Lets get right behind the team at Dens on Saturday and hopefully there will be no booing for the rest of the season!!! Or leaving early cos we are playing such p*sh.

I don't think it was all doom and gloom. And I applauded because I saw a darn site more promise than I did this time last season and wanted to show my appreciation of that. Lets face it that is just about the only time we are allowed to stand up and show our support apart from when goals are scored! At least at full time the stewards don't tell us to sit down then
  3. Thought it was hilarious at half time when he asked a guy if he was enjoying the game and he replied no and that Butcher should get his finger out his arrass!!!!

At the end of the match what the players heard was booing. We complained enough about the referee during the game. I think the least we could do at end of match is applaud the lads and their effort. Do players realise at the time that it is not them that are being booed?

I applauded the team at the end and was annoyed at the booing. Okay we didn't get 3 points but I think we showed a lot of promise. Kept the ball on the ground more and looked fairly fast. Looking forward to Dundee.
  6. Me and partner
  7. Looking forwrd to the game. Especially looking forward to sitting in North stand in MY set with MY name on it. ITS GOT A BRIDGE AND CASTLE OH INVERNESS IS WONDERFUL!!!!! CMON INVERNESS
  8. Do you think anyone would take Barrowman on loan? Could be just what he needs to toughen him up! Fort William or Wick Academy maybe. :P
  9. Looks like a promising team for tomorrow. Hopefully Barrowman will not be included in squad. Time someone told him football is a contact sport and if you get a push you don't throw the dummy out the pram you GET INTO THEM!!!!!

We have to believe. We have as good a chance as any and more than most. The games against Scumdee will be crucial but more than likely the games against the smaller sides will be the ones that let us down. Until it is mathematically impossible for us to win the league I shall keep the faith and believe we shall do it.
  11. Cheers The Karl. Good to know I am not losing the plot. Was worried Barrowman might actually be a decent player and in my confusion I thought otherwise!
  12. Am I losing the plot? If this was played on Saturday 25th then I must be. I was at Montrose game and could swear that McBain, Hastings, Duncan and Ross all played. Now McBain and Hastings WERE subs so could have dashed down from Golspie but Duncan and Ross were on from the start. Answers on a postcard please!
  13. Could the silence at matches be partly due to heavy handed stewards? As soon as ICT fans actually get excited and perhaps stand up and sing they rush in like Tianamen Square all over again. Why can't stewards get it into their thick skulls that football is SUPPOSED to be exciting? Time after time in the matchday programme both the manager and captain urge us to get right behind the lads! Huh! Chance would be a fine thing. Maybe we should go to south stand where any behaviour is tolerated.
  14. It isn't all doom and gloom on injury front. Barrowman injured is a plus in my book!
  15. I noticed a certain Barry Wilson scored yesterday! I know he was slightly old for a full game in the premiership but we have dropped a division now.

On yesterdays performance no team in their right minds would be bidding for our established players. And i think even one Forres pie would be too much to hope for for Barrowman!

I thought Nick Ross did really well today. Was also impressed by Hayes, Cox and Stratford. Apart from them and Lionel I thought the team were shambolic. They have two weeks to get their act together before league starts. Fingers crossed. And please make either Tokely or Esson the captain Mr Butcher.
  18. It isn't a free for all in main stand for Montrose game. I went to get tickets in usual seats in North Stand a couple of weeks ago and was told only main stand available. As season ticket holders we were given specific seats.

If he is without a club why on earth are we not offering him a contract? I thought he was outstanding in his time with us - reminded me of Darren Dods in many ways.
  20. I see in papers that Griffiths may have swine flu. Wouldn't it be awful if the whole Dundee squad got infected just before the start of the season?
  21. I voted for Tokely. A few reasons. I have watched him organising the defence at free kicks and corners and keeping younger players right on the pitch. I also believe the captaincy would make him more level headed. I think Grant Munro would play better without the pressure of being captain. He is a credit to the team but last season was hardly his best. And last reason of all - just the small matter that he led us to relegation last season!!!
  22. What is format here? Do we just sit in our usual seats or what?
  23. Black Juanjo Niculae
  24. I think Kath deserves a medal for organising the supporters bus. I have used it several times and will continue to do so. What in life is perfect?

IfRichie Foran and Brian Kerr stay for next season i will be chuffed as they have both impressed me this season. Maybe all is not lost.
