  1. Its not about how many, its the quality and probing nature that's needed then the conviction to put the board on the spot to challenge them. Unfortunately (no offence) but we know the pods done wont 'bite the hands that feeds them' and call out the board as liars or weak
  2. I hear we already offer the best championship level football fan experience available in the Inverness City boundaries. Pretty sure that aligns with the board opinions too.
  3. Knowing our board it'll be castore incoming with an orange away kit
  4. Right now maybe, but considering our constant cost cutting he will be well away from earning what he did in previous stints, and easy for other clubs to better even in this division
  5. Uninspiring. Probably considered ok as a back up to someone like Billy, but as our sole experienced striker to lead the line.......let's hope the defence is rock solid then
  6. Some pathetic, childish bitter comments just because a guy who served us well has the opportunity to further is career elsewhere and earn a better income. All those who keep looking at County all the time, instead of being jealous of what they do and wishing their failure, maybe turn that ebergy and time towards why are we not doing better instead.
  7. If the club are using Robbo and is profile to gain investments and traction for the Academy, former Scotland international, Record Hearts goalscorer, media pundit, former manager yadda yadda. On the face of it, if thats the case then he is proving successful in gaining the investment needed however quite what the split is in terms of time and then expenses to the club is not transparent, including any financial 'bonus' incentives for getting this over the line. My understanding is that the DoF is typically involved with recruitment and helping find players, however I'd question whether the success rate on this is anything more than average and perhaps no higher 'hit rate' than we had previously without a DoF.
  8. Given the cup final was less than 2 wks ago and depending on when the club actually submitted offers its perfectly reasonable that some including Billy are on holiday with family etc and will resolve with agent input on return. Be more concerned if we enter July and no news or feedback on players.
  9. Given the rising costs in wider society, the clubs finances perhaps it's a sensible-ish move to allow one final push towards promotion hopefully by winning the title. Otherwise it leaves us the option for part time without significant financial burdens and commitments. Wouldn't be surprised if that's the case given we have IMO had a strong squad and budget to match for the last 2years and realistically blew very good chances to get out of the league given how poor it was. I think this year may be tougher but it may be 'all or nothing' time.
  10. https://ictfc.com/danny-devine-agrees-new-contract-at-ictfc/ This is a big bit of business getting him to stay.
  11. Not sure who within a Dodds network we could expect if that was the case, but is there confirmation those guys have left the club?
  12. Bet they are happy then as it mirrors their contempt for fans and is a green light to do whatever they want without question. Although reading on here seems you're not a minority.
  13. Strange given how little playing time Dodds gave him in the last half of the season.
  14. Embarrassing and incredibly tin-pot for a club who can't communicate with fans on engage on any matters (and certainly not timely updates online) but can retaliate with towards a twitter post from a player immediately.
  15. Thinking about positions (depending on who stays) but CB, RB, CM, RW/RM, LW/LM, CF https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/scottish-premiership/endendevertraege/wettbewerb/SC1 https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/scottish-championship/endendevertraege/wettbewerb/SC2 Plenty options out there, wouldnt mind seeing Blair Alston, Kai Fotheringham, maybe a young striker also Mikey Devlin alhough he has a horrednous injury record could be a gamble at CB as hes a quality player when fit. It'll all be driven by our budgets though and not sure in some cases we can afford the level of player to replace some of those leaving
  16. Just played Dundee 4 times this season and minimum with airdrie next........its depressingly repetitive
  17. Sir William of Dodds EBT
  18. It's a wind up, taking the **** our of clowns who spent more time on here fussing about celtuc fans getting tickets when we could never sell our own and highlighting just how pathetic club attempts to stop either re-selling or some ict fans bringing celtic 'pals' Was always going to happen and as expected nothing was done about it on the day and nothing will be done postbevent either. Some of our fans need to lighten up and understand online sarcasm.......
  19. Yup laughing at you all the way while I skip home from banking my tidy profits from ticket scalping. Glad I made sure I only sold onto proper hard-core catholics who not only have ira tattoos but also only eat fish on a Friday.
  20. If only we had a guy like him around. Proper physical presence and really had the measure of Celtic that season. As you say, Celtic just keep going, its relentless and the fitness levels cannot be underestimated. Whether its early of dying seconds of injury time they can still operate at the same intensity. Not playing for a few weeks, I really hope our guys have been working on stamina and fitness.
  21. Not surprised at PT doing well, always looked like they had a squad capable, just shows what a good manager can get happening. We will never know if we had made a similar change whether we'd be in that position or not, but I believe we have a squad of similar levels.
  22. Thought by now there might be more chat about tactics and line up etc. I know we rely on Dodds ball, but how does he approach this match? There not really a right way to set up given the quality disparity between teams. Sit in, defend and try contain - Celtic will move the ball around and basically dominate possession and prevent any attempts by us to move out. With their high press they could just steam roller us and its game over. All out attack, hit them hard and try play a high press copying their tactics. This relies on high level fitness and leaves us very exposed any time we loose possession to counter attacks. Given that celtic are missing CCV and Johnson at the back, they have in recent weeks been found wanting against physical strikers who have been dominating them in the air - unfortunately I don't see us having that in our locker and balls to feet they will lap up all day long. Any high balls we wont win, so they will still be comfortable with. I hope we look at utilising Shaw & Henderson on the wings and pushing the ball out to them with the instructions to actually push forwards and to run especially at Ralston.
  23. That you making noises playing with your buzz lightyear
  24. Given the recent punishment given to toney there are 2 thoughts here, the sfa want to take a hardline like England did and offer up a lengthy ban, or the media outcry and criticisms means it'll be lenient and support offered to allow our authorities to look more compassionate. Not sure why way I'd bet tbh
