  4. And that is near the Inverness golf club on Culcabock Road at the junction of Kingsmills Gardens. I remember the building being demolished, was it a brewery or a maltings?
  5. It is weeman, the pub I frequented in my younger days was run by Alex and Marian a Danish couple and wee Bob the grumpy barman who was at his best when shouting last orders at 10 to 10 There was an indoor rifle range up the lane behind the bar and Brian Macgregor's garage.
  6. Not got a clue where that is or the car away before my time The van is a early Ford Escort and going by the colour it will have been a Forestry Commission one.

  11. I thought there was only 3 but did not know there was ever a brewery there, always learning.
  12. A Rover 90, Ford Zepher, Land Rover and Morris Oxford with well laden roofrack, I think heading south on the old A9 with the Inshes holdings on the left and the old smithy on the right.

  16. That one is looking across Thornbush Road from Anderson Street, I think it was an old mill which was demolished and now the Plum Centre, I am not sure if the building on the right is still there but I think it is now an open yard.
  17. A Ford Consul followed by a Standard Vanguard both from the 50's and behind an AEC Mantador which would have been ex army or RAF and yes Scarlet it is the Culcabock crossroads looking east , the two houses are still there with another in between! Looks as the water is running down from Culcabock Avenue on the right in the days before Kingswell Filling Station.
  18. Any names for the guys on the Kessock bridge that would have been 1980-1982? Although I cant see his face the one with the helmet might be Brian Willingham from Hartlepool.
  19. When I was a boy in the 60's and first seen the Macbraynes buses they were that colour but not got a clue where it came from but I don't think it has anything to do with the Highland Rugby Club but CB might know different. I liked the colour red, cream and green and also liked the highlander with the shield and sword on the side.
  20. The open all mic's was the usual rubbish yesterday and as for the highlights not even 2 minutes just a disgrace!
  21. That would do nicely
