  1. With all these rumors about Dargs going to Muvverwell he must got a shock to see how shyte they are, maybe now he will realise whn he's onto a good thing and stay in the Highlands. They were gash..really gash.
  2. ' Having a right back who can defend - McCaffrey was man of the match for me.' :015: :015: :015: yer joking eh? Caff aint no right back... he did ok but was turned too often and left for dead, his distribution was woefull, and he did not venture past halfway to support Hart, its a difference of opinions but do you think he is really a right back? Markus did ok, but got no support when he got the ball, they just seemed to pass him the ball and stopped to see what he could do. Bayne was good today, Dargs will be missed the most however and we will really struggle to get goals next season without him.
  3. Nah.. i remember going to a Scotland match at Hampden in the late 70's guys were carrrying big bags of tennants lager through the turnstiles. Dont think it was long after that when drink was banned, some of the older guys might remember exactly when.
  4. Calum Murray and Dougie MacDonald shared the winners accolade :003: Dougie MacDonalds a tool as well. Dont think I recall Calum Murray managing a Utd game though :024: Yer feckin lucky then...
  5. :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015:...Could be a showdown in the Innes tomorrow.
  6. Reserve games... the only ones he gets 90 mins
  7. ' I'd like to see Zander and McAllister given a decent amount of time on the field also... ' :017: :017: Zander aye... Rory.. he's had so many chances to show us how good he's supposed to be and has flopped, I watched him for the reserves on tuesday and he was gash. I would like to see Marcus starting on the left, but CC knows best.
  8. Trust you to spoil things.. :016:
  9. Aint going to get much for £150k mannie... need that to build a standard 3 bed bungalow, unless of course its all one big shed with everything shared :017:
  10. Heard a wee rumour that there might be plans to build an office/members pub at the stadium, where it would be is not clear but i'm sure would be welcome. Some kind of bar near or at the stadium has been needed for a while.
  11. Boy, have you got too much time on yer hands Scotty.....
  12. Yep... good laugh, TMFTJ, Maimie, LG, the Paulibees as well, we had a strong team out with Rossco, Blackie, Rory, Zander and Sweggie as the main players. Black looked good as did Vigurs, with zander causing the Rangers defence a few problems, including robbing a hesitant Gers full back then running in to curve the ball into the far corner, a well taken goal. The defence was doing pretty well with the experience of Rossco showing through as he sorted out how to get the better of the Thiery Henry lookalike. Rory has my sympathy, he really has, the guy had a couple of touches but for the most of it he lacked control, pace and vision to cause problems even 2 one on ones with the keeper gave him no joy. Mcallister is a bloke with lead boots and a heavy heart, he could do with a break at a smaller team for some goals and confidence building, because CC aint finding his hot spot. :006: Roll on saturday.
  13. He dont give much away in the Q & A, the last i heard was that the open side was too close to a gas mains pipe to allow a stand to be built, a smaller hospitality type affair might be considered. But again only if it was justified by increased crowds.
  14. Now that was a feckin farce... saw them pass along the river as i crossed the bridge, That was pure football related sectarianism, a flute band playing all the rangers songs, songs which are banned at football matches i may add, followed by a large group of people in rangers strips. Now if the want to march about play whistles and bang drums thats up to them, but why is it allowed on the streets of a city with no relgious conflicts when its banned inside football stadiums?
  15. Have to agree with that one.. like to see given a bit more time on the park.
  16. Aye aye.... ' sit on me knee son, let me tell you some hillwalking stories' watch him :016:
  17. Shame it's not St Mirren, I'd love to see their fans' reaction to the tannoy announcement! Yeah... and going on to score the winner in the 89th minute to put the Midden down... can you imagine that!!
  18. It isnt the first time we've had the marching bands parading around Inverness, but most Invernessians probably dont realise the sectarian undertones to the marchers. We were always coccooned from the central belt religious friction in the north with most heelanders oblivious to the 'goings on' the marchers were looked upon with faint amusment, personally i dont see the point in the march up here, however with the influx of people from Glasgow to sneck it may have more support than ever before.
  19. :drinking05: Hey look, dancing pink elephants!!
  20. Yeah, he sure did well the guy, Bu66er is that we will see him trying to score AGAINST us next season... :008:
  21. 'Decent forwards we have Wyness, McAllister and Bayne ' Harry Harry.. these three players combined have not got into double figures with goals this season. dont think decent is the appropriate word. Bayne runs about daft jumping and heading the ball to anyone, and will never become prolific in the technique of scoring goals, Rory NEEDS to go on loan to get some kind of confidence back so we can see if he is a player, and Denzil is now in danger of becoming a half season player. As i said before the game this close season will be the real test for CC, i think he will do ok IF he can pull in a couple of good players.
  22. Here ya are then... 'At some stage Graham Bayne will start scoring on a regular basis ' :015: :015: :015: :017: :017: Nah mate, we NEED new players, an experienced Centre back, Striker who can score regular, cover/competition for Rossco, but as tmftj says a lot of positives, as long as Rory aint part of it... yet.
  23. ( Sarcastic reply ) Way to go..canna wait! he will be the future :014:
