirren and Kilmarnock at home. Two teams we should have cruised to victory against, but were unable to make the most when in the ascendancy. For the most part of the season, we have failed to punish teams. Thank Christ for Kilmarnock, they could well prove to be our saviour. So, next week against Hamilton, lets bury them good and proper and if all goes well at the end of the next round of fixtures, we could, could, jump up a few places and help our pathetic goal difference into the batgain. Let's go for it on Saturday. Three plus goals would do nicely.
  2. For fecks sake denegrade, we are in the middle of a relegation battle. Do you really expect us to gamble on a completely untried formation and placement proposition? I like your bravado, but do you really believe what you have typed? Hamilton are a poor side and anything other than a sound thrashing of them will be a poor result. I know they have beaten us twice this year, thanks Jamie for the first loss, but we are a better team than them. I will let Terry pick the team this week, I suspect not much will change from our last teams, other than more attacking formation.
  3. Hidden_menu.bmp I also have this issue with drop down menu obscured by ad's as in the screenshot I have attached. The Club Guide menu hidden behind the unsecured loans advert banner. Here goes, I will try and screen shoot an attachment. I am using IE7.

I'll join the debate then, Vigurs is not good enough yet. Foran has been our best player recently and Kerr did nothing wrong last week without being too flashy. Looks like he will be the one to replace Black next season should we stay up. Come back to our planet soon.
  5. Is this a bit like making a sub heading for a topic and spelling a four letter word wrong? just wondered...........
  6. Walter Trout Band - Life in the jungle.
  7. Couple of pointers for you dart. It's Caley or ICT or the Jaggies. The Hamilton game is not the last game of the season, but the last game before the league splits into two, top six and bottom six. Anyway, enjoy.
  8. Glad you enjoyed your day gashead. The games are a bit tense just now due to the relegation issues. Difficult to play expressive football at the moment, more like oppressive, or depressive and not enough on the offensive. Still, a win only gets you three points, no matter how you achieve it.
  9. Steady................steady. I did wonder about the likliehood of the Bronson - Richie event, still, I suppose it takes all kinds.
  10. What is this, a dating agency?
  11. Good night for us, Falkirk stuffed and Mirren losing 1-2.
  12. Keep up Richard, it's for non ICT this thread.
  13. Witamy w Tulloch Caledonian Stadion pronounced:- veetammi vi --------------Welcome to i pronounced as in it
  14. Feck me, he'll be at the Polish before long as well.
  15. Are you talking about the same McGuire that is in our reserves just now, surely shome mishtake.
  16. The second was also a good goal, he shaped to pass across the box but hit it early with power and accuracy right into the bottom corner. I think that caught out Howard who was expecting a ball laid into the area, like the rest of the North Stand, but no, he arrowed it home perfectly. Suuuuuperb.
  17. Re-Munro, i did mention that on another thread, his pass to start the move for the first goal. Still three smileys enough due to constant hacking at the ball, but as I mentioned above he was also prominent in the attack on occasions. Anyone else got their Buddieometer ready for publication??
  18. Birmingham - Wolves derby and Iwelumo took a sore one tonight, stretchered off after a rather horrendous looking knee high challenge from Carsley. 10 man Birmingham have since gone 2-0 up, Gary O'Connor scoring the second. Anyone else see the tackle, very reckless and dangerous. I don't know the extent of his injury at the moment, but it looked like one of those ones where legs could snap.

I doubt many will skin Jimmy Jabby, he is pretty quick.
  20. Have I missed something Alex, theres 15 points after the split. Six teams, five games.
  21. He was probably inches away from connecting properly, but the ball skimmed across the face of the goal and ended up well wide. Lets not forget that Imrie had one cleared off the line and another shot flashed a foot wide with the keeper stranded on both occasions. I say we deserved to win although we made hard work of it in the end by sitting deeper and deeper, such is the nature of the beast.
  22. I think our position looked worse due to the farcical fixture schedule. We had played our toughest opponents whereas others were on easy street. Not so easy for them now and we are benefitting. Coupled with the removal of the barriers, we look well capable of staying up. Still 21 points available though so points will be tough to come by.
  23. Too late to change it now and experience should help to keep Grant in the side, but the fans are getting ticked off with the thumping clearances, although maybe that is just what the Butcher ordered given our predicament......... also Grant started the move that led to Morais first goal with a long ball forward to Proctor. Therefore, I will stick with Grant, although Duff should be pressing hard for a start next season.
  24. Well done Andrew Good comeback in the second set from 3-5 down to win 7-5. 6-2 7-5 final score.
  25. Game on Alba just now, and Morais first goal is a peach. Long ball from Munro, lovely one touch from Proctor to Imrie to Morais to the back of the net, a ferkin beauty. Sky 168 All has become clear now, Dargo tried to head the ball, fluffed it, and knocked it with his feet onto a stunned Lionel who poked out a leg and the ball rolled into the path of Dorman. The rest is history, we won 2-1
