  1. Whats new... canna be bothered posting much. going for a beer tonight? meet ya half way!
  2. Cant say i'm excited about our goal chances with that line up! Tade dropped to bench - good, Shinnie still in midfield - bad. can only assume Foran's up front with wee Mackay, i'd rather see Ross in midfield, but hey, the manager knows best.
  3. Had a good laugh at that pic mantis, Tommy cumming hasn't changed a bit eh? Been looking through yer site but cant see any pics of Andy Penman? and idea when he signed and how long he played for? i had 77-78 in me mind? Me? i started off getting taken to Kingsmills as a kid to see the Red and blacks, but my grannie came back from a trip engerland with a complete Everton strip for me (feck knows why) went to see Caley play jags at telford st and as soon as i saw Caledonian run out, i knew they were the team for me.
  4. Jeez renegade, were you at sunday's game? Shinnie was really poor in midfield, just not his position, Tade was immensly shyte - so how long do we continue to give him game time to see if he can turn it around? in my mind he's had enough! Although TB says he is giving them another chance to prove they can perform - i'm not so sure its possible, ya canna train a donkey to jump beechers brook. Give Winnall a start up front with Shane, Sutherland is Pysh wide right, he needs to be nearer goal where he can turn and have a crack at goal, also put Ross into midfield where he can make neat passes into the box for Winnall and shane (hopefully)
  5. Just painfully watched the highlights... jeez hope Tade see's them too, what a useless article. Anyway... Rossco = fanny Meekings=fanny Shinnie/gillet=fannies Tuffey= almost a fanny - to get beat by fetus head from there is bad. how they got caught out so easy for so called professional players is scary, we handed the points to Hibs. feckin amateurs.
  6. Well i'm as fecked off as anybody, really am. It was as posted above, a better performance than wednesday, purely because Hibs didnt press us like saints did which gave us more time to think about playing football. However... The starting line up was pleasing as it was great to see wee jonny back playing, but Shinnie left midfield??? that just looked like a wee boy lost, he did not have much of a clue as to what he was supposed to do! But really what shocked me as to why that donkey Tade got a start yet again, what the feck does TB think he is doing? and he wants to sign him for next season!!...... feck me TB continually goes on about taking chances, he signed the damn players,he and MM take the training! TB its YOUR responsilbility! Meekings let us down today, passing was pysh, his fault for 3rd goal, got booked (again) A lot of these players are just not mediocre SPL quality they are worse than that. Oh... thought he pitch was terrible, ball bobbled all over the place.
  7. Dont hold yer breath mate.... That was criminal tonight, to take money off fans and play like that? TB / MM had no clue whatsoever how to play Saints, wrong team, wrong set up, wrong tactics... Makes me laugh that TB wants to keep Tade... why? you get donkeys cheap at Blackpool beach! Shane is so out of sorts where he is and yet the management persist in playing him wide! and why does tansey get a start? the guy is PYSH, cant run cant shoot worth a feck what is he on the pitch every week for? Really thinking of not going on sunday.
  8. Cheers for that Don... i'll be able to sleep tonight......
  9. Reckon the 4th set was at the top of Church street!
  10. I've got some old pics of sneck and its looks like we had one set at the top of inglis street/high street, and another set on high street/castle street. Like you the third one is not known, maybe tomnahurich stret/kenneth street as that was then the main road out of town to the north and west.

If only he could convert some of these chances....
  12. Aye, its called the centenary club. Alex's post reiterates what i wrote in the post 'Muirfield mills' we just dont get our act together as a community club and get investment in as much as Saints. Until we have a change at the top and alter our amateur set-up nothing is going to happen.
  13. That was a HUGE win, well done guys! feckin nerves had a hammering though. Can almost see the light for SPL new season, 3 points from the next two games should seal it.
  14. Game is on ALBA tv after 5pm today, so sit in a dark room...or visit the Innes bar when Craig tells me he will manage to show it live!!!! and on the big screen.
  15. Nobody invests money into football clubs these days with a serious view of profitable return, more like buying into something you have a passion for and want to support financially. I would do the same if my lottery numbers came up. I'm just attempting to get some accurate news on what is really going on at the club and what our plans are for the future, an investment would be welcome but if a group of wealthy businessmen can only scrape up £250k its not going to alter the club very much!
  16. Just what i had said a while ago! will £1/4m buy a third of ICT from DS?? feckin hope not, as that sum of money is going to make feckall difference in the big scheme of things.
  17. Aye, well done Killie! thought that stokes had won the tims a pen in the last min. but got booked for a dive - brilliant!!!!!!!
  18. Errr.. as in they will steal stuff from us when they visit next season?
  19. Oh, forgot to add that Dave did post on the forum under the name 'morris' which referred to his 'other love' - an old morris 1000 convertible, Dave loved the 'old inverness' thread in the memories section when old photo's of the longman appeared.
  20. Our groundsharing at Pittodrie really fecked up their pitch, did it not cost them lots of money to eventually sort it out? same could happen to us. Anyway as long as we rip the cash from mcgregor i'd be happy.
  21. Really devastated to learn about Dave's passing yesterday, i had spoken to him two weeks ago and i felt he was positive about the treatment that was taking place, and that he was looking forward to when he would be able to get back to the football and enjoy normal life again. The guy was a gent, a mate and we will miss him and the craic in the Innes with him. Much sympathy for Laura Alan & Lynn.
  22. Well enough for what ? Unfortunately he's reverted back to his early season donkey status, i thought for a while i hoped he was going to prove me wrong... but alas.... Ever since we have lost the big Shinnie we have totally lost our way up front, but in reality TB should have had a better replacement for Rooney. Gillet has been brilliant, probably our most consistant player.

    Jinxes

Yeah.. well stay away this saturday Ian....please! no offence mind.
  24. Chippendale left 2 months ago. After tonights showing i'd bin most of them. Dont know what you mean re Ross/Shane? Shane has almost zero ball skills and would struggle to get into County's first team squad! Ross has lost something, mojo??? cos he looks not-interested most of the time, they both have played in various positions and have not been any better imo.
  25. Cast your mind back, when this so called investment was announced, DS was all for welcoming new money and fresh idea's for the club, the sum was £1/4 m from a new group calling themselves Muirfield Mills. Hardly any time goes past and Orion come up with a renewal of sponsorship for the sum of........ £1/4 m Now Muirfield Mills is consigned to bar chat in Dallas or Hong Kong or wherever! did DS use this threat of outside investment to flush more money out of Savage? DS has a stranglehold over ICT is not willing to let anyone else play with his 'toy'
