I cant say i'm impressed by the look of the defence so far, TB says he is looking for another defender, now that worries me a lot! he signed a couple of young inexperienced guys, none of them right backs, which means he plans to play Proctor at right back. I'm having nighmares about Rossco, Proc and a young inexperienced defender alongside them, fecking hell!! Proctor is NOT a good defender never was never will be and if TB thinks he will be, we are in the shyte. Its understandable that the management look to the future and bring on young players but the defence needs to be solid and using untried young players is a very serious gamble, which i hope does not backfire.

Ok Back on a football theme, is anyone else not impressed by our signings / loans / quality of players attracted here? Looking at the squad we have no right back ( proc aint a right back ) One experienced central defender (who aint really a central defender ) we've signed a few kids and two very much untried players at SPL level and one first div player who could hardly be described as a prolific scorer in that league. The SPL kicks off a week saturday and our squad looks so weak that i'm beginning to worry.

Yeah, looks like our record of leaving the innes at 2.53 in the scoobiemobile and still seeing the kickoff will no be broken eh.

Well, speaking from experience, due to some fact finding visits ( purely business ) the Innes is still going to be an ICT pub, the new landlord is an ex Jaggie (pity) he's got a licence for kids, doing grub all the time, and is commited to improving the facilites but keeping the overall 'look' He is looking forward to the pre-match/apre match visits and some of the ale is pretty damn good. More screens have been installed for our viewing pleasure so all in all i for one am happy, i will miss Colin, but soon to follow will be a story/interview with the ex landlord who has been a great support to the Innes bar crew over the last 10-11 years or so. Hope this puts yer minds at rest.
