  1. I created the photos first, and when I tried to add them ten at a time, the site froze and failed to add the pics, so I tried six at a time which worked, but seven seemed to be too many for the upload to handle. I then created a zip file on my hard drive and tried to upload the zip file with the photos in it to test that method, but this froze and failed to upload. No rush Scotty, I was just trying to suss out the new functions.
  2. Scotty, I was creating an album and the path is galleries/members galleries/championees
  3. Don/Scotty, I was adding some photos today to see how it all worked and when using the bulk upload option, I could not add more than six at a time otherwise it would crash. Is there a limit to the size of bulk photos that can be uploaded at one time? I never tried zipping the files, will maybe try that option for next album. Album is titled championees. It would also not let me proceed using certain heading options.......I think I eventually used members galleries. Tried to add zip file of same photos and it crashed again, zip file size is 58.1mb

  8. I think you are right rig, and boy do Hibees need him more than us right now.
  9. Another pre-season flop for the Hibees, six games played no goals scored. Latest flop going down 3-0 to Clyde at Broadwood. And we think we have problems............ Finding themselves 2-0 down at the interval was bad enough but Clyde went on to score a third within ten minutes of the break. Although that goal completed the scoring Hibs continued to be over-ran by a side who made 7 second half subs and finished second bottom of Scotland's second tier last season. :015: Theres always someone else worse off than yourself.
  10. Did it ever occur to you that the player/agent might not agree to a longer contract as it is in their best interest. Remember a two year contract is in effect a one year contract, the second year is the get out clause, don't extend let it run down, leave for nothing. Not too many players with us will sign longer contracts as we will be seen as a feeder club, like it or not for those with more to offer. Especially the up and coming players. Easier to get the likes of Russell Duncan to sign a longer contract as nobody is exactly knocking down the door to get him. It takes two sides to enter into an agreement.
  11. :015: I don't care anymore, lets move on.
  12. No surprise really. Do any contract renewals ever go ahead straight away? He/his agent will be testing the water, we have to make sure it's warm enough or he will undoubtedly head off to bigger and better things. Thank you Jean-Marc Bosman.
  13. Too much love for St Mirren on these boards. Yes other teams have bought in players or loaned them, lets wait and see if they are any good. Is there people on the Falkirk and St Mirren boards worrying over us? As Highlanders we are obliged to show restraint and be reserved in our judgements. I did notice Wyness had scored, but then again Rory (I know I know) has scored seven in two games, are they concerned. Probably not, but if our own Rory can toughen up then he could be on a winner. He has always only had one aim in mind when he gets the ball near the box, head for goals. Never used to come off too often, but has he turned the corner. Again we will have to wait and see. I am still convinced that we are a better side than Paisley.
  14. Phew, I thought you were going to say it was in your underpants :029:
  15. :029: how about this one dargs Leptospirosis keep away from rats children
  16. Ronaldo was right, this was the big news on the streets of Inverness, Little Feat were in town. I have taken the liberty of copying this review from the Scotsman as the Ironworks gig was similarly brilliant. Scotsman review by MARTIN LENNON Little Feat Queens Hall WHEN people of a certain age talk about live music, Little Feat is pretty much what they mean. Big drum kits, the rich warm sound of Hammond organs and electric pianos, multiple guitarists, and long, long guitar solos. So when the band stepped onstage last night at the Queen's Hall, you'd have been forgiven for thinking it was 1979 back aADVERTISEMENTt the Odeon or the Empire instead, given the roar that greeted them. Little Feat are a group. Which is to say there are no stars or grandstanding ? they are one of those few bands where each member is as important as the others, and it shows. With seven excellent performers on stage at once, the problem is who to concentrate on, not whether there's anything to look at. Enormous, shiny drums, together with a Latin percussion bay are always worth a gander, but when they're played by drummers as gifted as Ritchie Hayward and Sam Clayton, it becomes hard to look at anything else. Original players Bill Payne and Paul Barrere on keyboards and guitar respectively were fascinating to watch and listen to, if only to try to work out why musicians of this calibre aren't as well known as their less skilled counterparts in other bands. Barrere in particular pulled off some astounding blues and slide work throughout the show. Most of the band sang, but no-one sings quite like Shaun Murphy. Anywhere. Her incredible voice could split plate steel, yet it's capable of gossamer delicacy at the drop of a bluesman's hat. If Janis Joplin were alive today, it'd be a brave gambler who'd bet on the outcome of a sing-off between them. Guitarist Fred Tackett also plays some of the sweetest trumpet this side of half a dozen top flight jazz bands, and he thankfully brought it out several times last night, always to loud and long applause. Together they make a gutsy, sexy sound which defies categorisation. There was a nod to the late Lowell George, co-founder of the band with Payne, in the form of Honest Man, from George's solo album. Otherwise the set travelled back to some of their earliest albums for material. Tripe Face Boogie from 1972 was the oldest, while Hate To Lose Your Lovin' and Let It Roll were the young upstarts of the show, both dating from 1988. In between there was an embarrassment of riches from five other albums, each song clearly full of memories for the packed audience. Dixie Chicken became an epic solo-athon. After a sprint through a straight ahead version, the front line, guitars, vocals and keyboards all left the stage, leaving the drums and bass to funk it up. The whole team reconvened for a bit, then it was the front line's turn in the spotlight. Wonderful musicianship and extended ? but never meaningless ? solos thrilled and entertained the yelling, cheering crowd. With a little luck, there will have been a few younger players in the audience, open-mouthed and goggle-eyed, taking notes and making plans to expand the sound of their own bands. Until then, the rest of the audience will have to hope that the real thing will roll this way again a few more times. Can't add anything to that, they were all so acomplished and the guitar work was superb, showing up todays bands with some fantastic slide guitar playing, just a complete band. Don't miss them next time.
  17. Shove it in yer underpants ****. :010:

  20. It looks like that rig, if we can believe what has been written in the press. My guess is Marius/agent has agreed with Dinamo, despite Kaisers offering the board more, maybe because Marius went to Bucharest on his own and meanwhile ICT received an updated offer from Kaisers. That seems to be acceptable, but only if Marius is willing to waive his share of the transfer, thus leaving ICT with roughly the same amount. Cofused.com may be the only answer.
  21. Absolutely correct. The knock on effect is costing us money, cup runs etc. We have known about this for a season and a half yet we are showing no signs of filling the vacancy. Our defence has let us down badly since Dods left and was the difference between top six or relegation battle. Another squint at last seasons results show we drew very few games compared to other teams. Losing games by the odd goal instead of drawing them costing us league places for me was down more to the lack of defence than lack of prowess in front of goal. We drew four games compared to nine, ten or eleven for the teams around us. Get a defender in please
