Negotiation of expenses and benefits is all part or relocation in business. Whether they should or do get those requests is what should be questioned.

Likely a lot of angry & confused supporters especially those who have given not just ST money by GoFund donations too without much clarity coming from the club. Probably driving for an agenda to avoid chaos and tangents to get maximum outputs from the session.

Currently I believe Dunc is waiving his salary, he is still contracted to the club and on that basis will be a high earner (if not highest) so will be at risk of termination, so unless he returns to the club after that in a voluntary role he probably will not be kept on. He has also stated he will not work for 'free' forever so ultimately will be looking for his salary back. Best hope if he finds a role down south again at a bigger club in the background and cites ICT as a basket case hence his failings thus keeping his reputation fairly in tact down there.

This is one of the biggest points that needs clarity with RM & Co needing to come out ans publicly state a position. Given the tarnish to the legacy of the RM tenure and his alleged losses, plus rumors elsewhere that this is affecting his personal solvency then its hard to see any scenario (unless there is a legally binding gap missed) where they dont take the BF cash and still try call in the debts by the club - also at this point would he even give a damn how this affects his public image in the Inverness football community?

Best thing to come out of administration if the clearing out of the club from overpaid, under performing individuals. There's board members, management/coaching staff and players that need jettisoned with the appropriate tarnishing to their reputations. Thankfully admin allows us to do this without having to pay off full contract values etc. Time to rebuild with better process controls and individuals offering value rather than being there for the kudos and personal gains.

All these guys have jobs and with our probable financial constraints we will struggle to better even what the likes of Esson are getting a Strathspey. Any future management will be within most likely and from our new wage structure. Probably Bollan or Kellacher are most likely unless someone like Billy has coaching badges and steps into player manager. Wouldnt be a shock to see CC step in and do it as part of his many duties even short term as he wouldnt be commanding a second or third salary.

Sadly I significantly disagree with you, while there may be a (small) 'hardcore' that will tolerate any form of experience there are many who either will cease to attend or stay away because the club is performing poorly - the numbers support this.

But we have the best defensive record of out any teams in Scotland that have conceded more than us and are unbeaten this season other than the 2 games we lost. If it wasnt for artificial pitches and other teams in this league we would be sitting top. On that basis pretty sure Dunc is happy how things are as he doesnt have any interest in looking at league tables anyways.

All they have done is blame others, no point saying 'we take responsibility now' & 'we cant look back'.Its too late as where was the ownership of responsibilities during their time - IMO however we restructure or end up there needs a clear out with Bennett & Fyfe and any of the historical legacy gone too. It was mooted before that the club was paying significant accommodation and relocation costs. IF we pay for certain players (contract or loan) - a flat plus bills, car, travel back 'home' + general expenses that could be £3k a month on top of a salary (not withstanding some of those services may be owned by director or their acquaintances). Add onto that directors/managers etc expenses such as those listed above for the players but much higher level (luxury) travel, business meetings, lunches, hospitality, accommodation etc - could have been spending significant cash every month for 'jollies' under the guise of networking & work. Part time only works if there is a talent pool locally or you accept that they dont train with you during the week and at best travel only for the games. Before anyone makes the argument 'what about all the HL players' - while there may be a few capable of stepping up many arent and the quality IMO is much lower than it was when Caley were rising through the leagues. Logistically we will struggle - teams closer to larger centres such as Aberdeenshire or the Central belt can probably consider P/T knowing that they are within 50 miles (1 hour travel) of talent - we are not generally.

Play better football, score some goals, provide some entertainment therefore get more bums on seats - that on Dunc and the players IMO

Not sure its that clear cut. There is an agreement which I'm not sure is legally binding (contractual) that the battery farm money if it comes through would go back into the club from those directors (who appear to be creditors) HOWEVER they have the controlling interest already in the BF so technically could pocket that cash AND still call in the club debts - not very ethical but possible. Additionally given the various figures and messages banded about even if e get the circa £3m nowhere is anyone categorically saying it wipes out all debts and we start again. It may make inroads and lessen the burdened meaning with various deals & debt restructuring we may get to a sustainable level (zero or profit) but not guarantees (unless I missed that in which case its more positive than I'm aware) Right now we are asked to throw money at something in the hope of a positive outcome to a decision outwith the clubs control. Straws (paper ones at that) and grasping spring to mind. Definitely one thats easier for the 'cup half full' gang to get behind.

Anyone expecting the former board, directors, CEO or even DoF & manager(s) to come out and take ownership of this situation is wasting energy. Unfortunately those most successful in business and even football management are narcissists and will never take accountability only deflect blame everywhere else - we had a club full of them.

ridiculous position given the vast number of Anonymous donations - any one of those could be current or former players/staff etc. Just because not everyone wants their names in lights or an ego boost or is the expectation that all our former players should be wealthy ex-footballers dropping 5 or 6 figure sums - which shows how the world of the EPL and telephone number remuneration blinds many

Given the crowd funding has been mooted as an idea by the club for years - 5 in fact, making the questions and points raised in this thread even more relevant and still pertinent to this day. It seems we are still looking for fans to provide money without clarity on what exactly for and while the picture on finances & future now are a bit more clear (very bleak) through the work of AS we still dont know what funds will do and for how long is at all the club survives on the back of it.

not really sure the point of the Monday mtg is to go over old ground and seek justifications - its about moving forwards and the strategy to survive. Not dismissing the validity of a deep dive across the finances & decisions but it'll just bog down in mud slinging and deflection of responsibility all while distracting from the bigger priority. Still have hope that now the windows are closed and seasons underway that some of the free agents out there who had higher expectations than Scottish League One will be re-evaluating options to get back in the game. Fingers crossed that we might get some quality out to prove themselves in even if its short term drawn by the profile of Dunc and The Caley (see Wortherspoon last season for example)
