  1. It's really a case if Raith somehow contrive to loose then their manager should do the honourable thing and resign. They will never (until next meeting if Doods stays) have a better chance to end being our bitchies
  2. Tynie Big game day hanging out with Willie Miller discussing a time they were relevant in the Scittish game?
  3. Unfortunately while we have this dominant record over Raith, the best hope is that we can extend it by a draw. However I fear we loose again, which will give Dodds the accolade of us loosing to for the first time in 23 years to the Kirkcaldy club.
  4. Lets see what everyone really thinks will happen.....
  5. Both of these statements are wild at best
  6. If Dodds delivers a defeat against Raith this wknd his position will be completely untenable
  7. No but it is up to the trust to represent the fans views as the direct conduit to the club. They should be astute enough to comprehend the fans position and what needs taken to be addressed. Don't think anyone considers the ST in 'cahoots', maybe too self-preservational and reluctant to challenge but certainly not driving the decline like the club members themselves.
  8. A modern footballing irrelevance and reason to turn off altogether
  9. Meaningless result today overall though, as we've lost but it hasn't negatively impacted our position in the league. Credit to the management team for bringing some stability and not letting our main competition in the championship move away from us.
  10. Already a thread on this https://caleythistleonline.com/topic/35837-ross-morrison-chairman/
  11. Thats unfair, while I'm not a fan of his and been critical of the play and results we should at least do the decent thing and acknowledge it as the implementation of Doddsball
  12. On the showing so far this season, the only play-off we will make is the relegation one.
  13. Maybe they used the same accountant as the concert venture
  14. That was just from Doran, ridgers and samuels
  15. Kind of demonstrates how tactically basic we are that everyone is working out how to overcome us. Hoofball with with the pint sized recruitment is a gift for the cloggers in this league.
  16. Takes time to gel and they need to integrate into our style of play....standard manager spin Although unless they were registered prior to midday yesterday they can't play today anyhow. Thats my understanding of the rules.
  17. Disappointing given the results this week that we couldnt have contrived to win the Scottish Cup. Even with Doddsball I'm sure we could have taken a scudding of some Swedish farmers and still managed group stage football.
  18. Some people have interest takes on things. For me, it's simple - poor recruitment both on and off field even given our finances - too much nepotism employing people who do not seen to add value aligned to their renumeration - lack of foot fall an issue no board or entity at the club has seemed to be able to address or improve over the last 10 years - lack of communication - lack of integrity, from the concert fiasco to paying staff to moonlight on other jobs during match days which although may be contractually compliant doesn't look good - lack of entertainment and product on field. We have no real style and have become a hard watch. Which given the experience on offer I do understand for many why there are better or higher priority alternatives for spending their cash No conspiracy theories here. Just a list of reasons why I see it going to ****.
  19. Mulgrew would be a great signing. Experienced, aggressive and physical CB knows the game and has aspirations to learn and move beyond playing. But he is opinionated and not afraid to be honest and speak his mind therefore instantly I'd expect a clash with Dodds which would be doomed to fail.
  20. We all know Scottish football is littered with successful players this size playing in a physical league of hatchet men. Sadly I feel this could be another boyd or samuels who physically can't compete at this level. Happy to be proven wrong of course. Be happier with a 6ft plus commanding CB or two instead tbh but dodds seems to not like height in his team.
  21. Knew I'd seen some 'discussions' on here before with Ross Morrison aka 'sheep slagger'. Page 3 for his direct email and toys from the pram moment when challenged on funding & spending strategy.
  22. Anyone good with PowerPoint and want to pull a promo presentation for Doddsball together?
  23. No bus parade though, so club must consider it tinpot
