  2. Aye..no matter what happens, he's got a big pay packet now.
  3. Dunno about Fenlon Alex, the chairman is seemingly desperate to sign a manger before friday ( champions league qualifer draw) so Robbo is in the frame. They have struggled a fair bit since yer man went to Pars, so maybe Fenlon was a stop gap?
  4. O.A.P tickets are.... GREY :rolleyes02: Yeah, i know, its not grey - call it a blue rinse :015: aint grey on the menu!
  5. Robbo has been more or less accepted for the Derry City managers post.

  10. Zander aint no striker either.. this all smacks of ' make do' It is time for the board to be a bit more ambitious.
  11. Jusht back from outsdr.. oh very good...weather total PYSH.. too old for this mud shyte, but KT Tunstall was feckin brill....really brill soooper rock(ish) voice. Fat chick kicked mud all over me...if she was a guy...broken jaw for sure....anyway counted ten and called her fat slag from viz.
  12. Pretty cool eh! a house with his n' hers downstairs lavvy's ! might pong a bit though....
  13. Inhibited, introverted central belt footballers... :014: Oh..almost forgot, Aberdeen get players from all over the place, it will take the same time to travel from weegieland to Aberdeen as it would Inverness, is it cos' their a big club?
  14. Thats good.. :021: manage a few :drinking07: now!
  15. Daily Record has the game down for a sunday kick off ! no mention of kick off but 2 o'clock is the norm.. better than Monday though.
  16. Great...now he has his own job secure and off his mind he can concentrate on signing 2 good players! :023:
  17. Mark Mcghee says he is going to sign Dargo, which is no real surprise. Now we are getting awful close to the management saying this squad will do...which is a worry, i only hope this is a sign that they are keeping their cards close to the chest and not alerting other teams to the targets.
  18. That reminds me of the sketch in i think Monty Python? Scene.. Swedish Chemist shop Man walks in and says to assistant ' I vood like to buy deodorant pleez' assistant says ' ball or aersol ? ' Man says ' neither... its for my armpits '
  19. Especially if they sign Dargo... :007:
  20. In the past we have lost players, but we have never lost three main players in one season, Brown, Dods and Dargo in my mind were the three most influential players we had. Add to that the aging process of Barry and we have in my mind a wee crisis about to happen, we hear again the platitudes from CC and GB how the squad are good enough, remember in January how they gambled on Rory to come good, that backfired. Its time or some people in power with money to invest i think.
  21. Sometimes you need to cut out the crap and get straight to the point....... :014:
  22. :moon2: .... Near enough... :015:
  23. After reading Dargo's comments in the interview in the P & J, He seems quite taken by what Midden have offered and by what Mcpherson is saying, would not be surprised if he ends up there. Now we have a situation where this incident has given ICT a bad bit of PR, I'm sure other players keep in touch with what is happening in the transfer market and this will confirm that not only are ICT 'way up north' that they cant pay very well. This will leave is scratching about in the lower leagues ( ala county) looking for players that match our finances, now in my mind this will always have us in the lower league area ' punching above our weight' not really challenging for 6th place. We have in a chairman an ambitious man, an obviously successful businessman who i'm sure is a football man through & through, will he invest money into ICT? any businessman will tell you that you have to speculate to accumulate, if all we can attract is out of form/untried lower league players i feel we can not move on to the next level, this will without doubt put pressure on CC as manager to get the best out of players and hope they can overachieve. I hope this does not sound too negative, but if players like McManus are giving us the dunt to stay in the first div. it is a concern to me.
  24. I did not attend this charity event, (£100 a head) but seemingly CC was doing the cooking along with the rocpool reserve chef, Grassa was helping out as a waiter too. The two chef's ( CC has himself as a wee bit of a masterchef) cook food and punters try to guess who cooked it - pro or football manager.... difficult eh? £200 a couple is a wee bit dear for me...
  25. Brill.... we could get Titch McCooey to do the announcing stuff!!!! :014:
